I had purchased a vehicle about 6 months ago from another dealership and it was stolen. I found a beautiful Mercedes with Jag/Land Rover. This was an emotional time for me but Cathy and Micah understood my needs and were so patient and understanding. I would highly recommend this dealership as they genuinely care and listen to exactly what you are looking for. 5+ stars and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Thank you both so much:)

I bought a car in 2021, the mileage is up to 100 thousand. Under no circumstances do I advise you to contact this dealership, a couple of weeks after I bought the car, my camshaft broke, errors on the motion sensors began to light up, the whole chassis rattles, my mistake, that I simply trusted what seemed to me to be “professionals”. Accordingly, no one wanted to bear responsibility for this; they sent it to other dealer centers. I categorically do not advise buying a car from them. In such cases, contact Omvic

Bought a used vehicle in full. Wasn't detailed inside. Had left over pizza or pasta sauce on the dash. Gas light was on when I picked it up keys. And requested inspection during our dealing they didn't give it to us until we picked up the vehicle because they had to by law show it and have it signed off. A few things didn't passed inspection. So that was disappointing. Update! When I brought to get the work done. Shocks were blown out, tires bulging, rotors, brakes.and dynamic
suspension was thousands. Cost thousands to fix every. They definitely played dirty.

Our sales representative Matt was polite and helpful. Answered any questions we had, and made sure that the entire sales process for us was smooth.

We had a manager come up to us multiple times to confirm everything was to our liking and standards, I can’t quite remember his name but he was extremely professional, and helpful. He even walked us out to our vehicle and was alongside us for our pick up to make sure everything was to our standards.

The finance process was quick and simple. Samea was fantastic to work with. We did have a slight hiccup regarding the extended warranty payments however Sam has stepped in to address and correct the situation and I am please with the service I’ve received and the help in the situation.

We had a great experience with Francisco and his team at Land Rover! He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and his customer service skills were worth all 5 stars. We look forward to working with him again in the future!

I got my F-Pace a while ago, loving it. It has a phenomenal sound system; it is very comfortable and at the same time, a versatile vehicle. The other day I stopped by at the accessories department with an inquiry about a Jaguar dash camera. They answered all my questions, and they were able to schedule us in right before the long weekend to have this job done.

17 years as a mechanic and have dealt with many, many parts suppliers and I must say the parts department here is absolutely fantastic! Knowledgeable, Friendly and Prompt. Thank you!

Great staff! Always ready to help. When we bought our pre owned car there was some body damage in the boot which we did not notice. When we went over to pick the car up, we did notice and the staff asked us to drop it off at a later date and fixed it for us. Look for Christina, she is fabulous!

We had a wonderful experience buying our Land Rover Discovery R-Dynamic S from Jaguar Land Rover, Calgary. The entire process was seamless and we were able to trade-in our old car and get the new car delivered the same day! Their entire team is really amazing! Francisco Cruz was especially very professional and helpful in coordinating the whole process including the test drive!

Highly recommend this place for all your Land Rover needs in Calgary. I am sure that you will be pleasantly pleased and will have a memorable experience like we did!

My other suggestion is to not waste your money on the third-party warranty. Buyer beware (details at the end of the review). Other than that, as far as this dealership itself:

First impressions were more promising, great experience with a small exception.
Rachel was excellent to work with and made the buying experience a pleasant one. No sales pressure, and she answered all my questions and was patient. She regularly reaches out to see if I have any other concerns, and makes sure I am looked after post-sale.

Many of the staff went out of their way for me as I had several questions about the vehicle purchase with a Jag F-Pace. I was very happy overall.

They also have convenient services like the free pickup truck rental for an afternoon if you need to load lumber or move something bulky.

Regarding the warranty, this dealership offers a JLR branded warranty, and a third-party warranty which is significantly cheaper. The third-party warranty is absolutely NOT worth it. DO NOT BUY. They did not warn me about the fact that the third-party warranty requires an oil change AT LEAST every 10,000km, REGARDLESS of if your vehicle service intervals happen to be higher (for example, Jag says F-PACE only needs oil change every 25,000km or every 12 months, whichever is sooner. Third party warranty says if I want to keep my warranty, I have to get an oil change every 10,000km OR every 8 months, whichever is sooner, and you CANNOT do it yourself, must be at a JLR certified service center). So basically, I'll be forced to go every 8 months even though the vehicle doesn't actually need it.
In addition, none of the fittings or lines or gaskets are covered, and if something fails because of a fitting or a line, then the warranty is void. Water pumps are a common failure on Jag cars. If your water pump fails because a fitting leaked out all the fluid, YOU ARE NOT COVERED. Sorry, you paid for the warranty for nothing.

This in my mind is egregious and unbelievably shady. The dealership absolutely should have made this clear instead of just saying "Oh yeah, basically everything is covered except suspension". Shame on me for not reading fine print before purchasing the extended warranty. I certainly won't be making that mistake again.

I have yet to give a negative review to any business, but this was necessary. I first had coolant issues (coolant leak) with my car in the December of 2019. It was brought to the dealer shop and the first repair was completed on 01/02/2020 – cost: $1354.47. Year after, I again had a coolant leak cost 01/06/2021 - $2,70621. A month later another coolant leaks 02/09/2021 - $867.98.
A year after, I get another low coolant sign and was told there is a coolant leak again on 09/16/2022 - $3,398.30. Yesterday, when I have driven, saw smoke from the engine. The coolant tank was overfilled and spilling out.
I had doubts about this shop's competence but when I saw that it blew my mind. Rest assured I would never be bringing my car to this location again.

Note: all services and repairs on this car were done solely at this dealer.

Working with this team has been so lovley. Alex was and has been a gem, he made the sales process easy and pressure free and has answered every question I've had after the fact and helping me find the little tid bits I needed after the deal. Daniel was great with helping me understand all that is the landrover. My SUV needed a few fixes which the service team took time and care with and Jeff was great at keeping me informed and up to date. I'm in love with my Discovery and would highly recommend buying from this dealership.

If you are looking for a beautiful vehicle and amazing sales specialist go to this dealership. We had a really good experience with Symon. He wasn't pushy at all and very knowledgeable and helpful. He did everything to ensure we were happy with our purchase and made things happen very quickly! We spoke Wednesday, drove down from Edmonton Thursday, arrived right before closing, loved the vehicle and by 2 pm Friday we were back on the road. Symon was very polite and great to deal with. Daniel the delivery specialist was really polite and helpful as well. Great job guys and thank you. Highly recommend and will definitely be back when ready to upgrade. Appreciate all the help.

Great experience and excellent customer service. Helped me get my dream car in a very short amount of time and the handover was very thorough and professional.

My biggest concern was having a low-maintenance great quality vehicle, and the service was exceptional. I found it here. I can text for my appointment, and they know I need a loaner vehicle. Communication is excellent, and the service advisors know you on a first-name basis.

My salesperson did a great job keeping me informed from the shipping to the delivery. The tutorial on the vehicle was long, but at least I know how it all works. The only disappointment I have with the vehicle is the console apps. Rover needs to catch up and quit trying to develop its own.

False advertising on a vehicle claiming it had certain accessories. Vehicle was missing heated seats, rear view camera, heated steering wheel. Very unimpressed with this dealership, they said sometimes ads get copied and pasted. There should be better checks and balances in place to ensure this doesn’t happen.

I purchased a used 2015 Ford Explorer from Land Rover Jaguar Calgary. Jacob and Hitesh were awesome by explaining about the car and worked with me on price. A special shout out to Celina from Finance department. Celina provided excellent customer service and gave me great financing options. Last but not least, Celina and Jacob did a great job with the delivery process. I highly recommend this team and JLR Calgary if you are looking buy used or new vehicles.they will never disappoint you.

My experience purchasing Mitsubishi Outlander 2019 was absolutely fantastic. I had a great experience with Francisco when purchasing my vehicle. Hitesh the Sales Manager gave me a logical offer. We recently purchased a used vehicle and dealt with Matt. The entire experience - start to finish - was a pleasure.

My husband was able to discuss the majority of the deal over the phone. Matt (and his colleague's) service was truly different than any other used vehicle experience we've ever had. At no point did we ever feel like Matt was untrustworthy. It was fantastic.

The vehicle we purchased is in immaculate shape. It was detailed beautifully inside and didn't have the typical Armor All slime that so many dealerships have. In the words of my husband "they somehow made the outside of it smell nice! ".

I highly recommend dealing with Matt if you have the choice when you shop here, you will not be disappointed!

I purchased a pre-owned Ford that was at this dealership from a trade in. Matt was very professional and courteous from the onset and made me feel comfortable with my pre owned purchase! Melanie with the finance team was also very knowledgeable and delivered exceptional instructions and was very organized. The delivery specialist also showed me a few features on the vehicle that I missed the first time too. This is an all around highly skilled team that delivers exceptional customer service!

I would give a 0 star review if I could. My family leased a vehicle that my brother was the driver on but my brother suddenly passed away back in March. We have been trying to work something out for months, begging that this vehicle be returned and re-sold. **Side note- my brother had a company truck leased through Jack Carter and they were unbelievably kind and understanding and took the truck back with absolutely no problems, all they had us do was sign one form and we were out in less than 15 minutes. ** This land rover a 2019 with less than 10,000km on it, barely driven and we are getting absolutely zero help. The response we received from JLR is "we'll put it on the back of the lot and only if someone is interested in it, we'll show it to them, but you're still liable for it. " OR, JLR will put it up for auction and we're still responsible for the difference. The leasing company JLR uses also are the worst bunch of human beings I've ever encountered. DO NOT lease a vehicle through them. THEY stopped payment on us, for no reason whatsoever, and all of a sudden are being sent to collections. Real nice.

Please go to another dealership, I have never written a review, please be aware this dealership does not care for their clients, the only thing important to them is money. We leased 3 Land rover Discovery through them in January 2020,2 under our company, the company was run and worked by my son only. We also leased a GM work truck through Jack Carter Calgary in August 2020 through the company.
My amazing 32 year old son became very ill and was hospitalized January 2,2021 and went into Gods loving arms March 2021. We have begged Land rover to please take back my sons Discovery which has less than 9000 k, to no avail, they want us to pay the full amount owing on the lease, or they will auction off the vehicle and we pay the remaining amount owing. I have talked to the leasing company and they said I should ask Land Rover Calgary for a break, they say its up to the leasing company. Either way they want full payment remaining on this vehicle.which I recently found out was way over priced. Since my sons illness the company has been at a stand still.
In August I ​phoned Jack Carter asked if they would take back the truck, their response was, bring it in any time, I told them I would go that week, but couldn't, I received a call 5 days later, just to see how I was doing. We brought the truck in within the week, they looked at the vehicle, filled out one document, I signed it and was out within 6 or 7 minutes.
Why such a difference in dealerships, Jack Carter you're a person, they believe in their vehicles and in people. I am shocked that everyone associated with Land rover are so callous, and have no compassion, I am in so much stress not only am I grieving my son, I have been paying $1000/month for a vehicle that's been sitting in the garage since January. I am now being sent to collections through absolutely NO FAULT of my own, someone at this leasing company decided to stop collecting payment, I've talked to them and said to take out the amounts owing.but "there's nothing they can do. "
So Please Please go elsewhere for your vehicle, (Jack Carter) it'll save you all worries if anything ever goes wrong.

Bought a used range rover was lied to from sales guy and finance manager repeatedly. Masters of the bait and switch. An absolute disgrace of a dealership to the land rover and jaguar brand.

We are so happy with our experience purchasing our Nissan Pathfinder last week. They worked as a team to help me throughout my buying process. My mistake for showing up unannounced but they took good take care of me while one was busy. I was shown the Range Rover Sport and then I drove it, I LOVED IT! I had the pleasure of meeting Hayden and David, the Sales Managers and that was a nice touch. YOU HAVE A GREAT SALES TEAM! All the other dealers I visited didn't deliver on a TOP NOTCH experience like JAGUAR LAND ROVER CALGARY did! I got my F-pace from Jaguar Land Rover in Glendeer and Symon Murray was the salesperson who assisted me. He is very professional, accommodating and knowledgable. He even helped me with some 3M film issues a few months after the purchase. If you are planning to buy your next luxury vehicle, buy it from Jaguar and look for Symon.

As a single female car shopping it can be intimidating as well as frustrating as I do not want to be ripped off. I have to say I had one of the best experiences with land rover. Francisco was so nice and accomodating to me even though he knew I was not going to purchase a vehicle until the end of the year. Others would have just brushed me off. He took the time to explain everything to me and came along with me on the test drive. He went though all my options and financing with me and did not try to BS me. Shocking that they give little regard to COVID precautions. All service people are not wearing masks, one has a plastic contraption on his face that is not a mask and does not meet any medical standards. Beverage and coffee machine still routinely being used with everyone sharing food and equipment. Was at the dealership for about 90 Mins. There was never anyone cleaning in any capacity. I expected a lot more and it’s flagrant disregard for their staff and clients safety.

Such a great experience, friendly and very organized. I'm a repeat buyer and will keep coming back.

I've been a long time client of the land rover dealership and have seen a lot of staff turnover but the one constant is i always receive outstanding service. I was assisted last Wednesday by a gentleman named Chris, to whom mentioned he had worked for the brand in Ontario and most recently move to Calgary. I am writing this review because Chris was incredible to deal with I will definitely be in touch when i need assistance.if Chris happens to see this "thank you for the outstanding service"!

About a month ago, we were to purchase a vehicle from the Landrover dealership. Our experience in dealing with everyone at the dealership was fantastic. We had put down a deposit on a Friday and were to pick up on the following Tuesday. However, over the weekend we had changed our minds and decided against this particular vehicle.
My husband then called on Monday to let them know of our decision and that we wanted our deposit back and suddenly the fantastic experience was no longer fantastic. He spoke with the finance manager who was originally pleasant and then suddenly very unpleasant and then spoke to the general manager who was again, unpleasant. The GM told my husband that he should “be an adult and read the contract” and that there was no chance of getting the deposit back, it is non-refundable. In my opinion, as a consumer, we have the right to change our minds without penalty. We were told that they incurred costs (cleaning the vehicle, etc, it was dirty). Really? I would gladly pay for the cleaning (should have been done before showing the vehicle) and I am sure it would not cost $1000. The vehicle sold the following week, so I am not sure what costs were associated. We were also told by the GM if we wrote a bad review that they would take legal action against us. Not sure why? I guess that was an expensive lesson for us. It was not a good experience for us and I would never put down a non-refundable anything again. Buyer beware! Happy vehicle shopping.

Exceptional service, booked a service with Scott who was friendly, efficient and professional. The vehicle was well taken care of and immaculate on delivery. It’s good to know of an establishment that prides itself in excellent customer service. After over 30 years of owning vehicles, this was an experience I will cherish. Keep up the great work.

Live in Edmonton but to get an appointment was over a month to get in. I call land rover Calgary spoke with a lady named Angie and she said that the shop could do it that day or the next! Wow is all I can say I came in the followingand even better was surprised that they held aoaner for me! Fantastic service! All I can say is I will think twice before making an appointment at land rover Edmonton in the future.

I was there for service on my Land Rover and was pleased with everyone there, specially my service consultant Chirstian. He was very nice and kept me informed at all times on the status of my vehicle. Definitely will come back and recommend.

I recently visited this location to get my new Range Rover Sport serviced. From the point of my arrival the service advisor named Chris was extremely welcoming, kind hearted and forthcoming with all the service updates and process. He was well aware of my arrival, took the time to introduce himself and outlined the service protocol for the day. When the service was completed he sat down with me to explain what had been done and had my vehicle prepared, washed and inspected upon my return. Extremely polite and courteous.

Although I did have to return the following day for technical complications with the software system, the customer service however was still presented by Chris with the utmost and sincere courtesy to the customer until the problem was resolved. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking to service their Land Rover specifically ask for 'Cris P' if you want to receive the overall best experience.

Also an honorable mention to Moe B for carefully listening to all my needs and for explaining/introducing new models and features for a potential upgrade to my existing Range Rover while my car was being serviced. Thank you for a very customer focused experience Moe and Chris!

I recently had some work done on my vehicle. Before booking the appointment I questioned going to a different location closer and more convenient for me. As I've always gone to this location I decided to book here and I'm glad I did. Working for the first time with Service Advisor, Mark Ramik exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend working with him for your vehicle servicing needs. Mark went out of his way to ensure all of my vehicle service needs were met. Mark's people skills, work ethic and integrity left me with the belief that he genuinely cares for the clients he represents and his number one priority is, first and foremost, what is in his clients best interest. On one hand I felt like Land Rover family and on the other hand I felt like Mark was working for me not a company. As having a relationship of trust with your auto service advisor is invaluable I would strongly recommend Mark Ramik as I am confident he will exceed your expectations as he did mine.
On a separate note, my vehicle was returned to me phenomenally detailed and it was obvious there was extra care and attention put into the job done.

Had a great experience with Mark from the service department. Mark and all the staff that dealt with me during a tough diagnostic on a body control module were respectful, informative, and understanding of what needed to happen with my vehicle and accommodating to how that affected my home-life while my vehicle was at their shop.

Will be returning for regular maintenance in the future versus non-dealer rover options.

Terrible customer service. Had to constantly chase down sales staff to get answers. We were looking forward to our new 2021 purchase. This was their sale to lose. Nothing but incompetence, lack of communication and unprofessionalism. Zero accountability or respect for us as a client. Being a returning customer we expected better, especially from a luxury brand. We have switched to the other Jaguar dealership in the city. What a difference! It is worth the drive across the city!

Bought a new jag fpace svr and honestly on e of the best vehicles i have EVER purchased. The service and sales people are extremely helpful! Highly recommend! The dealership hands down has always been amazing and I noticed a change in the front counter advisors (new additions) and wow gotta great job nice to see smiling faces when I walk in!

I went to this dealership with my parents as they were looking for a new vehicle, we were greeted by a friendly staff member the moment we entered the building and within minutes we were talking to Scott who was friendly and professional. Scott provided a variety of options and in the end, assisted my parents in finding a F-Pace that was to their liking. Amanda, the financial manager, was very helpful and patient in explaining the paperwork in detail. Freedom, the delivery specialist, took the time to cover the ins and outs of my parents new vehicle; making sure to take the time to ensure we understood and felt comfortable in navigating through the different features. We had an amazing experience and it was thanks to the staff mentioned above.

I needed a windshield replaced on my 2018 F -Pace so we figured a Jaguar dealership would be the right place to go to. We contacted the service department and were promised a call back after getting the work order number from the insurance company. That was over two weeks ago and even after many repeated attempts to speak to a person handling our case we never received a call back. Even our insurance tried to no avail. We finally gave up and took our business elsewhere. Hard to fathom why such a bad service from a luxury vehicle dealership.

Worst sales experience I have ever had. I was very interested in an e-pace, but the incompetent and uncaring staff were not helpful whatsoever and kept me waiting for half an hour before even being able to touch a car. Terrible, terrible, terrible.

Just finished purchasing my 4th vehicle from Calgary Landrover and I couldn’t be happier. The sales experience with Hayden and Melanie was painless. To top it off, the delivery was top notch. Alex was very knowledgeable and was able to address all of my questions.

Initially, when I bought the vehicle, I had some concerns but the General Manager Jiri Gronzil took care of all my concerns in a professional way. He is Kind and truly cares for his customers. Ken, the sales advisor was also very informative and made sure his customers are well taken care of. Hunter, the product specialist made sure I walk out from the dealership with having full knowledge about my Velar. The rudest service advisors I have ever dealt with. Leased the Discovery Sport, this machine has the worst turbo lag we have ever experienced, merging onto any highway became a safety issue in this totally unreliable vehicle. More than once, we voiced our concerns but all fell on deaf ears. Not one person (and there were a few) could have cared less. Even the end of lease procedure was ridiculous. Will never own another. Will always tell this story.

I brought my 2018 Range Rover Sport in for the 2 year servicing and I was super impressed with everything. The shuttle driver (forget his name but he had an accent) was fantastic and friendly as was all the staff there that I dealt with. Thank you for great service!

Freedom. Yes, that’s the name of the sales associate I worked with during the recent purchase of my new vehicle. I felt as though I had a friend helping me make the right decisions. No pressure, just pointing out differences, making sure I knew the difference between makes.

Went into Range Rover on July 25th around noon to look for a new vehicle. After few mins, Scott approached us. We definitely saw him look us up and down before bringing us back to his office area. He answered personal calls while we were trying to talk about what we were looking for, and later when we we’re supposed to go on a test drive, he went to get the car but we literally saw him with another customer on the lot. We ended up waiting over 30 minutes for him to “get the car” and he still wasn’t back. We asked his coworker if he’d seen Scott but he hadn’t. All in all, he was very rude, stuck up and seemed very judgemental.

Great dealership!

My wife and myself felt really valued by the whole team. (sales, finance and general manager), my son even received a jaguar puppet as surprise when we picked up our new Range Rover.

The sales guys, Mark and Rich, were great. Then it was all down hill from there. The service here is beyond horrible. Everything from making an appointment to actually getting anything done is a nightmare. The last time we tried a regular 1st year service the car was returned to us twice without completion. We are going in this week for more issues, we'll see how it goes. So far the appointment was rescheduled because of a "misunderstanding" that they tried blaming on us and three phone conversations later we have a simple service appointment. Absolutely horrible.there isn't a person i talk about cars with in my life that I don't tell about how bad the service has been here.

Just received my Jaguar F-Type R from Calgary Jag. Buying a car from across the country can always be tricky and I didn’t know what to expect. From the beginning Doug Barber made the process as easy as possible. I was able to negotiate a great deal with him and Paul, and they worked with me as I was in Ontario. Paperwork that I requested was sent promptly and any questions I had were answered almost immediately. Doug went the extra step and delivered the car to the rail yard so I could get it shipped immediately. Recently I received my new F-Type and I’ve never been so impressed with a machine in my life! You were right Doug, she is a bullet! The car being perfect was the icing on the cake. Thanks Calgary Jag for a wonderful experience and you’ll definitely have me back when we upgrade my wife’s vehicle.

Working at this store was an exercise in futility and an enlightenment to how bankrupt the entire industry is.

$899 for "Inspection and Preparation" and $895 for a doc fee. The hallmark of a weak store that can't make money: fees. "Herp, derp, it's part of the industry! "

The story is that prior management was fired because of gross misappropriation of funds by the owner and the new management is there to set things right.

Reality has shown that it's a case that reality is reality, and a leopard doesn't change its spots. Washing a soiled rag leaves you with the same old, soiled rag.

The majority of the pre-owned inventory is retail priced boat anchors from other Olympic Auto stores. What is a Rover or Jaguar, much of it the store is stuck a simply stunning amount of money in. Most of the inspections are out of date.

Caveat emptor to any buyers.

For anyone who seeks to work here: save yourself the trouble unless you're part of the clique, unless you have a fetish for being gaslit and undermined.
