Straight up monkey business. Somehow made an incorrect Address scan at 7: 34 PM today when the time is 6: 05pm like are they time travelling or something. And they just straight up, delivered my package to the wrong house.

Worst service ever.
Always postponed always delayed. And they email that they tried and couldn’t deliver which mean they didn’t even come. I wish if there’s an option in Amazon that you can opt-out Intelcom and just use Amazon delivery

This is the worst delivery experience that I had with Amazon. People order things on prime because they need it on priority and this delivery service provider ruins everything for customers.
I have been waiting for my package since 4 days now.
They marked my address as wrong first then said was not able to deliver the next and so on.their excuses never end.
I am still waiting. This is not acceptable at all.

They said delivery people missed me, but I was at home the whole time. They never called, no knocks on my door. I simply find a note at my postbox that they were not able to reach.
Like what!
This is so inconvenient and stressful.
I have been trying their customer call number as well but nobody answers it and I'm put on an unending hold.

This is by far the worst delivery service I've ever experienced. They don't give you any estimated time and expect you to answer the door whenever the driver comes by, if you don't then tough luck they'll randomly show up the next day without an estimated time again and expect you to answer the door at any time. I called them to just place my package in front of my door AND EVEN THAT WASN'T DONE THE NEXT DAY. I now tried to call them FOR ME TO PICK IT UP since it's been such a hassle to get it delivered so let's see how that goes. I don't understand how a delivery company can be so bad at delivering.

Their estimated date of arrival is always wrong. I don’t know if they buy reviews but it’s really hard to believe that they are as highly rated as they are, when they are consistently late.

The best company to have your stuff delivered. They are on time, they tell you exactly where your package is. They call, they text, if this is what you want. After several deliveries by Intelcom, I can safely say that the big guys: FedEx, UPS and Purolator do not even come close. Strongly recommend.

Everytime i order from amazon and they send it through intelcom it takes a week to actually finally get delivered. I will have everything on time till the day it is supposed to arrive then it changed to pending details and that my delivery has been delayed but they will deliver the next day till its the following week

Terrible company and lies.ordered some thing off Amazon intelcom was supposed to finish the delivery they brought my item to wrong house not even in the same neighbourhood I called them as soon as I got the photo and delivery confirmation to let them know they left my package at the wrong house and they told me they would pick up my package from the wrong house and deliver it to my house by the end of the day 3 days later and I never heard from them again would avoid intelcom unless you want your packages to be donated to random address

Never had so many issues receiving packages in my life, thank goodness Amazon dropped them, hopefully the Bay and other carriers follow suit. SO many missing packages their drivers are thief’s and you can’t get a hold of anyone

Not impressed with delivery. 3 different days I had the item set for delivery with confirmation and driver info for when it be delivered. Had a family member waiting each day as I work full time to find out that each of these dates for delivery the item had been sent back to warehouse well within delivery hours. Still don't have package and have waisted peoples time. Not impressed.

This company is awful. My package was received at their warehouse on December 11,2021 and then never moved. Called multiple times throughout December and the call would just end after being on hold for 10 minutes every single time (also multiple emails from both myself and The Bay were never answered and their chat function never works). Finally got through on December 27th via phone and was told they didn’t know where the package was but would look into it and I would hear from someone, and if not to call back after 48 hours. Surprise, surprise, didn’t hear from them so called again on December 29th and they told me the package was lost and I needed to deal with the merchant directly. Now my tracking shows the package was "undeliverable" and was sent back to The Bay on December 31st (even though they never tried to deliver it to me), and The Bay has not received the item back.
Based off other reviews, this company must steal most packages that are sent through them, since they seem to “lose” so many of them. No idea why The Bay would use this terrible company.

I feel a bit bad giving such a low rating as I have never had an issue with the drivers.

That said, the level of customer service in the call center is terrible. I received a note on a recent shipment that my package was being returned the the seller. When I called the lady on the phone she was rude and defensive telling me that they never recieved the package. How can you send a notice that you are returning something but then say you never recieved it? All this was was empty excuses and felt like simply a means to try to brush the issue away under the rug. When I asked if I could escalate the issue the agent flat out refused. Horrible service all the way and I do not recommend using thier service

Awful service. They send a message that the parcel will be delivered in 3 hours and don't deliver the parcel even on the next day. I regret that Amazon work with them. And their CS is even worse - they don't explain you anything - "We are sorry, we will deliver it sometime" and then they just close the chat

Extremely disappointed - driver completely was negligent - delivered an unwrapped sound bar to the wrong house! We get multiple deliveries from Amazon and have never had an issue until now. We received and email that our package was delivered - with photo verification - and it was delivered to the wrong house! I had to drive around the neighborhood to find out where they could have delivered it to - nobody does their job - unbelievable!

My order has been sitting in their warehouse since 4th December. Its delivery date was supposed to be on or before 5th December. Hudson's Bay, if ever you are reading this, please think twice, thrice, or even four times before using Intelcom to ship your products.

Edit: Already sent an email to the provided address 3 days ago, but no response so far. My message must also be sitting in your warehouse. /s

Horrible Delivery! My delivery was a day late and then I wasted a whole day cancelling appointments when they said it's being delivered, only to for the driver to take a picture of my building and and saying my address can't be found. Then I get told that it's guaranteed to come in 24 hours. Then they tell me it's coming after the weekend when I am not home now. Then I call today and ask if I dont get my package that I will get reimbursement and they said I will only get reimbursement when they sell my package. What a company! Won't let me go to my local to pick up my package and I can't talk to them to get it.

These people are the worst. I had Amazon packages being sent to me that were not mine and and with Directions from Amazon I was directed not to receive the package and the company would send them back. I spoke to Intel and relayed these messages. For 3 days they came to my place and finally when we weren't at the door threw the packages from the bottom of the step and ran off.

I've heard nothing but poor feedback about Intelcom and have noticed that Amazon is using them frequently as a shipping partner. Despite the poor reviews I've seen, I didn't judge Intelcom until I had two packages delivered by them recently.

The packages were supposed to arrive by Noon on Friday. By the time I left the office, they had not yet arrived. I had assumed they would deliver them on Monday. Instead, the packages were left in the front lobby of my office building (the building has frequent traffic as there are several offices here) on Friday evening and were left here over the weekend. When someone arrived this morning and saw them on the ground, she dropped them off at my office and one of the packages had been opened.

Absolutely disgraceful. Based on the negative reviews, Intelcom has and will continue to be a terrible courier. Not only was the package late, but it was tossed on the ground in the front lobby of an office building. If Amazon continues to partner with them, I will be cancelling my Prime membership.

Never had any issues receiving packages before, this company is completely incompetent. Spoke to customer service agent who checked to see the GPS location was accurate at their end, which it was. Provided phone number to ensure driver could reach out if any issues. Received my third “attempted delivery” notice, although we’ve been home waiting to receive package, no delivery attempt made or phone call. Amazon needs to drop this company.

Prompt delivery: I gave instruction to message me prior to delivery. I was informed that the delivery guy is on his way within 3 hours and was delivered before then. I didn't wait long. Over all, I am very satisfied.

If I could give Intelcom less than 1 star, I would.

I have never had such terrible and incompetent service before. I have had two packages that were unable to be delivered by Intelcom for no reason other than pure laziness. When I called to inquire where my packages were, I was met with excuse after excuse. The first being that my address didn’t exist, then that switched to them claiming address was incorrect and finally (my favourite excuse), that my package couldn’t be delivered because my GPS coordinates were not included with my address. I live downtown, in a major city, where the city streets are numbered in a grid system. No other delivery company has ever needed GPS coordinates.

After expressing my frustration, particularly because the items I was waiting for were now sold out and needed for an event in less than 3 weeks, I was promised the packages would be delivered within 24 hours. Now, more than 48 hours later, I still don’t have the packages and there have been no delivery attempts or further communication from the company.

Avoid this shipping company at all costs and hire professionals, because Intelcom is anything but.

Complete incompetence.

Failed to deliver the package 5 straight times because the driver couldn't figure out how to follow the delivery instructions and didn't know to how pick up a phone.just gave up and left 5 straight times without even an attempt to contact anyone.

Now they don't know where the package is.

Second Package to not get delivered. Driver was suppose to cotact me and never did. I still dont know where my package is. This is the second time this has happened. I would honestly say dont use them, keep them away from ur business. They just lie and steal packages. I tried the customer service but when i told them about the situation they just hung up, everytime. By the third time, i gave up and contacted the police and a lawyer and now legal action is being placed against the company and driver. I dont know why amazon uses them they just steal and then try to cover it up. If i ever see them as a delivery for a package im cancellibg and going to the store.

Usually no problems getting my packages. However all of a sudden, my address cannot be found. Chat in, after being on hold for 20 min they disconnect. Chat back in wait 30 more minutes. They look up my address, say yep there is no reason this should not have been delivered. Say they have lodged a complaint and my package will be delivered if not that day the next. Next day held in warehouse for incorrect address. All they offer when I call in, it will be out for delivery tomorrow. Unfortunate customer service.

Qendrim Is always my delivery person and he is absolutely fantastic! Couldn’t ask for anyone better! And to top it off, he delivers all Amazon products in my small town:)

An absolute joke. Package out for delivery, then got a failed attempt at delivery. Contacted customer service, who said they talked to the driver. I was told by customer service, because it’s a business address, on a weekend, they automatically assume it’s closed.even though on my Amazon profile it states the business is 24/7. Now the driver.as stated by CS, will maybe come by and deliver, if he has time, at the end of his route.which means, nope, ain’t gonna happen

Was expecting a package to be delivered. Suddenly amazon says it was an attempted delivery @ 9: 19am, then back at the warehouse at 9: 21am. There was no attempted delivery. I never seen a delivery truck drive down my street at that time. Theres nothing to prevent them from coming onto my property, no dogs no fence, I'm not in an apartment or anything. They just didnt deliver and I doubt they even tried. Theres Tons of bad reviews on these guys on reddit. I hope amazon stops using them.

My product was delivered in the morning and I had a missed call on my phone. After 2 hours I was just going through my emails casually and learnt that it was already delivered! I mean the item was outside my house for 2 hours! Fortunately it was not stolen. I wish they had called me again, text me or rang the bell! Moreover our family is quarantine and we are not going outside. If I had not seen the email on my cell phone god knows how long it would stay there at my doorsteps! Also weather was bad and it’s raining!

Better than Purolator and other courier services who do not even bother to call you to find address or to inform you that they are there at your door steps.

Intelcom guys always make delivery on time and take time to call or text in case they need help finding your address.

I have had 2 deliveries in as many days thru Intelcom and both were timely and without internal damage. One box had the corner torn, but the contents where not affected. Good job.

I do not know why this is but it seems that every other time I have something shipped through Intelcom it's delayed, or my address doesn't exist, or it "wasn't safe" to leave my package at drop location (I live on an acerage), or some other excuse. If Amazon had the option of using anyone else to ship I would choose them instead of Intelcom as Intelcom is reliably unreliable.

Some of Amazons delivery drivers are too lazy to take an extra second to ring the doorbell to alert us the package has arrived, but INTELCOM did exactly that, and we retrieved our package "before" some thief could steal it. Thank you Intelcom!

They have continually left our packages on the road in front of our acreage. By road I don’t mean our driveway, I mean the street. I’ve gotten ahold of their customer service multiple times about it and nothing changes. They say its because our dog is out but its happened even when our dog is locked up. Even if it is out we live on a rural route and every single person in our area has a dog.

One of the worst courier service that I have ever seen. I had ordered few birthday gifts for my girlfriend from Amazon and it was supposed to be delivered by Intelcom Courier. They are now saying that they have lost it. How irresponsible are you people? Seriously, please shutdown and save others the trouble of dealing with this kind of horrible experiences.

Most fraudulent delivery company I've seen so far. 3 times they have changed the status to "delivery attempted" only to have me call and ask when they've attempt and only to have their rep say the package wasn't even attempted. Do not lie to your customer, just say its going to be delayed. Probably the worst delivery company I've had over the years. Everytime i order from amazon I hope they don't use this company as the delivery company. Also quite ironic how most of the 5 star reviews are from fake accounts who only have 1 review. Stop lying to customers.

All my package were on time with Intelcom, Canada post is not doing their jobs it is sad. They should subcontract or shut it down.

I don’t know why, but intelcom service has gone from 5 to 0 in the past few months. They lost my order.and it seems like they’re going to lose my replacement too. How this happens baffles me, I’ve never had this issue with other couriers. My advice? Stay away, don’t use their service and if you’ve had poor experience, call amazon and demand they use a better courier.

Wish I could give a zero star rating. Have instructions to be left at back door, not sure why that is so hard to understand. Have left 4 packages at front door in plain sight of the street. Could not get any response from Calgary office, called main number and complained each time and each time got the same sorry story. Worst delivery ever!

Best delivery ever! Prompt, courteous, respectful. I love the constant updates as to location of parcel. They have been here pretty much daily. Place parcel exactly where I have requested. They are very stealth though, trying to gift the drivers with a small thankyou token.have yet to see them arriving.and we have dogs that have only barked once at them. This says a lot!

Great service. They delivered my Amazon packages on time (5am to 8pm) as per their delivery times. The drivers are friendly and nice to have a chat with when they stop to drop off the package. Would highly recommend this courier company. I will use them personally to ship eBay items out.

Wow. I can't believe so many people had such awful experience with these guys! The delivery guy for my area (Airdrie) is Jay and he is better than any other ones I have had before. Since I make at least 3-4 orders on Amazon every week, I do get to see him every once in a while. Whenever he comes, he calls, sends messages, emails and notifies me at least 2 hours before his expected time of delivery. Once I was at Superstore while he came by and he gladly set up another meeting point and waited for at least 10 minutes.

My package was delivered to the wrong address twice now, and in a row. I called and they said they would retrieve my package and bring it to me before the night is over. Its the end of the day, no package. I have tried calling again, no answer. My experience with this company has been great up until this point. Now I am waiting for my package that will most likely never arrive.

My three recent purchases from amazon were delivered to the wrong address three times in a row. How hard is it to read a perfectly fine address? I honestly started to question not only the operational ability of this company, but as well as amazon.it is just so sloppy. It almost seems like intercom consider the job is done as long as they deliver the package to a house, but not the RIGHT house.

Terrible company, terrible customer service. Had a package, said a delivery was attempted, definitely wasn't as I was home. No notification of any delivery attempt was given except for the original email sent by amazon saying they had shipped the package. Package was returned to amazon after 4 days despite their website saying they hold it for 7. Filed a complaint and got an email saying i would need to leave contact info and arrange delivery. Gave them the information and never heard anything back. That was 4 days ago. If I could give zero stars I definitely would. Will definitely be going out of my way to make sure they never get my business in the future.

Absolute trash company and trash customer service. Completely incapable of making a successful delivery. Failed to deliver to my condo several times, I phoned and asked them to notify me by email when my parcel would arrive back at their warehouse so I could pick it up. Never recieved an email. Phoned once again to ask that the next time they attempt to delive my package, they phone me before arrival. Man behind the phone told me I would have to phone tomorrow AGAIN just to make sure that it was out for delivery because he is incapable of doing his job.

Don't waste your time with this company, go purchase whatever you need somewhere else and I strongly reccommend everyone to contact amazon and let them know how garbage this company is and that they should stop using them for delivery.

I ordered a book urgently from Amazon to Calgary DT. The address clearly mentions 4th floor and mail room for delivery is open. Still missed the delivery. I tried to call few times bcse i missed the call like 5 min. No answer. I ordered so many amazon packages and were delivered on time without any failed attempt. Better improve the service quality.

Always delivering my packages to a business address despite having "business hours" on the package. When you call to ask why that is, they simply redirect you to the supplier and blame the issue on them. Complete disregard for customers and unwilling to take responsibility for their poor service. Amazon should drop them asap.

So I'm supposed to get a parcel tomorrow but last time they delivered my package they didn't knock or ring the bell. I know the drivers name but I won't say it for privacy reasons but if my package tomorrow will be the same experience I will lower the rate to a 2 or 1 if it improves I will raise it to 4.

Have had 3 deliveries through Amazon from them. First 2 went very smoothly and received my packages quickly and without issue. For my third delivery, I was out of town so I called them to ask them to delay the delivery. Call was quick and easy, package was delivered on the day I asked and I even received a photo confirmation of the package in my mailbox. Can't ask more from a delivery company, thanks for the photo confirmation and going above and beyond my expectations.

Intelcom has obviously paid some attention to the complaints (or, more likely, Amazon has) and some improvements have been made. Intelcom now sends an email alert when your Amazon package is estimated to be within 3 hours of delivery, and again once the package has been delivered. A big step in the right direction on accountability.

Amazon.ca needs to drop this carrier completely. Absolutely no regard for safe delivery of packages. I saw your driver throw a package at my step in full view of the street and about 25-30 feet from my door & mailbox, and then walk up to it to straighten it and take a photo for what they must have thought was a "completed delivery". Incompetent. Reported to Amazon. I cancelled a bunch of orders because I don't want your foolish drivers to darken my doorstep (or rather, the step 30 feet from the front door) ever again.

I'm always frustrated when I see Intelcom as the courier on any of my Amazon orders. They are easily the worst courier in Calgary.

They almost always leave packages, packages that are often worth over $100, outside my door where someone could easily take them, without any phone call or text. Often times I'm home when this happens, but this doesn't excuse the practise - they don't even bother knocking or trying to get a signature, most of the time I just hear something hit the door and footsteps walking away.

But sometimes they DO call, and it's always at weird hours (for me), or there are other weird circumstances that prevent a delivery. For example, the last courier (Ray) called me and hung up right after I picked up the phone. I immediately called him back, but he didn't wouldn't answer his phone.

If you're ordering from Amazon, I'd suggest setting a pickup point with Canada Post if that's convenient for you. Otherwise you should avoid shopping online.

AMazon delivery was to show up yesterday. Emailed intel yesterday and they replied "your order will be delivered tomorrow before 9pm" I emailed today to confirm and the response I received was "we haven't received the item, contact amazon". How can you say "it will be delivered" and then the very next day say "it won't be, we haven't received it, contact amazon"?

No complaints here, package left on the front door step like every other company that we have dealt with (doorbell ring, package placed safely and by the time I answer the door, a wave from the delivery person as they pull away).
