Steve is knowledgeable, personable, extremely hard working, and pays attention to details. Him and Lee did a great job replacing our old eavestroughs which were giving us all kinds of problems. They went above and beyond to make sure the slope of the gutters was proper for best drainage, were thoughtful in changing the placement of some downspouts to make sure water didn't run down the driveway causing damage or a fall hazard in the winter. They even fixed some siding that had slipped down on our chimney. They explained what they were doing, answered all my questions with patience and kindness. They did a very good job, and we are very happy we chose them to do the job. Friendly, reliable, and worth the wait for a quality job well done. Thank you both. We have some piece of mind knowing the job was done to a superior standard and with excellent products. I would definitely recommend Irish Steve's. These guys did a great job, and cleaned up the site when they were done. What I appreciated the most, I think, was Steve. He is a great problem solver. He identifies an issue for you, explains it, and then presents solutions. Top notch communications.

Had Steve do some adjusting to our eaves. Patch a hole, some re-sloping (for free I might add) and installed a new downspout with a diverter. Did a great job. He must be one of the busiest men in the eavesthrough business. Great work, great value and a really decent man.

We had Steve come and do brand new eaves on our house. He was super friendly and his work was excellent.

It is evident that Irish Steve is passionate about his work. He is patient, will answer all your questions and doesn't cut corners. Steve and Lee did a phenomenal job replacing and redesigning our existing gutters with the 6" Alurex Double Pro. It is a work of art!

I live in a mature neighbourhood with many different trees in close proximity to my house. I hired a company twice a year to clean my gutters. My gutters would still get clogged; so cleaning twice a year was evidently not sufficient. They would lean their ladders directly on the gutters causing misalignment and deformity. They would spray the blocked downpouts with a garden hose causing some screws to fall out. Although I hired a professional company, it appeared that they sent amateurs to clean my gutters which caused more problems.

I wanted to change the location of the downspouts to ensure it wasn't a tripping hazard. I wanted to leverage the gradient based on our landscaping. I needed a different solution to deal with the valley style roofs during heavy rainfall. I wanted to ensure that any extensions did not obstruct our sprinklers. I was considering getting a micromesh gutter guard like leaf filter or easy on, but I was hesitant because there were other fundamental problems that needed to be solved.

I reached out to Steve as a sounding board to validate my approach. He is very knowledgeable and provided me with an education in this space. I needed this problem solved sooner than later because there have been quite a few heavy rainfalls and this causes a lot of anxiety. I found myself going out in the rain with my ladder to unclog my gutters not realizing the danger I was exposing myself to.

After two site visits, and a refined quote, Steve and Lee came to replace and redesign everything. The overall process was very smooth. We are very busy people and were barely even home during the entire installation process which spanned two days. We are very happy with the outcome and will probably have peace of mind for many years to come. It is truly a work of art. Thanks Steve and Lee!

Steve and Lee did a fantastic job installing our new eaves. We went with the 5" T-Rex. They worked very efficiently and are very knowledgeable in what they do! Update on Aug 8 23: We are just coming out of a thunderstorm that dropped about 28mm in 30 minutes. Irish Steve gave us large eavestroughs and connected the downspout from the upper roof directly into the lower eavestrough. Absolutely no overspill from the eavestroughs has occurred. We would highly recommend Irish Steve's Eavestroughing since Steve and his team did a very thorough job recently installing new eavestroughs and downspouts to our two story house. Steve was professional, friendly, clearly answered all of our questions and explained other pertinent information. All of the old eavestroughs/pieces were removed and our yard was cleaned well afterward. With the heavy rains we had recently, there was absolutely no leaking. This means that we should no longer have the dangerous issue of ice forming on our driveway/steps in the colder months due to melting snow dripping from faulty eavestroughs.
