iPull-uPull Auto Parts - Edmonton, AB

Sold my lifted Crown Victoria to Ipullupull, Andrea helped me out and it was easy and simple to sell my car. They also gave me a good price. Will be selling any junky cars i have to them from now on.

It could be organized a bit more otherwise it’s like every other used parts place in Canada I’ve been too

Edit#2: So I got the call that my flex-plate is ready, went to pick it up. The person who pulled it destroyed it by prying on the crank trigger wheel. I've attached photos. The part is useless. Not usable. Absolute incompetence from the bottom to the top. Advice to the management - don't offer a service you clearly can not provide. Advice to anyone needing parts removed - buy from a real full serve wrecker who knows what they're doing.

So after leaving the original review, I DID eventually get my part, and was promised an in store credit that never materialized.
So now, needing another part that I wouldn't be able to pull, I decided to give these guys another chance. Long story short, it's been 2 weeks and I never got any update. Called on Friday and was told by whoever I talked to that the car would come in on Sunday for the part to be pulled and to call back Sunday.
Well, today is Sunday so I called. I was told that the part puller isn't in today and that I should get a call soon if I paid for the part removal 2 weeks ago. So my issue initially described in my original review was not a one-off or an anomaly, but a pattern and the norm. Do not use their paid part removal service. Just use a full serve wrecker that takes this stuff seriously. At this point if I don't get my stuff this week I will never use this business again and will go out of my way to warn others not to. I run an automotive related business in Edmonton and will spread this word to the best of my ability.

On Tuesday Jan 31 I decided to try their parts removal service, where you pay them to remove the part for you. I paid them $100 to remove a differential from a car that was in the yard and was told it would be 3 or 4 days at most. The fee is non-refundable. The part was in the car when I went and filled out the form and paid. It's now been 10 days, they still haven't pulled it and called me, and nobody answers the phone when you call. I had to call their car purchasing line which is the only one that anyone actually answers, and gotten nowhere with that either. You can leave messages on voice mails and get no returned calls. I have effectively given them $100 for nothing in return. I foolishly used my debit card, if I'd used my credit card I would've disputed the charge by now.
Yard is generally okay if you're pulling your own parts.

Well organized and friendly staff. Found our part quickly with the directions of the greeter staff member. Will return again when I need something.

I was very pleased when I came to Ipull U Pull to get parts. I was assisted by a very young man named Nathan he was very intelligent and worked hard. He helped me with everything I needed. If you need a hand from anybody go to Nathan amazing guy to deal with thanks again.

It's a rusty little paradise! Where the staff are always incredibly helpful and friendly.

Very good expirence, Staff was very helpful I was looking for tires and a guy with the name TheBoss which i thought was hilarious helped me find the set of 4 tires and rims i was looking for. 10/10 recommend

Lies about what's in there yard, just to get the $1.00 they charge you to look. I wonder if the Government knows that they charge cash without giving a receipt?

Upon entering this clean and spacious reception area, we were greeted by a very friendly staff. They gave us a substantial list of potential vehicles and their locations which made it easy to locate among their massive selection of vehicles. We found the part on the first vehicle on the list, and it was set-up so it was easy to remove. Not only was the cost for the part incredibly affordable, but we were also given a coupon for a future visit. 10/10 would recommend! Excited for our next visit!

They have a very nice, and organized yard compared to other places I’ve been, my only complaint was the fact that I couldn’t bring my jack in, I understand they don’t want you moving the vehicle off the stand, but i think its way safer when taking a spring out to take the tension off the spring so when the bolt comes out the spring doesn’t come at you and break your face, but apparently i was wrong, and didn’t end up getting what i was after. Would be nice if they were a little bit flexible on certain things, or were able to offer another option.

Their yard is alright, they gotta move all the hoods out of the snow though, but i just bought a transmission from them and I spent 5 hours putting it in just for it to explode and damage the truck it didn’t make it off the ramps and it was filled with ice in the pan. Probably going somewhere else cause their employees are not very knowledgeable about vehicles. Called about a certain vehicle and said they had it but didn’t

Staff was nice and told me where to go for the car I was looking for. Yard is organized so it’s easy to find what you’re looking for. From my experience it’s much better then Pick’n’Pull as the cars remain almost untouched with the majority of the parts still being there. Just make sure to go on a dry day or bring boots, it can get muddy.

Awesome customer service! Dave was amazing and the yard is absolutely organized to the fullest! Prices are more than fair and deals upon deals! Was in there today for the tire sale and the young employee working the till alongside Dave was very helpful and respectful! I will go nowhere else again!
So happy that Edmonton has this yard!

I called before I drove into town (1hr drive) I was looking for parts off a sundance I was assured it was still on the lot on row 61 online inventory confirmed aswell so I made the trip in only to pay 1$ for entrance to go for a walk all the way in the back where row 61 is and I find it’s empty no vehicles at all go back up to the front inquire about where row 61 might be I was then informed “ oh they must’ve been crushed already “
Not very impressed by the service provided especially since I called in advance to make sure the vehicle was still around

Starting a business and running a business are two different things they even know if they vehicle in stock or not, I went there to buy stuff for Buick enclave the confirmed over the phone and when I reach there and suggested me to find in row 46 but they don't have single enclave in their yard wasted my hour and simply say sorry at the end

I didn't find what I needed but got a good battery from them and the staff are respectful and it seems like they want to help I will for sure go back

IPull-uPull has some provides a service similar to Pick n Pulk with some improvements. The yard is cleaner and less muddy, and they do a lot better job displaying their loose tire selection.

Very clean yard as well as parking, Polite and helpful staff. Great return policy. I’ll definitely recommend if you need used parts please try this yard. Good luck to owner to grow your business.
