Whoever does the deliveries to my address simply don't read instructions, put themselves at risk of injury delivering to an unused door. Never take photos to verify delivery.

Some of your delivery guys really need to do better. How was the delivery for my packages "attempted today" yet I've been home all day, but never received any calls or a knock on my apartment door? I ordered on Amazon, knowing I'll be off today and stayed home all day, hoping they would deliver them. Very disappointed and a waste of my time! Teach them to make calls before driving off with people's packages!

Intelcim wow I can tell you that the delivery was on time, I track the package all the way home, I was not there to collect it are to sign for it but the package was at my door.mark I used other service but I was disappointed, But intercom Express You a the boss.

If I could give a negative rating on here I would! Everytime I have a package from Intelcom, it never gets delivered on time. I’ve been waiting all day and then I’ll get an email saying attempted delivery! They won’t even give a call when on the instruction it says to call. Or when they call, and you missed it, they won’t try again. What’s worst is, you won’t be able to call them back because they will have no number on the caller ID. So make sure stick your phone on your body wherever you go. I wonder why is this company still on business when their employees doesn’t do their job right. It is so frustrating especially if the package is very important and you need it as soon as possible and paid extra to get it earlier. This company needs to hire a better staff that will do their job properly.

Delivered packaged to the door and knocked which was surprising most delivery person would just leave at the door. Living in a apartment complex, can't trust people would not take it. So I appreciate them knocking and making sure I received the package. Thank you!

I’m disabled and not only do I receive my package on time but the driver brings it right to my door inside my building which I’m extremely appreciative of. Stellar service!

Always deliver on time as long as you dont need anything more than just a delivery. Trying to figure out how to pick up my package (as I wasn't able to sign for the package since I was working) was like pulling teeth. Customer service was rude and un willing to help. They have a location in my town but 0 way of communicating with that location short of going there myself and because of their hours the only way to make that happen is to leave a couple hours early from work. It felt like my package may as well have been behind bars. Very unsatisfactory.

This is absolutley the worst courier company I have ever dealt with. The call taker on the phone trying to solve my missed delivery was amazing but the drivers or secondary carrier company they use sux! I live in a HighRise and was told 2 hours before he would arrive so rather then chance missing my 165$ plus shipment and give him the door code I waited.and waited.and waited until I see online that he returned to the warehouse and made zero attempt. STOP wasting my time and either shut down or man up and be a courier company. 36 years in business? How!

The only delivery service in town where you actually get your packages and updated right through to delivery. The rest are terrible including courriers where you have to do their job for them and go get it yourself.

Great customer service although one likely will get lost trying to find the new location at 381 Maxckenzie Blvd. Just input "Wesco" into your gps and the new location is the small building behind Wesco.

Packages still aren't delivered. Driver will step in your home touch your kids, police will do nothing. Julie will tell you she lets him touch her kids and then your neighborhood will praise and give him gifts and money. Your driver is grooming children. Disgusting.

Your delivery driver Abed Hassan Haydoura is very professional, polite, respectiful and caring. I recieved email notifications for delivery and what time I should expect hi. He called me to make sure I was home before leaving my package. Awesome job Abed, thank you.

I was delivered the wrong package. When I contacted customer service (not even an hour after the package was delivered) I was put on hold for 20 minutes while they tried to contact the driver. They then proceed to tell me they are unable to contact the driver and "if everything goes right" he will show up at my house at some point today to switch the packages. Do they expect me to sit at home all day waiting for him to possibly return? Hopefully this is resolved soon but it doesnt seem too promising.
