Ital motor is family owned business. Staff and mechanics are really friendly and trying to accommodate my requests. It's my first choice of oil change place.

I recently had my car serviced here- amazing service! The staff are honest and knowledgeable! They take the time to walk you through everything!

I got the group on coupon, and i have no complaints. I’m not sure who would complain about $57 for a tire rotation, oil change and 27 point inspection! That’s just the price of oil LOL. Overall i have no complaints and will for sure be coming back:)

Very helpful. My daughter orders difficult to get parts from there. No issues picking them up.

They have very friendly staff who tells you exactly what the problem (s) are and how much it will cost before servicing.

Bought Groupon online for oil change, tire rotation and 27 points inspection.
When try to book appointment over the phone was quoted right away $30+ for taxes and shop supplies on top of Groupon. Person on the phone was quite rude, refuses to provide name and finally said they no going to do business with me. Asked for my name and when I said I can provide it did not want to take it.
IMHO they did not want to deal with Groupon, why they even posted this "deal" on it?

Very honest and fair prices. They are always trying to do the best for their clients needs. I was able to get parts and services quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended these guys.

The owners were fantastic. Service was amazing and even with the use of a groupon they gave us the best service. There was of course was a small fee for the extra oil used in our vehicles which was to be expected and was transparent. They have gained us as new customers. Thank you Ital Motors!

Don’t buy group on coupon, these guys are scammers. Booked an appointment he said it’ll be 2 hours on the phone but. When Visited there he said he need my vehicle all day. Called him two days later he said an oil change will be half an hour but if it’s group on coupon he won’t do it.

Went there last week to get my oil changed and they were super nice and helpful! Not to mention their prices are very affordable. The man at the front who was the owner even charged my battery for me free of charge and was a very sweet man:) will be back!

I keep going back because the work is done quick and well, the folks are friendly, they don't do work that isn't needed, and the prices are fair.

Honest and fair prices. Knows what he's doing and does an excellent job. You can trust bringing your fancy car, SUV, or van here. Came once for an oil change and my family now uses ital motors for all our mechanic work. I tell all my friends and family to bring their car in here.

I bought a Groupon for a $27 oil change, and on the phone they told me it would actually be an additional $25 (for no reason, that's just standard). $52 for an oil change isn't a good deal at all, I think wasn't even able to get a refund for my Groupon so I was just completely ripped off. Would give zero stars if I could, really dont recommend this place just based on my experience on the phone with them.

I found them in groupon since I looked for cheaper oil change for my husbands car. Few years after i got my license i also go to this place even after we moved ro rhe other aide of the city and hubby goes to bc for work, we still come to this place. We couldnt be happier, honesty and profesionalism atmost! Highly recommended!
