Theft of items said have been delivered even though video footage shows item not delivered. All they say is just contact the supplier for a replacement refund. Unfortunately it's a one off item that requires re manufacturing and there picture of our mail box shows an Amazon envelope in it whuch they claim is the item.

Drivers never follow delivery instructions, have had to send every package I’ve received back since I moved in due to my dog destroying it. I literally have a parcel box outside of my fence and they also come into my yard and leave it on my entrance way deck. This has happened too many times and caused me so much inconvenience I could scream. I can never get ahold of customer service and have left reviews through their website and never received a response. This ineptitude has cost me so much time.

It seems when Intelcom delivers service is excellent.
Canada post delivers big thumbs down.
They leave a pick up note in mailbox; don't even try and deliver.

This company has the best delivery people.
Sometimes I am at work and I come home and there's my package at my door. Which is so great as I live in an apartment.

I like the tracking system as while.
No having to go out somewhere because I missed the driver.
When I'm home rings bell, comes up and they have always been friendly.
I like that I can see the tracking of when the package is on the way as well.
I wish everything I ordered was delivered by them.

Was concerned about an item with identifying markings being left out front of my house and go missing but left instructions with company to drop items at back door.out of site and driver did so.awesome.thanks

They just delivered a parcel that if for 19th Street NE, I am on 18th St NE. Called to correct.got disconnected.person could not totally under stand.then when called back, they wanted me to call the # on package.they made the error, they should correct it.

Always a 5 star experience dealing with these seasoned pros! I get my orders on time and safe without having to worry.

The extra email for specific delivery instructions made all the difference. Went from continual drops in open areas to getting it right every delivery!
