Always happy when I take my E bike in to go get maintenance done to it with Josh. He will always get done in a timely manner that I ask for. I know it’s a tight window that I give them every time but they make it work.that’s why I always come back And make them service it and keep it up and running when I break it. Thank you to Josh For making that happen

Don’t even know where to start! From the moment you walk into the door all the way to the service department, the customer service is by far the best I’ve had in a long time. Brought my GSXR600 in for its 48k servicing only to find out some extra extra work needed to be done. From going above and beyond to getting parts, getting appropriate repairs done, and helping out with a secondary bike to get me going on my bike trip, I can not say enough. Thank you to Adam in the back, Bruce at service doing what he does best, and Davie just being Davie! These guys are friggin awesome and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone else. Great job JC Powersports! Keep on the phenomenal work!

Went in for full service on my Suzuki and they had a guy (Adam) that had worked on then in the past. What a great job at 50k on the bike he made it run like new. (maybe even better)
The front end staff are amazing Bruce went above and beyond to get parts and have the bike back fast.
I have never had this kind of treatment from any dealer before. When you walk in the door all the way to the service counter everyone is friendly and wants to help.

Just wanted to share my very positive experiences at JC Powersports South. My first trip in for some motorcycle maintenance, I noticed another issue with a cable to unlock my rear seat where the gas fill area is located. I let my service advisor (Tamara) know when I arrived for my appointment, and even though they were super busy, she was able to fit the extra work in and get it done for the next day. Service technician Jullien, did a fantastic job, fixing the issues. During my next service appt, the bike was in/out in about 5 hours. Amazing service at JC Powersports South. Tamara and the team there are rock-stars.

Set appointment with Service to have new tire purchased there installed first thing Monday morning, as I am coming in from out of town and wanted to wait for it. Was surprised to see work was all done before I finished my Tim's breakfast. Not always pleased with Service here, but this morning was well done. Kudos to Tamara and Bryan.

Do not recommend getting tires done here. Called and asked for tire and install cost. Was told (understandably) by girl that answered I'd have to talk to service. That's where good service ended. Parts argued about putting a different tire on rear as front was just a year old but I wanted different tires. Then I asked about install cost and was told I'd have to call service but they were busy so they would have to call me back. Still waiting for that call back 24 hours later. Called different shop and got price and dropped bike off for next day service with the tire I wanted. Will never be back as have heard same complaints so many times and nothing ever changes.

I brought a bike in for service. The bike was dropped "sometimes bad things happen". My bikes are like road jewelry and I keep them in immaculate condition. I was concerned at first but the service manager said he would take care of everything. He was right they made the bike whole again. I guess I had no reason to worry. Now I know I can trust them even if something goes wrong they will stand behind it and make sure their customers are taken care of.

Needed tires for my bike before I went on holidays in two days and BRUCE was able to make it happen, I also dealt with Tamara and both were very knowledgeable and helpful, definitely would use Jack Carter powersports again, thanks again,!

They have motorbikes, little kids bikes, bike gear and also lawn mowers with some weed cutters too. Not a super big store but a good one with some nice staff

Ordered parts over the phone - was told they would be there the next morning - I was unable to get there for two days. Walked in to the parts counter, told the partsman my name, he went in the next room, came out with the package and said "have a great day" Service was so quick and convenient it left me lots of time to browse and dream amongst the motorcycles. Thank you for the kind, friendly and efficient service!

Even after saying I didn't want to waste their time as I was planning on buying a quad in another province and was just looking to see what's available. The guy was more than helpful in both finding me a machine I'd want, going over pricing, warranty and parts.
May end up buying it here and figuring out how to ship it to where I'm going just because of great customer service.

Called to make an appointment a week out for 2 of my motorcycles needed rear tires and oil changesas we were on a long road trip, Tamara was very kind, efficient and professional and I got the date and time that I asked for. One of my bikes required a tire change sooner than my appointment date, they were slammed and she made the impossible possible for me! Appointment day arrives and it was quick and efficient, although we did have one snag in the process and a little miscommunication happened but Tamara made it right and they did the right thing. Excellent service from the techs as well, tires were balanced well and no mess from the oil changes.

I bought some new tires for my r6 from these guys and first off they have the best priced tires in the city, I called around and they had by far the best prices. There was a bit of a whoopsie on my part when booking the appointment to have them put on but these legends got me in anyway. Huge shoutout to Bruce who made it possible. I will 100% be coming back here and everyone else should too!

Was in contact with a sales rep on seeing what options to try and make a deal, sent a email back and 5 days later no answer and will not even answer, pretty bad customer service and was hoping to work a deal with jack carter.

Customer service was terrible at the parts counter. Tried to make me feel stupid and muttered under his breath when I returned some hand guards that were not fitting my bike without bending them. So because of that I cancelled my service I had scheduled with them. Had he been more helpful and offered other suggestions they would have kept my business but he was rude and lacks customer service skills.
