We were visited by Christy for an assesment re. A/C scheme.
Christy made this a very pleasant and informaritve experience, giving good advice and even replaced the door weather stripping and tap nozels.
She was both friendly and respectful to us and the home performing the assessment professionally and with great attention to detail.

We had our first electrical issue in the house we just bought. It trips and whole house switches off electricity for numerous times that made us decide to contact an electrician. They were recommended by our realtor and glad we were in the right hands. He check all possibility to resolve the issue since we are leaving in a town house lots of restrictions and board approval before we get something done. But Pro Fx just know what to suggest and really get it fixed. He was honest and made sure we understood the consequences of this solution he suggested. He is very patient in explaining things to us, whatever question we throw at him, he answers it patiently and accomodatingly. He really did his job well. We never get trips at the house at all. Thanks to Pro Fx. I will never hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family.

Great experience and value! Friendly efficient services provided by Adam from It’s Electric! Adam did a fantastic job with our brand new basement bathroom. Loved the final product which included in-floor heating, wiring of steam shower, design, installation of lighting fixtures, running wiring, install bath fan, receptacles and switches. Well organized, professional, timely and clean job site. Every aspect of the service and the quality of the job was above our expectations. Highly recommend.

Rarely do I write reviews, however I felt compelled to do so for Adam. Over the last couple of years Adam had made numerous electrical changes in my house. Adam is professional, always on time, take pride in his work, and really listens to what I have to say. He never once made me feel like any of my questions were foolish and he had the utmost patience in describing and sometimes re-explaining to me to clarify any issues. On one occasion he had to work alongside another trade (who was not the nicest person to deal with) and Adam just took it in stride. He was always mindful of protecting my property while still getting the best job done. I would highly recommend him, and I will definitely continue to use his services for my future electrical work.
