Paula told me what to do to keep my body in good shape and it worked. She really knows what she is doing. My pain is gone.

All the physiotherapists at this clinic are friendly, knowledgeable and very easy to speak to! I currently see Heather and I would highly recommend her to anyone else looking for a physiotherapist.

I first met my physiotherapist Brian at this clinic almost 10 years ago. Brian was so amazing. He knew within a few minutes of us talking exactly what the problem was and got to working on it. After a few appointments I was able to use and move my left arm again (it had suffered an injury 2 years prior and my family doctor and neurologist couldn’t figure out what was wrong, it took a referral to see a Physiatrist to diagnose me and recommend me to seek physiotherapy treatment). I was so happy with Brian that I followed him to another clinic when he moved. Over the years I’ve seen him for my arm, my shoulder, my hip, and most recently my sternum. He listens, he refers you to a specialist when needed (getting you in very quickly), he addresses and works on the issue, and he follows up. He’s the only Physio for me. I’ll be following him back to Interactive Health now

The staff are friendly and amazing. I recovered from my back injury because of the fantastic physiotherapists. They figured everything out for my WCB. Highly recommend!

Paul is an excellent physiotherapist. Listens to his patients, and his treatments give great results. The staff of the clinic is welcoming, professional, and efficient.

I was treated for two broken ankles (one which required surgery) and Paul Lee Wah was my physio therapist during my healing journey. He oversaw my treatment for 10 months and was wonderful. I am so grateful to him and the team at Interactive Health. Thank you so much for helping me get my mobility back and reaching my goals of being able to walk up my stairs, walk my dog, and go on hikes again. I will continue to use the exercises Paul taught me over my treatment to keep improving my strength and flexibility and beyond.

I’ve been struggling with a groin injury for half a year, and I’ve seen a chiro that never helped me at all, but I’ve been seeing Paula for physio for about a month and I’ve made so much progress with my recovery already! She seems very knowledgeable about injuries and I highly recommend her. The clinic also charges a bit cheaper than most clinics.

My doctor gave me a requisition for Physiotherapy due to a car accident. I called here to book an appointment. The receptionist mentioned it was getting close to 90 days since the accident and something about a protocol, that she needed to talk to the insurance agent first. Being December when I called she also said people my be on holidays, took phone number and said she would call me back. A week went by I called again an the receptionist said she had not talked with the agents and assured me she would call me back after talking to the insurance agents. Another week went by and I did not recieved a call back from this clinic.

So I called another clinic "Maximum Potential Physiotherapy". The receptionist booked me an appointment right away. At the appointment I filled out the necessary paperwork, completed an assesment and began treatment the same day.

I was seen by Brian Yu for a back injury in November. I found his bedside manner to be quite poor and he was condescending. He actually commented to another physiotherapist how inflexible I was compared to sprinters while working on me. Also, as he was conversing while stretching me, he wasn’t paying attention to what he was doing and aggravated my injury. He asked if I was okay, and at the time I didn’t feel it, but for a few days afterwards was quite sore. Luckily, he passed me over to another physiotherapist, whose name I unfortunately have forgotten. She was excellent, and helped me recover. Front office staff was also excellent. Solid clinic, just watch who you get.

I have had Paula as a physiotherapist for the past 15 years, and she never disappoints with her kindness and compassion.

This place is absolutely great! I've recently started seeing Paula and Christine at this location for physiotherapy and they are both wonderful. Very friendly and educate you on your injuries as they work on you. The front desk ladies, Bianca and Marcia are super helpful and always so friendly. I've visited other physiotherapists in the city, but I have had the BEST experience here! Check them out!

Physiotherapist Heather is great, definitely knows what she's doing I'd recommend her to anybody if you require healing. Mike who is the massage guy there provides a great full body massage should you so require.

Great experience here. The prices are slightly less than similar businesses in the NW and they're very professional and honest. I left the initial consultation with action items and noticed improvement after 4 visits. No question, I'd come here again.
