I went to the store (crossiron mills location) to change a denim for my husband (a size bigger). The only piece left in my husband’s size was worn by the mannequin. An employee named Abu put all his efforts and got that pant for us. I really appreciate his dedication towards his job. One more employee named Nathan helped us too to get that pair of jeans. Abu had to steam one more pair of jeans to put to the mannequin again. I highly recommend this store for its customer service, quality and style.

Bought a cool summer shirt from this branch and the guy running the till was very friendly and accommodating. Keep up the great work buddy! The store itself is always well kept and tidy.

I came in today and the employee Amanda welcomed me with a smile on her face and amazing customer service. She was incredibly helpful and made my shopping experience here easy and great!

Awesome service. It's very refreshing to come into a store and be treated so well. I was helped by the lady with half and half white/black hair (I forgot the name, hopefully that's enough) definitely will be back 100% recommend.

What happened to the old staff? No one seems to want to help the customer anymore, now every time I go in everyone is on their phone's or talking to a larger group of friends!

Staff is great. Always cheerful. Been there 3 times with my 3 year old and the staff have made him laugh.

It was fabulous experience. Amanda welcomed us and help us choosing the right clothes for me and my friend. Her opinion about styling and clothing is really great. Such a osm personality.

I will not be shopping here anymore after the beaver I witnessed the other day! A customer came in for a simple return and the store manager was rude started yelling and refused to help the customer

It is very frustrating that this store has no considerations for their customers. I bought sales items yesterday, but only to find out that they are too large for me. I didn't have a chance to fit them when i bought coz the store was about to close. When I go back, the counter staff told me that they cannot be exchanged due the tags being cut off. I understand about the policy but, just be considerate especially that these items were just bought a day ago. Please also improve customer service of your staff. They should have sense of empathy to the customer when circumstances like this happen.

Manager is really worthless. Today went there to change size of shirts she said its over 1 month so she can’t exchange. She gave me option to donate it thn Went to different location of j&j they were really helpful and exchange my shirts without any trouble. Will not buy anything from j&j.

Walked in there with tons of bags doing back to school shopping. The staff did not acknowledge us and as we stood needing assistance the staff just walked right by us again without acknowledging us. We spent our money elsewhere! Would never bother to go in there again.

Love this place, it is less generic than most men's clothing stores in a mall. More fashion forward. Hope they get more locations and expand to the US.

Went to exchange/store credit a belt I got for someone as a gift because I got the wrong size, cashier said it had been used? Didn’t really know what to say as I had genuinely just bought it a few days ago.hadnt even been tried on. She suggested I had actually removed and put the tags back on.
I work in retail and would never return even a slightly used product:/ Very awkward and uncomfortable. I understand following policy but it had never been touched, not by me atleast.

Used to love this store but this time the lady is rude and mad because I tried 7 t-shirts and buy only 2. Didn't bought those 2 t-shirts because if bad attitude. With this kind a service not recommended.

I am here to checkout some clothing yesterday, amazing customer service, very friendly. I dealt with ally or elly not sure about the correct spel. But she was very helpful. Even though I have not bought anything but she did great job and I thought I can offer my appreciation here.
