I had called to describe my issue and Ian had provided me with a plethora and options before resorting to selling me anything or suggesting any labour whatsoever. This place is provided a a great and knowledgeable experience without constant sales tactics being pushed at me.

Use ISP for your computer needs.

Called this place to fix my computer screen, said screen would take 1-2 days to come in. Called multiple times with no answer or a text saying "ill call you back" never did.
A month later, he finally says bring it in Monday. Monday comes along and again, this place sends a message stating they cant do it today (Monday) as agreed upon.

Poor communication and time management.

Good little local computer repair shop here in Spruce Grove! Brought my CyberPower Gaming PC here due to some hardware issues and i couldn’t figure it out for the life of me and thanks to these guys specifically lain who spent days trying to figure out the issue while i was away working and he got it fixed up while upgrading the parts issues! Couldn’t thank him enough! Deff recommend ISP for any of your computer needs/issues!

I’ve been going to ISP Computers for years. I’ve had dead hard-drives, broken motherboards, cracked screens, and corrupted registries; all of these problems have always been solved to my satisfaction. Ian always shoots straight and does a good job at a reasonable price. It’s honestly refreshing to deal with a business that’s more interested in developing a long-lasting relationship rather than trying to make a quick buck. ISP is the poster child for a well-run local business. If you ever have computer needs, ISP is the place to go.

I had the pleasure of meeting Ian and appreciated his friendly assistance with my computer needs.

I had received multiple recommendations to try this shop. I called several times and left messages but did not get a call back. I eventually got through one day and arranged to bring my laptop in to be diagnosed. Ian was very nice on the phone. My laptop was there for a couple weeks. Several times, he said he would call me back on a certain day and did not. The worst part was when I went to pick up my laptop, he tried to give me someone else's charging cord. My laptop is a dell and he gave me back an HP cord. I told him that was not my cord and he said "yes, I label them all when they come in, I was wondering why you had an HP cord with a dell computer" essentially inferring that I was the one at fault. We told him again that was not my cord and he let me go into the back to look through all the cords he had. Eventually I found my cord which was labeled with the same number as my laptop.
Overall I am just really disappointed after hearing so many great things, and at the lack of communication, and lack of accountability. He didn't take responsibility at all and made me feel that I was wrong or to blame for it not being the right cord.: (

I went in this store one day cause i seen it as i was in area and talked to a service staff knowing quite well they cant do nothing for me without my computer i wanted to upgrade a 6 year old 3k rig but they were knowlegable as am i and kinda hit a tune like these guys know whats going on.either way over the phone a couple weeks later i decided to call as i got a settlement and wanted an upgrade at least.but explained my processor was the 3rd gen and the have come leaps and bounds since now on 9th gen processors and that was only reason i felt upgrade might be worth it so with that aside we started talking about a new rig.and for the beast they built was more worth the money to go new than upgrade old.he didn't try to upsell me on anything that was strickly out of budget and the whole whole explaining you can do this or this but this is my reconmendation and this is why.was very informative.and even getting down to the nitty gritty the case.has all the ports where i need them and lots extra in back.he asked me what kind of plugins or dvd drive or whatever that was wanted and the end all.i got more than i expected out of this lil store.they made sure i had custom build built to my needs/wants.and event went over the top and delivered and help set it up as i lived across town.very proffesional and informative experience with a beast of a comp that from dry start loads in under 10 seconds

This is the BEST computer place I have ever delt with. They helped me with my laptop and were successful at getting it running after installing a new hard drive. However there were things they saw that indicated it would likely have issues in the near future. So instead of taking my money and sending me home with a computer that seemed to be fixed, they were honest. So many places I've delt with in the past would have said nothing and then recharged me to fix it again! They spent dayyyyys working on it and didn't even charge for their time. I recommend ISP computers to anyone who values integrity, honesty, fair prices and awesome customer service! They also have some neat crafty merchandise in their store:)

Excellent customer service and attention to detail. I've been using my new office PC and monitors for a couple months now and they are great to use on a daily basis with no issues. I would recommend ISP Computers as a great place to go for your computing needs.

Overall, I would recommend this place for the customer service alone. We received a lot of suggestions, time, and trial in error in attempt to fix a 3 year old ASUS laptop that has severe lag with Audio and Video issues. They did essentially everything they could, but unfortunately the laptop was nowhere near fixed. It has gotten worse of course over the last few months and simple things like mp3 playback or YouTube viewing can't happen without stutter or glitching. Appreciated the kind service and the effort, though.

Kept my computer for 4 months and still havent fixed it, still in shop being " fixed"

Iain went above and beyond helping me fix my companies computer, he understood that as most business owners we need our computer yesterday. He fully explained all of my options and worked after hours to get us back on our feet computer wise. I used a competitor of his before but ISP will get my business from now on. This is an owner that cares deeply about his craft. Thank you!

Best experience ever! After speaking with 2 other local computer guys who were appalling to deal with, I am so thankful for calling! Iain had my laptop fixed in a day, at a third of the cost I was expecting. Knowledgeable, and didn't try to sell, sell, sell or play up how much work may need to be done to fix - like the guys did. (He actually talked me out of buying something as it wasn't necessarily going to help me - who does that? !) Lifetime customer here now, and I will recommend to everyone I know!
