Sundays prayers are very special and tha Mahaprasada after the Aarti is delicious.

This is the best temple to visit in Edmonton. It is so calming to see Radhe Krishna ji. I have experience so much peace just by sitting in the temple. You can feel lord Krishna's energy in there. Everyone is extremely welcoming.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting ISKCON Temple in Edmonton and I have to say, it was an incredible experience. From the moment I stepped inside, I was struck by the sense of peace and serenity that permeated the entire space.

The temple itself is absolutely stunning, with intricate carvings and beautiful artwork that showcase the rich cultural heritage of the Hare Krishna movement. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff and volunteers are some of the kindest and most hospitable people I have ever met.

The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the kirtan and bhajan sessions. The music was absolutely breathtaking, and it was clear that everyone in attendance was fully immersed in the spiritual experience. It was a truly uplifting and transformative experience that left me feeling renewed and energized.

Overall, I cannot recommend ISKCON Temple Edmonton highly enough. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or just curious about the Hare Krishna movement, this temple is an absolute must-visit. The sense of community, the peaceful atmosphere, and the beautiful music all combine to create an unforgettable experience that will stay with you long after you leave.

Sri Sri Radha Gobindoji temple is one of the most beautiful ISKCON temples in Canada. It is located South West of Edmonton. This building has two floors; ground floor and basement. Ground floor has assembly area for devotees to view Lord Krishna and other God & Goddess. This floor is beautifully decorated with all traditional decorations items and historical information about Lord Krishna and Radha. There is a wall clock with Mohamantro melody. Washroom, storage area and books are also in ground floor.
Basement floor has kitchen and dinner area. There are many devotees who works in this temple as a volunteer. They cook foods for over thousands people during big events like Lord Krishna’s Birthday, Rothajatra and others.
Temple offer Prashadum (food) to all visitors on every Sunday.

It is a peaceful, calming place and highly recommend to visit when you are in Edmonton.

It's nice Radha Krishna temple. Very beautiful and Serene. One can find inner peace and calm just by spending some time here.

I loved this place from bottom of my heart. This place help me to learn tonnes of knowledge to calm myself and to experience the blessings of lord Krishna. They give prasadam in every Sunday.

I found out about this Bhakti-yoga centre while reading The Science of Self Realization by His Divine Grace A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada the founder/Acharya (spiritual master) of ISKCON (The International Society of Krishna Consciousness)
In the back of this book there was an invitation saying "Join us for our sunday feast program! " Having read 3 other books (Chant and be Happy, The perfection of Yoga and Sri Ishopanishad) on the subject of Bhakti-yoga by the same author Srila Prabhupada and being thoroughly convinced, through the philosphy presented therein, of God's existence a conviction i had not previously held.i was excited to visit this Bhakti-yoga centre. So i flipped to back of the book which had a list of all the centres worldwide, my eyes searched for Canada and low and behold we had a centre here in Edmonton!
So for 7yrs i have been going to Sri Sri Radha Govindaji temple and trying to become first class Bhakti-yoga student/teacher. There is a daily program which starts 5: 30am everyday.
The main sunday program starts 10am and includes Mantra meditation, a talk on the philosophy behind the spiritual practice followed by a vegetarian feast around 1pm.
I cannot express enough how the Bhakti-yoga philosophy and practice has changed my life and i am very grateful there is at least this one centre in Edmonton to help educate those fortunate souls who have had their consciousness raised by the transcendental knowledge of Lord Krishna (a name of God that means The All Attractive one) It is a non-sectarian space for spiritual advancement and all are welcome to take advantage of this centre for that purpose.
I would like to thank all the Bhaktas that have encouraged me and welcomed me with open hearts and minds.
Even when i spend time away, your dedication is a source of inspiration to me to stay committed and devoted to raising my consciousness to the highest level of selfless service.
