Internet consistency has deteriorated, quality much lower, frustrating dealing with outages and lack of responses (when internet is out so is their phone lines!)

The little bearded fat man was by far the rudest person I have ever met. He was told I was deaf and that he needs to talk a certain way so that I can understand what is going on. He complied for all of 5 seconds, then started talking loud and fast...

The guy there Rahul rude.wasn't ready to look into my account.poor customer service.wanted us to leave the shop

Very little knowledge of the products selling. Couldn't fix my problem. Open sign turned off. Seems like they don't want customers or have you in the store for long. Very little empathy for your issue.

Airenet's service is great. When all service is down, it's area-wide and all provider services are down. I find Airenet to be friendly, and community-oriented. I personally use them as my provider, and so does the Kneehill Area Wellness...

There's not enough space here for my rant. Stay away from Fido, if I could rate it in the negatives I would. Hire a decent manager.
