I had such a great experience with Mahmud! As an entrepreneur with a very small business, I knew I needed to expand to reach my goals but the thought of looking for locations and starting the entire process was horrifying to me. After one meeting with him, the majority of that fear was lifted and I felt I was in the hands of someone who truly cared for my success as an entrepreneur. He helped with everything from visualization, to business planning, and then found me the perfect location for an incredible price to make my dreams happen. He and the rest of his team stood by me through the entire process right up until opening date, and even still, I feel so much support from them. I highly recommend Mahmud and his team to anyone looking to build a successful business. I honestly couldn't have done it without him.

Mahmud is definitely one of the most unassuming realtors I know. Really easy to relate to and always very professional in his work. One of the best things about his group is that they try and educate their clients in the real estate transactions they will deal with.

A great location in the Beltline, lot's of parking and many amenities. I love meeting there.

We have our breakfast meeting there and its a great location. I know some of the people who have their offices there and must say very nice human beings. Someone i know closely has her office in that building.

We love our office at the IROL Business Centre. Mahmud is amazing and looks after everything really well. The boardroom is spacious and the atmosphere of this Calgary business centre is upbeat, positive and highly professional. We could not ask for a better location!
