I have utilized the IT services of Intelica for some 10 years now. They have provided excellent, efficient and very knowledgeable technical support for me. They never hesitate to problem solve, right from the largest scenario to the smallest ones that I may encounter. Matthew, Anson and Glenn have been especially helpful over the years; I appreciate their friendly professionalism and respectful approach. I would highly recommend Intelica to anyone.

Trent Schultz, president at Intelica solution contacted me through kijiji for Moving and TV installation at his home (95 Gladys Ridge Road). Me and him moved TV from Bankers hall Calgary to his home. I provide handyman services. I asked for $180 for all services including moving and installation of 80 inch TV at home.

After the installation of TV in his bedroom, in addition he requested to install the speaker as well. I installed speaker without any question. Later at the time of payment, he told me that I scratched the TV while we were moving from bankers hall.he will not pay me and pay me only $120.00 Actually we were both moving together, but he blamed me for the scratch.the scratch is less than 1 cm. Even though he was planning to refuse the full payment, also he made me install speaker.

At the end of my service, he denied to pay me $60 for moving. That means I spend more 3 hours my time on moving installation. He deducted my $60 moving from agreement.

Its not about money, its about the principles. He made me do additional job, even though he knew he is not going to pay.that is very upsetting.our agreement was about TV moving and installation.what about speaker installation? He owe me $80 for speaker installation under his 80 inch TV.

I already reported to police, they advised me to take him to civil court.he is a not truest worth person, dishonest and a big liar. I have his text messages in my cell phone.

Be careful from doing any business with Trent Schultz.
