Picked up the new bike today. Very freindly staff. Really made the whole process painless. Far better experience than I've had at other places in the past. Definitely recommend buying from.

Booked a service appointment with Rayelle and informed her I was coming in from out of province and my service was completed within hours and hassle free!
Rayelle even caught a bill of sale mistake that could have affected warranty work in the future and went over the service invoice thoroughly before payment.

Bought very nice UTV came months earlier then expected. Ordered some protection parts for the unit. Literly took 2 days for the parts to come in. Staff was very helpful and super chill. Also decent pricing. Will obviously continue to be a customer.

I would like to give Mike a shoutout for his excellent service while I was in search of a rear tire for my Honda shadow. I usually purchase my tires online but after the experience I had at Jack carter I would definitely use their service again. He gave me the best price in town out of all the places I called and even matched the best price found online.

In moving to the Calgary area I was concerned that I wouldn't find a motorcycle dealer that I could trust and feel confident with. I was fortunate to have run across Jack Cater Powersports North. They were the closest to me and after checking them out, I was convinced that I could trust them.
After riding my motorcycle to my new Calgary-area home from Ontario, they did the inter-provincial inspection so I could license my motorcycle in Alberta.
The service and guidance I receive from Mike in parts is outstanding. I do appreciate his knowledge and help.

Excellent experience with Mike at JCP, I came in with my two young sons to fit for snowmobile helmets. Mike was very thorough and knowledgeable but most of all he was patient and conscientious with my 10 year old with special needs. Louis Baintan was very patient with me on the phone - answering all my questions. I eventually decided to come in and buy a new Honda lawn mower. He helped me choose the right model, started it up and showed me how it works, and made sure all my questions were answered before helping load it into the back of my car. Great service!

This was my first purchase from Jack Carter North, though I've been there many times. I walked in when they were having a spring/grand opening/whatever was going on with my boys and we sat on almost every single motorcycle there.

Without super intending to, I bought a 2022 Honda CB500X. Patrick Cousine guided me through the buying process, told me all about the pickup, and held the bike for me until it *finally* stopped snowing and I could bring it home. Fantastic salesman, definitely look for him when you go in! Finishing off the paperwork, financing, and bits of things that needed signatures was Mark Diebolt. Both great and valued employees! I'm not sure when my next purchase will be, but I'll be looking for these two when it happens.

I’m new to coming to the North location, but since learning Logan was moving to that location I will be a customer at both. The North store is lucky to have such a knowledgeable and dedicated sales associate. He has helped me many times in past and I look forward to continuing working with him at this location!

25 years ago I bought my first vehicle from a Jack Carter dealership. I remember it being a great experience, mostly because of how friendly and helpful the staff were. Fast-forward to buying our first ATV, and the team at Jack Carter Powersports North did not disappoint.
Evan helped us order the perfect quad and kept us updated until it arrived. Felicity got us equipped with all the parts, Mark in finance got all the paperwork done, and then while getting it on the trailer (a first for us) Kemlyn came out to make sure we got it loaded and tied down right.

I’m not one to leave a review but Jack Carter Powersports North location certainly deserves the praise! I dealt with Evan in sales who was amazing, he managed to track down the bike I wanted and had it delivered to the store in the same day! When I arrived to pick up the bike it was an easy transition, Mark & Ian had the paperwork ready and were a joy to deal with. They had a wide selection of apparel available in which I had the opportunity to meet Mike, one of the friendliest people I’ve met. Every interaction with the Jack Carter employees was exceptional. Amazing customer service, definitely exceeded my expectations and deserve to be recognized.

I am looking to get into something more fuel efficient with the price of gas. I have an idea of what I want, but Luis was the person who was helping me, and was very personable and knowledgeable in regards to all my questions. Thanks for all the help.

He explain to me what that felt like, what that looks like and what to do going forward if I have any issues with my helmet. I just purchased a New Goldwing from Jack Carter Power Sports North. Everyone is finding these days more challenging, and getting your bike from Japan has been interesting. Evan Wells, my sales guy, kept me informed from beginning to end as well as being a really nice guy. Ian Stephens started the money side of things, explaining the process and continued with everything even while he was being promoted to Sales Manager and turning over the finance stuff to Mark Diebolt who finished off the process. New bike, you need a new helmet. Lexie Zachariahs is the Apparel lady, great at her job and dealing with a slightly older dude like me. Love the smile. Like most riders, we need toys so off to Parts. Mike Becker knows his stuff, ticks me off he is always happy but that’s my problem, what more can I say! To say everyone went the extra mile would be unfair, and being a long distance rider, I know a long road when I see it. I will not say this is my last bike, but I do know, it will be a pleasure walking thru those doors for parts, service and the friendly smile.

I can't say enough good things about the people here! I was greeted immediately as I walked in the doors, feeling welcomed to be there. I Spoke with Evan about a 450rl I wanted. He went over the features and history of the bike extensively, obviously knowledge about the products they offer. Once we decided that I wanted to put pen to paper he set me up with Mark and Ian in finance. They were quick and got me an approval in a day. When I picked up the bike I realized some of my gear wouldn't cut it and I was introduced to Lexie in apparel. She found me what I wanted in my size and got me out the door within the hour while my bike was being run up. I can't stress this enough these people are down to earth and will do their very best to make your experience the best our city has to offer! I will never shop at another powersports dealer, I'll be buying from this place here on out.

So, I needed new tires for my 1991 Goldwing. Not only did they get them in in fast, but price matched with a Canadian online source and got me in the shop the very next day! So. I ride up and I'm confused at first because my GPS said I'm here, thankfully I was smart enough to ride around the building to find them in the back. Not only that, but a LOT of loose gravel. (It's March, but no snow. If I was a young rider, this could be dangerous. So they lose a star.) Otherwise phenomenal. Bike was done professionally by a mechanic that's been here for 20+ years, and done within a reasonable time. I made it home without any problems. Hope I won't find any surprises, like missing bolts, but from what I see so far, everything else was perfection. It wasn't too busy and the my contact (Kem) was very responsive with email communication and helpful through the entire experience. Even though I live south of Calgary, I know the service is worth the travel. Thank-you.

Parts department was oh so helpful for a geezer looking for a small purchase of carb parts for an old Honda generator. Thanks Cole and Mike. Little hard to find the place, couldn't see any signage at all coming in from the back side - but then again, my doc says maybe I should stop driving due to my old-timers and semi-blindness.

Shoutout to Evan he made the process of buying my sons Yamaha TTR-50 smooth and fast as we were in a time crunch. He shared with us why TTR-50 would be better for my son and not the PW-50. He even checked up to see how my son enjoyed his new bike. Definitely will be back!

I came in a few days ago looking for a filter, oil and stabilizer for this years winter storage and Felicity was very knowledgeable about the products I needed and she got me everything to get the job done. Great customer service and experience! Definitely will be coming back.

Been to several dealerships with my boyfriend and this place by far was the most helpful and easy going. All others were pushy on bikes that my boyfriend didn't even want. Evan was straight forward and informative and gave us all the quotes. None of that wishy washy salesman pitch and pressure. Also they seem to have more in stock Honda and Yamaha bikes than the others we've been to. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a bike.

What does it take to get a quote around here (and just for sliders) ? I called in the morning (9amish), had my information taken but still hadn't heard from anyone by 2pm.called back around 2: 30pm I was put on hold then hung up on. I call back (immediately after being hung up on) twice and no one picked up the phone after that. If your busy then just tell me to call another time or come in instead of straight up ignoring my number. Sales department for both bike and gear are excellent.service department leaves much to be desired. 2 STARS

Recently purchased a 2021 cb650r from this dealership and was amazed at the insightful and friendly services. I happily bought a bike from Evan who was calm and collected and really knew his stuff. Never felt pressured to buy, not like other dealerships. He even went above and beyond and got a cbr650r sport bike for me to sit and compare on. In the end I came to a decision and bought my bike confidently.

The process of purchasing the bike went super smooth as well. Ian helped me with finalizing my purchase. He was informative and very quick to respond. Made the whole ordeal hassle free and managed to take my bike home just a few days later

Overall was very happy and highly recommend going to see Evan to get you situated in your new bike.

I recently bought this Ninja ZX6R. I live in Ontario and it had to be shipped here. Luckily Solomon had the experience to arrange everything without a lot of back and forth. He was pleasant and easy to work with. He also sent me pics to check it out before shipping. I got the bike in perfect condition. I'm extremely satisfied in how everything went. Chase Bywaters was assisting me with getting a new battery for my bike I was stuck on the side of the road and my bike was dead he assisted me in getting a new battery and also getting told so I could do the job properly I will be going back there for all of my needs just because of the amazing acts of service chase did to help me out thank you chase

Friendly greeting at the reception as I walked in but parts counter guy could not even look up from his phone to try and help.

About a year a ago I bought a new Super Tenere and traded in my old motorcycle and the process was swift and stress free, a year later I had an issue with the rear brake and spoke to Mike on the service desk and got near instant service.

Great place, nice people. They let me sit on a couple bikes that I am looking at buying used and didn't bother me about actually buying anything.

I was working with Solomon and Ian, both great guys! I purchased an ATV and had it shipped out of province. Everything was done over the phone. These guys even sent me pictures of it loaded on the truck to head north for me! Both responded to all emails and texts promptly and were wonderful to work with making it effortless. Highly recommend these guys, they sure know what they are doing.

Purchased the flagship Goldwing off these guys. Salesman was excellent. Received the bike (delivered in March) with under inflated tires, low battery, and low oil levels. If had ridden this bike out of the dealership - who knows what may have occurred. Caveat emptor!

I haven't dealt with every team at JC Powersports, but each person that has helped me out while I'm there so far has made my motorcycling journey infinitely better, if not possible. Mike Becker on Becker on Parts team has been exceptional on more than one occasion. This is now my go-to spot for all my moto needs until otherwise proven.

Very friendly and welcoming staffs, did a really great job helping me with my bike selection. Plus the prices here are slightly cheaper then other bike dealerships. Had a little bit of a miscommunication with the warranty and the down payment, which is the only reason why this isn't a 5 star review.

I brought my quad in for servicing. The service manager was excellent. He went the extra mile to make sure my machine was ready for the weekend.

I just had a great experience at both the North and South Store. At the North store in particular Kierra Mosco help us out. I brought my 8 year old son in to get his first helmet and some equipment for riding. Kierra was amazing him and really took the time to explain and help him.
