I had an appointment today and it was only going to take an hour however after realizing the part that was to be replaced was in a really bad location. The receptionist informed me that it was now going to take "At Worst" 3 hours. This was understandable given the location of the part in my vehicle. The challenge was it took 6.5 hours after being ensured it would be 3 hours at worst. After having an conversation with Jason the owner I found out that the receptionist under estimated the time needed to replace my part. I wanted to share my experience because what happen next gave my hope that there are honest and honorable businesses and business people out there. Jason realizing I was quoted the hours wrong and honored the 3 hours of labor instead of the 6.5 that most shops would charge me. So. If you are looking for a honest place to bring your vehicle I would "HIGHLY" recommend J&J Autoworks. Its a place with integrity and AMAZING customer service and they will take great care of you! I have had nothing but exceptional customer service from them every time I have brought my vehicle in.

They got me in on time and didn't waste my time. Very honest and I feel comfortable bringing my car here.

They charged me $177 to do an oil change and a quick look over for my Warrenty. Toyota on the trail charged me $80 to do the same thing.

Extremely happy with my service at J&J Autoworks. I came in with a transmission problem a while back, which I knew was an expensive fix. They did everything in their power to reduce the costs, shopped around for parts as if it was their own vehicle, and made it much more affordable than I was quoted elsewhere. I've recommended J&J to three other people so far and will return to them myself.

The first time I went to J&J auto I had to have a front bumper replaced. They quoted me $500 less then other places. The job was done quick.amd looked.great - no issues with it since. I recently had other issues - my car is 10 years old. I told them the symptoms and they fixed it quickly and efficiently. I feel safe to.drice the highway again.

This macanic shop, treated me like I I was an actual priority. I hate macanics and therefore I'm not an easy customer. J & J Autoworks Proved to me that there is still genuine shops out there. I need my gasoline purged and a sensor changed. They gave me FREE diagnostic! They promised me if my problem wasn't fixed, than they find it free of charge! Now I need a feel pump assembly.they know my financial state and worked with me to find a like-new pump. I called one other shop, and they said I would never be able to do that job, at that cheap, stay with j&j. I highly recommend

My worst auto mechanic shop experience ever!

I hardly write reviews because humans make mistakes, but this one deserves commenting on.
I took my vehicle here for what I believed was an issue with my WHEEL BEARING (excessive noise from the wheels that worsened with speed).

After inspection, they believed it was rather the front AXLE SHAFT BEARING. After picking up my vehicle, i realised immediately that the noise problem persisted. I called them and took the vehicle in. They told me the noise was coming from the new bearing. Obviously, they didn't test drive the car to make sure the problem was resolved.
After changing this bearing twice (in two separate appointments) and the problem did not resolve, they asked me to book another appointment to get the WHEEL BEARING changed - at an extra cost.

What stuns me was their attempt at insulting my intelligence, by telling me they've done the work and that" the 'problem' bearing is now working as it should") when THEY KNEW the problem persisted as a result of their error in diagnosing it.
Common courtesy, respect, and humility could have made them say, "we're sorry, we made a mistake, " and I would've been OK.

I will withhold further details, but in a nutshell, I paid money for no work done. Instead, they changed a part that had no issue whatsoever, and they lacked common courtesy to discuss their error.
