This was definitely a gem that we found! The prices are pretty reasonable and the food is so tasty. The cannoli's weren't too sweet at all, and they were the perfect amount. The sandwiches were all good, especially since we requested to have them toasted, and the tart was crispy on the outside and warm and gooey on the inside. The salad was also yummy, and had a really interesting flavored dressing.

Has one of the best cold cuts in the city. The sandwhich has a little kick with the spicy, the herb and oily, the cheesy, the multi-layeted meat. The bun holds everything jam packed in perfect proportions.

Bakery goods are not bad

Absolutely love this Italian centre! The buns are so good to make sandwiches with! Their baked goodies are to die for! The staff are nice and they keep the place clean.

Get our lunch meat here every week with out fail. Love the selection. Can't go wrong with the Panini from the cooler either.

If you want to find the best pizza in Edmonton, you go to any Italian centre. One of our favourite places and we are never disappointed.

What an incredible selection of uniquely Italian items to choose from! Very fortunate to live relatively close to this location and it's a must visit any and every time I need something for an Italian meal.

As with almost all my reviews, it's the staff who make or break the customer service experience. The staff here are simply amazing - very helpful, friendly, informative and funny.

To say I recommend this business (and all their locations) is an understatement. It does however, need to be said! Highly recommended!

I love this place soo much. The other locations are so far. This is very neighborhood ish! Great staff, produce, everything italian. Then you have the Cafe! Great pastries, foccacia to die for and my favorite the Nutella latte!

An absolutely amazing place to visit and find unique and hard to find items. Whenever I am in need of products for Nordic dishes, I always look here first. I have found it impossible to find frozen red currants anywhere in the city, but they carry this item and at a decent price ($10/kg frozen). There are a lot of other great products for sale here and at pretty decent prices. The bakery is also incredible. The eclairs are delicious and the pistachio cake is amazing. I look forward to trying the pizza sometime as it looks and smells amazing. I will happily return again and again.

Delightful pastries and baked goods. Plus they stock British style bacon - hooray! Plenty of favorites from all over Europe not just Italian foods, excellent abd consistent stock of a large selection of European staples you just cant find anywhere else.

Loved this place, never knew about it until someone sent me there to pick up a cake. So much culture to soak in, great coffees, excellent bakes and breakfast sandwiches and the grocery section is like candyland for adults. Wonderful place to sit around on the patio on a summer day with a hot cuppa ️

I and my family and friends have been shopping here for longer than I can remember.
There is a wide selection of all sorts of traditional European cuisine, imported from all around Europe.
Can't go without mention the deli, where they have wide selections of meat, cheeses, and olives. Personally, I like to pig out on the nocellara olives they sell there, absolutely delicious.
There's a connected cafe too, that is also very good.

This busy Cafe is an Edmonton hot-spot for Italian style coffee and desserts. There are at least 3 locations. All locations are attached to a grocery store. You can buy everything you need for a good pizza or a big batch of spaghetti sauce.

For selection, it is always excellent. For customer service and the experience, generally mediocre as they are often rude and currently the number of customers without masks are ridiculous.

Always go here for proper pasta and deli meats. Its clean, well organized, with friendly staff. Their baked goods are all awesome especially the fresh bread.

I loved the place. It was pretty busy for a Sunday afternoon, joyful place with delicious pastry and good/friendly staff. Lots of variety in their products. The service was fast enough, didn't wait for too long. I ordered 2 espressos, slice of carrot cake, blueberry cake and forgot about the 3rd one. They gave us a slice of caramel cake instead of carrot cake, we had to come back and get our order right which they did quickly and the problem was solved. Thank you for that!

My brother suggested we meet here for coffee…I’m so glad he did. This is going to be one of my regular stops from now on! I could’ve spent hours looking at all the cheese and pasta and fruit and vegetables and…

I used to love this place until they discriminated against me and demanded to see proof of vaccination. They have no right to my medical history or my dollars. I will never be back here again. Shame.

Friendly Staff serving high quality desserts, including cheese cake, specially cookies, and danishes! A culinary delight awaits you with reasonable prices for such high quality treats! The also make fresh pizza, and I'll try that next!

Wonderful food, huge selection, lovely staff. Plenty of places to sit, inside and out, by large windows. Always a great place to have a coffee and a snack, you will feel transported from everyday life to a mini vacation.

If you are looking for selection this is the place. Being Canadian born of European descent I am able to find many of the flavors that my mother introduced me to. Especially if you need ingredients to make borscht. Also lots of different things to tryfrom their extensive deli and cheese department. Go there and check out things you may never have tried before. Great help in in selecting items so I could create a chacuterie board

Always good at the Italian Centre ship. A bit sad to see it's gotten a bit more commercialized but I guess thats the sign of the times.

There's only one market that carries all the hard to find European stuff and that's ICS! I first tried a prosciutto sandwich 26 years ago from here and have never forgotten about it. If you know you know, if not, do yourself a favor and shop. You will be happily surprised. Fresh baked good daily, fresh produce, amazing meats and olives.

I purchased deli meat from Superstore at $56.75 per kg. The same deli meat from the Italian Centre, $22.36 per kg. I purchased a full kg. The deli counter is amazing and they have so much to offer. Make sure to check out the Cave Aged Gruyere cheese. So good!

Nice atmosphere and good food and drinks. After you're shopping you can just walk over. Love the cappuccino, zero burned or bitterness to it!

This place has some great products that you can only get here. You definitely get that Italian grocery store feel. The bakery has some amazing deserts and the fresh meats at the deli always good. You can buy some super good spaghetti sauces and meatballs and cheese. But, the hot Panini sandwich is probably one of Edmonton's most notable sandwiches, if you've come here and had one you will always want to come back for another. Friends who have tried the sandwiches from out of town always ask about them. I really like coming here just for that alone.

Best place to get some hard to find European delicacies. Lots of choices for deli meat, and don't get me started on the selection of olives. They also have fresh baked bread and a café where you can order pizzas and get some pastries.

I’m beyond done with Spinellis. They aren’t what the use to be back in the day. Prices increased dramatically and quality decreased dramatically. Deli staff not trained properly, they don’t understand meat thickness, or how to wrap the meat properly, or when to throw out the ends. Why would I want the end slices of meat? I’ve spoken to the manager many times but no one cares. That’s okay, I’ll take my business elsewhere and support other small European businesses instead that aren’t greedy like Spinellis has turned.

Petite neighbourhood market for Italian pantry items, cookware, charcuterie & grab-and-go eats! They have a great selection of speciality Italian goods, excellent service, In and out if you know what you want.

Love this place! Everything I buy is superb quality and the olive selection and Italian style pizza are from another planet! The one that king I don’t like is that I seem to gain 20 lbs shortly after bringing my groceries home. Go figure?

I come here a lot and always love the food but the service has consistently been a mess. Rather than taking your order at once you gotta tell like 3 different people what you want, repeating yourself several times and stuff is frequently missed. Please please please get a better system in place for placing your orders. Get one person to write an order ticket and be done with it.

Dropped in for a caffe latte. It was perfect. Enjoyed it on the patio. Staff were patient and helpful.

The coffee is the greatest; especially the latte with some soy and an extra shot of expresso! You'll be licking your All the foodstuffs: pennines are scrumptious the Margherita pizza is finger-licking great! There's more.

So happy that the Willow Park store was opened. After moving from Edmonton to Calgary, what I missed most was Spinelli’s.

I love shopping here, after groceries we stopped in to the cafe side for drunken cappuccinos with our tiramisu, sooo delicious!

Prices that are equal to or better than Superstore, as much local produce as they can find, and almost always great quality. Best deli in the city as well. Heavy focus on local goods, without marking up prices. I always start my shopping at the Ital Centre before moving on to the big box stores for whatever I wasn't able to find. And some of the friendliest, happiest staff in the city, hands down.

The shop is amazing and truely a great experience my only reason for not giving it 5 stars is it was alittle cramped and it made it hard to maneuver the isles.otherwise you really should visit this store

Great selection of meat, cheese and olives at the deli counter. Not sure what to buy? They will give you a sample to taste before you buy. Fantastic fresh baked breads. Best selection of pastas, olive oils and balsamic vinegars.

The Italian Centre Shop surprisingly has many gluten free items like pastas, wraps and snacks. They also carry a lot of products if you follow a plant based diet. A great selection of beans and produce. Plus everything is quite affordable compared to other specialty shops.

Great place if you need something from Europeans, like food and drink, you will find there. I always going there to buy a food from Balkan.

The Italian centre shop is like stepping back in time in a good way. It's a local shop for the neighborhood and you will see ladies visiting, the men will go have coffee in the coffee shop (have a sandwich and dessert here). The deli is one of the best, the section of cheese, meat and olives is amazing. I shop here for fresh bread and great prices for produce, which is quite often local. I go out of my way to come here. It's a gem in Edmonton.

Always find the people (customers) interesting. It's a small store but always busy, well stocked. The sandwiches and olives are a must.

I am not going to stop shopping here, but i do want to let you know that i’m pretty disappointed with an experience i had on sunday afternoon (march 31st.) i am an alternative looking person, and two of your staff members (one being a young boy) made rude comments about my appearance loud enough for me to hear. That isn’t acceptable and I hope that you’ll let them know, even though they should already know better. All walks of life shop at your store and some might not come back after hearing something like that.

Tried my first ever egg nog latte the other day at this place. It was pretty unique but enjoyable. Very busy cafe as well a lot of foot traffic happening in the grocery area. But excellent stop for a fresh Italian pastry and hot beverage of your choice!

So much a real euro deli and the service is always fast and efficient. The place is obviously managed well and has good standards for being cleaned and organized. The pastry is always consistent. I am happy to report that the West end store is as good.
