Hands down the absolute best pizza in Edmonton!
Came in for the first time and ordered a triple crown (left side pic) as a courtesy first time customer they made us a Quattro Formaggi authentic Italian pizza to try! Outstanding!
If you’re looking for a nice place to play a game of cards with a group of friends, watch a game or a fight or perhaps a game of pool. I would highly recommend. Great atmosphere and superb customer service, very good pricing!

Loved the vibe. Food is great. Especially their Garlic Chicken Pizza. Cant get enough of it. Try it with their Chipotle dip.

Calamari spices burnt my mouth to the degree I couldn’t taste the calzone which was 3/4 filled with sauce, little cheese there was not melted, fair amount of other ingredients but mostly luke warm throughout. 2 star for calamari portion size and calzone crust thickness is on point.

Happily surprised by the food at Jack's.
Have had a few different things from the menu and everything has been delicious.
Definitely worth checking out.

Worse experience ever. Food was good had wings and a calzone but just when the pizza arrived master splinter comes running across the floor right into our booth I got up and tried to stomp out the feral mouse but I missed. And the waiter came and seen the mouse too and said he was gonna go get someone. At that moment I left without paying my bill because figure out your rodent problems

The nachos where amazing best I had in a long time. Wife asked for a crispy chicken but got a a spicy one instead not a big deal. Well the staff wiped off the hot sauce and served it back to us. Wiping off hot sauce does not get rid of the hot.

20 minutes to take our drink order, 40 minutes to receive wings, and 30 minutes to receive our bill. Service is terrible but the food is good. Need better service to keep customers coming back.

The pizza here tastes terrible. Got the garlic chicken and the Jacks Meats pizza. The dough was not cooked completely, pretty doughy in spots and just a general bland taste of the crust. Would not order again.

Service was great. People were friendly. Finally found a place with pool tables in walking distance from home.

The only reason I ordered take out from Jacks is because their menu says their burgers are house made Patty’s. That’s so far from the truth. Just a gross processed frozen burger. Not to mention the disgusting fake processed cheese. It was My first time and last time going to Jacks. Fries were yucky too.

Love this place. Best wings ever! The bartender Ricardo is awesome! Really took care of us! Super fast service. He was so kind, courteous and welcoming! Would come back just to be served by him! 5 stars

Beer too expensive. Drink sizes not in accordance with Canadian sizes. Prices too high. Service poor. Owners trying to do bar tending which they have no idea how to do.
Pizza is good. 12 Oz of Canadian draught $6?

Not upto the mark with service it’s not about the quantity but the quality major lacks on service waited 25 min may be more for the chicken wings order and yes forget about the other orders Ages to show up

They rushed us out and rushed out the food if I knew they were closing at 945 I wouldn’t have came inn poutine was too hot to eat before I was told they were closing

This place is just awful. Whatever the management is now, they don't understand what sports to put on TV (it is hockey playoffs, this is not rocket science), the alcohol prices are ridiculous, and the food is simply mediocre.

Edit: So the owner decided this was a fake review, perhaps I will go down there with my bill from about two weeks ago and share with him my experience.

Before covid this was a major spot that myself and a large group of friends came to on wing night, we even came a couple times through covid when we were able to dine in. Tonight I came in for wing night with my kids. The service was excellent! Our potines were piping hot and delicious. Our wings were good aswell, however the biggest reason that we all continued to come when it is far out of the way for us was the fact that you offered Indian flavors for your wings. I am so very disappointed that those are gone. I am not sure that I will be back considering I can get the same flavors and service without driving 30min to get them. Please bring these back, then I'll be back and my review will change! The lemon butter was amazing!

The waitress told me they don't serve wine by the glass so I would have to buy a bottle, this was never the case before so i had to order a different drink. We went there specifically to watch the oilers game, they had it on some screens with no sound but instead had U. F. C on full volume. Also the food was greasy and inedible, no options for vegans other than cauliflower wings which were deep fried and an obvious generic brand I bought at the supermarket once and never again. Won't be going back which is sad cos they could be one local, we chose them over Brewhouse, big mistake!

Fairly generic food as you would expect from a sports bar, but good service and a good environment. Will definitely be back.

I totally support small business within my community. I have been to this sport bar/Cafe pre-Covid but today it disappointed. The owner advertised the Aeuro Sport soccer final but neglected to prepared for the crowd. Having one waitress and one cook for the soccer event, we witnessed & experienced a stressed-out waitress and an overwhelmed cook. We waited over an hour for our ordered food. We were extremely concerned watching the poor waitress trying to keep up with all the orders while the owner stood behind the bar not supporting his staff.
We did noticed the owner take pictures towards the end of the event but pictures do not tell the whole truth. Sorry, but next time be a leader and support your overwhelmed staff.

Ordered a Chicken Calzone and Caesar Salad. The calzone could have been cooked more. It looked a bit white for the dough and a bit gummy inside. Caesar was tasty though.

Nice little spot, we had the steak bites which came with Cactus cut fries, the steak was cooked perfectly, calamari was nice fair size, bigger bites not rings and nachos, they weren't my favorite. My daughter had chicken wings ate them all, an cheese pizza. I had a bite. Sauce was spot on, I think itsmade in house.

Very nice.pizza is amazing and the wings are to die for. I love this place and that's why I give it 5 stars, just a perfect restaurant for family and friends.

Great little pub across the street where we just moved. Cold beer (my fav part, like really cold), great food and not greasy. The wings are one of the best around. 2 pool tables which you don't find in small pubs to much anymore. Would highly recommend if in the area. Friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere.

1700hrs on a Tuesday. Tried to call several times and no answer. Tried to order online and it wouldn't allow me to put in my address. I really wanted to give this new place a try even after all the bad feedback I have heard so far that the food is not good but figured I'd judge it for myself. After half an hour of trying I got hangry and ordered somewhere else. I may try them again sometime but I'm not pleased for a first impression. I really hope that the food is better than I've been told when I do or I'll be really disappointed. This is assuming it's the same place as the Jack's pizza Devon flyer I got in the mail with the same address.

I ordered delivery last night and the delivery man was rude to me when he couldn't find my home. I ordered again tonight because the food is good. BUT over an hour later nothing so I call and the woman says o I thought the owner called you the delivery man is stuck you have to come get it. I said I couldn't and she hung up I tried to call back numerous times and they ignore my calls. This sucks because I have dined there and I like the food but seems the service is always terrible. I am really disappointed

Place was empty for the Superbowl. Utensils were not on the table.
Food was decent, tried Wings, Steak Bites and a pizza, not used to their style of crust it felt undercooked sent it back and they gave me a new fresh pizza and the crust was the same still, it tastes fine.

Went tonight for the fights and the spirits are way watered down.ordered shots and didn't even burn going down. Will not be back. Which is sad as this use to be our favorite spot

They had a mishap with their system and never got what kind of pizzas I wanted on my order (online for pick up). Not only did they comp one of the pizzas they also gave me a free pint while I waited. They have great pizza but it's great they do business like this! A great staple
