I have to say, I have been nothing but impressed by Trent in the service dept, RR Edmonton. He ALWAYS goes above and beyond to keep me updated when my vehicle is being serviced, and answers all of my questions without hesitation (and I usually have a lot).
A big shoutout to Trent, and also Deanna who assisted me in purchasing an extended warranty. Her inviting and vibrant personality made it a little less painful.

Just got home with a new 2024 F Pace. The team I got to deal with, Deanna, Riley and Matt. Amazing. Have never had a dealership treat me this way in my life. I believe it is the quality people that are there not so much just the dealership. It just proves that all things are not equal. Seeing everyone I saw smiling and looking like they actually enjoyed their work/professions. Really put a smile on my face. I do not believe anyone can go wrong in dealing here. One last thank you to Roy. Who came and picked me up. Amazing young man with a great future ahead of him.

Disappointing Extended Warranty Experience

I recently purchased an extended warranty from this car dealership and I must say, it has been an incredibly frustrating experience. First and foremost, their extended warranty service writers are lairs Whenever I've tried to reach out with questions or concerns, I've been met with long wait times and unhelpful responses.

Furthermore, the coverage itself is riddled with loopholes and fine print. When I needed repairs for my car, I found out that several issues were not covered, despite being assured that they would be when I initially bought the warranty. It felt like a bait-and-switch tactic, leaving me stuck with unexpected repair bills.

Additionally, This level of inefficiency is unacceptable, especially when you're dealing with car repairs.

Overall, I cannot recommend this dealership's extended warranty coverage to anyone. It's been a frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish, and I regret my decision to purchase it. Save yourself the trouble and look for a more reliable and customer-friendly option elsewhere.

I’m rating this a 4.8 but for obvious reasons I cannot do so but I e rounded up to a 5 star.

I don’t know the receptionists name unfortunately but they were very pleasant, and friendly. She made us feel very welcomed.

We had an appointment set up with Matthew Bachand when we looked to purchase a vehicle. He was professional and friendly and was able to easily answer any questions we had. As someone who’s never owned a BMW, we had a lot of questions, trust me. He was not pushy in any way even though he knew we were just looking.
We traded in our vehicle and got the best trade in value out of several places we looked at. Overall the experience was comfortable and hassle free. Matt was great and would rate him 5/5.

The 4 star rating comes from our finance manager. Even though they were excellent while we were in the building, they did not reply to email correspondence. Matt was able to get me some info from them and replied to me, but the other email went unanswered.

Forgive me but I don’t recall the supervisors name but they were very pleasant, friendly, and easy to talk to. Got to know us on a personal level which we throughly enjoyed.

Excellent experience overall.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Jaguar Landrover Edmonton. Their services were shockingly unprofessional. They inexplicably broke a deal agreement with me without any valid reasons, leaving me frustrated and without the vehicle I had been promised. To make matters worse, they failed to complete an inspection on time, causing further delays and inconvenience. I would strongly advise against doing business with them.

Purchased the vehicle of my dreams from this dealership. This is the 9th vehicle I have owned, and will not be able to shop anywhere else in the future. This dealership has set the bar so high that I will not be able to go anywhere else! From the beginning I received the most professional and supportive service from Paul in sales. I spent hours (and more hours) test driving and changing my mind multiple times (they have a GREAT selection). Never once did I feel rushed or pushed in any way toward a certain vehicle, Paul just supported me in the way I needed as I worked through the process of settling on a decision. Deanna from finance was AMAZING and made the process of the paperwork extremely easy and efficient. The day of my possession was MAGIC and they go above and beyond, it feels more like an experience than a possession date. Craig spent at least an hour going through the vehicle with me and showing me all the gadgets and buttons and ensuring I was properly introduced to my new ride! Words cant describe how happy I am and will always recommend this dealership in the future!

With this dealership, we put $1000 deposit amount to hold a vehicle And I told him to give us at least a day to think about it. And the next day we went back in the dealership and we talk to them. I told them to refund me the hold amount cause the payment is doing very up as per the deal with the coverages they provide me. Now they disagree to refund me the payment. That I paid for the hold because the vehicle does not Worth for me for being that much of a payment.and I talked to the manager PAUL (He is one who told me do not waste my time and don’t come in the future). And there is some more name Mitch Smith, Brianna, Steve, sales manager and they were totally rude to me, and they didn’t understand what I’m trying to explain to them. Please do not waste your time with him.

Booking service appointments almost 2 weeks out without giving loaner vehicles for the time being. I’ve dealt with other luxury dealerships in the past (Mercedes & Audi) and have never experienced this type of poor customer service. For a luxury dealership, do better. I’ll be taking my services elsewhere for not only this service appointment, but for all other future concerns as well.

There service people other than Raj are horrible and liar. They do not tell u when ur parts gonna arrive if your vehicle covered under warranties. Riley, he is the service representative there, he called me the day when i got my oil change done in june and said my front driver side tire needs to be replaced as the rubber on the side wall is getting ripped and there is also small bubble on it. And he gave me the quote and everything, after that i said i have warranties on tires and i got it replaced before too because of the same issue. Then he said he gonna call me back after checking. Next when i asked about tire he said he cant do anything right now because tires are back log until end of july. I was fine with it and didnt bother. Now last week i contacted him and asked about tire. He said tires are still back log i have emails saying he dont have any idea when the tires gonna arrive, i told him i drive on highway its not safe to drive with a bubble on the side wall. Now today i contacted there parts department and he said they have the tire in stock and can order for me. Like that’s totally B. S, why there service people lying to me thats because my tire is under warranties. I really suggest do not take your vehicles for any service or other things to this place.

Ended up here by chance and couldn’t be more happy with the entire process from start to finish. To be honest, I was a bit intimated at first as my perception would have been that they perhaps deal with a higher end vehicle market than I was in. But Ben and the team literally melted any reservations I had away, and at the end of the day even if I hadn’t purchased something my experience would still have been the same. I was in control of the process with the guidance that I needed and feel confident with the end result.

I highly recommend using Jaguar Landrover Edmonton for your next vehicle purchase. The service from start to finish was fantastic. I worked closely with Raf in the sales department who was not only extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles but also genuinely cared about making sure I had a good experience and got the car I wanted for an unbelievable price. Maggie in finance was also amazing and super efficient getting everything completed quickly.

I have never been treated so well at a dealership when looking to purchase a vehicle. I did not feel pressured, crowded or any sort of negative way while I was there. Nelson was the person who helped me and he was excellent! Knowledgeable, kind, and personable. The whole experience was actually great and I feel my vehicle was a wonderful investment and that I will be taken care of whenever I go in. Highly recommend this dealership and Land Rover itself has so much to offer. Top quality!

Just purchased a used Audi with 45k and they put cheap brakes and rotors on and immediately the car screeches when coming to a stop. I left numerous calls over the past month with no follow ups until yesterday and today when they mentioned they are not taking care of the problem and that they could buy it back (at a reduced price) and find me another vehicle on their lot! LOL

Amazing service right from an immediate call back from online inquiry. Tariq Mahmood the sales rep was open honest to me, easy to deal, give some options that suit my needs. He's always keeps in touch and went above and beyond each step. Troy Ozbey the Finance Manager was great and help me with all financing questions and options that I can have and quick to respond. I never had better experience. I am very happy and satisfied with the service. Five stars for all of the team. The entire team was absolutely incredible to deal with and worth the drive from Lacombe.

I was apprehensive about purchasing the vehicle sight unseen (I am in Calgary) but Tanner and Maggie were able to address all of my concerns. I especially appreciate Maggie clarifying some things after I took delivery, so I could have total peace of mind. They were both diligent and personable communicating through e-mail, text and phone and I felt like they quickly understood what was important to me.

Their excellent communication made the process extremely easy - literally a few texts, emails and a short call to take care of everything. I have been shopping for a vehicle for several months and I absolutely feel like I found the right one for me!

Every little detail of my experience with the team at Jaguar Edmonton added up to such an above and beyond experience. Buying my E-Pace from Manitoba was made so simple; I got answers to all of my questions quickly and clearly, I was sent a link to a custom YouTube video walking me through the entire vehicle after making my purchase, the interior and exterior was immaculate when I arrived to pick it up, and I can’t thank Tariq, Maggie and Dustin enough for their hospitality while we were there. There is a reason I chose a Jaguar dealership out of my home province. This team is top tier. I won’t hesitate to come back and see them for any future vehicle purchases, and can’t recommend them enough. You guys rock!

He was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, and he wasn’t pushy at all. He clearly believes in the brand and frankly that sold us. We will always go back here in the future.

My boyfriend bought a car from here, a 2017 Volkswagen Golf. It started having some issues within the first week. Was brought in to be fixed and supposedly everything was done. A week later while driving the car on the highway the engine stopped and the steering wheel locked. If we were on any kind of curve in the road we would have drove straight off it. At this point decided the car wasn’t safe and Jaguar agreed to return it. But because it was just over 30 days had to pay 1200$ in taxes. This wasn’t a huge deal. Until we went to shop for another car, and they informed us rather than voiding the contract to return the car, they put it in the system as a REPO! Destroying his credit. Jaguar was not helpful at all and blamed it on the bank. We still haven’t resolved this issue and the whole thing has just been a nightmare. By far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with.

Following the phone call this morning from Mr. Chad, I still wonder if he was really the Grand Chef of this Shop, I asked him several times what his function was, and if there had the possibility of being served by someone else, but he told me several times that he had no superiors! What a shame to talk to his customers in such a way!
Please dear potential customers, expect your car to come back from their service with +920km, scratches in at least 25 different places, damaged windshield.
This person replied to me saying that there was no problem with my car and that I am trying to obtain free services from them!
No Sir, I just want my car back as it was before it was in your hands! He told me to go and file a claim with my car insurance!

Came to get warranty work done. I'm with global. They said none of my issues cannbe covered and proceeded to hit me with a $7000+ bill on my 2017 supercharged. Went elsewhere and got everything covered under the exact same warranty policy, so I guess global wasn't the issue here.

What was the most ridiculous part. That prompted me to look elsewhere, was the double inspection charge. I brought my car in to get warranty work done and was told I had to pay a deductible (obviously) and an inspection fee (sure). When I came back to pick up my car, they wouldn't release it back to me unless I paid a DOUBLE inspection fee because they inspected my brakes as well? (I had issues with my steering column and some rattling, which I initially thought was the bushings/struts). Each inspection fee was $200 or something around there.what's funny is, the second alternative spot I ended up going to, said my front brakes are 80% life remaining, back brakes 40% life remaining.

Basically long story short, these guys are taking me for a fool and tried to hit me with a $7000+ bill for something that should cost $2000. Embarrassing. Can't even do proper business. At least try and hustle me with some grace, this was ugly. You don't need to go to jaguar range rover to get warranty work done if you have a range rover, keep that in mind. You got options.

I picked up a unit from this dealership on October 13th 2021. Before purchasing the vehicle, the dealership sent me a fitness assessment and inspection stating everything was perfect on the unit. I flew in to pick up the vehicle a day early to my original set date and they were amazing at accommodating me to take my cheque and have the vehicle ready. I live 500kms away so I got in the vehicle and got ready to return. The heater fan was not working. I contacted the dealer immediately and they were awesome, the gave me a loaner vehicle and had the vehicle assessed for the repairs, agreed there was no heat, and arranged for the vehicle to be repaired as soon as possible. I returned home to my town the next day and on the way home I texted the sales guy to let him know there was a clunk in the rear of the vehicle. He told me to get it looked at and let him know what the problem is. I did just that, and the findings were that the two rear links as shocks were worn out and that was what was causing the issue. The dealership called me back to let me know they would not repair the vehicle as I now owned the vehicle and basically it wasn't their problem. Also pretty well told me that my technician was making it up as their technician was a master tech and said there was nothing wrong with the parts. My estimate and inspection also have pictures attached that show the problem and the excessive play in the parts and my technician is also a master tech with over 18 years experience. I do not take pleasure in spending money on a vehicle from a dealer and expecting everything to be in tip top shape only to find out I have to spend more money to have it repaired before I even use it! BUYER BEWARE!

The staff at this location made my Range Rover buying experience so easy and straightforward. Paul Simonato was my sales associate and I highly recommend working with him. He was so welcoming and knowledgeable, which helped me feel far more comfortable when ordering factory direct. He kept me updated every step of the way and even reached out to check in on how I was enjoying my new car after it was delivered. The team here is like one big family and no matter who I interacted along the way from the sales floor to the finance department treated me with the utmost respect and made me feel like family. BUYER BEWARE! Do NOT buy here unless you are a mechanic and inspect the vehicle you plan to buy. This dealership will treat you like royalty until they have your money. I recently bought a used Jaguar XJ. 10 days later 2 tires exploded while driving on regular Edmonton road conditions. When I called all distressed, they immediately blamed me. Had this happened driving on the highway it could have been a fatal accident as the car lost control immediately when they blew. No one cared. So I took to a pro shop to get help as they wouldn't do anything other than tell me I don't understand anything about cars.

Turns out they sold me "summer tires" that were in fact winter tires. They were also 11 years old, the wrong size (apparently the model of car requires 2 DIFFERENT tire sizes) they didn't disclose any of this. The sensor was set to the previous tires that were on the car when I test drove it the few weeks before making the decision. After bringing the car back to be fixed expecting them to rectify the situation, I was called a liar, told I crashed the car and wasn't owning up to it. I was initially told that there was no other damage to the vehicle other than rim and tire repair but when I then suggested that they should take responsibility for the damages caused then they changed the story to support their theory that i crashed claiming there were now more points of damage. When I pushed further - the General Manager called me and before allowing me to say much, started yelling at me on the phone telling me I am a liar and implied that perhaps I can't afford the car (which I paid for in full upfront.) then went on to threaten to see me in court because I simply explained that I had chatted with a lawyer to see what my rights were. I had him on speaker phone for the call and 5 other individuals in my office were disgusted by how he was handling the situation. I tried to cancel the extended warranty they sold me, they ignored all my emails and calls. Then told me they couldn't and that the warranty company had to do it. I called the warranty and it very clearly states on the paperwork that the dealership has to do it and within a certain number of days which is why they were avoiding me. I took the car to a prop shop to do another formal inspection (which the manager was ADAMENT that I don't need to and continued to remind me of the one they already did that "passed") Well turns out there were a number of things in the paperwork and the inspection and the bill of sale that were completely fabricated. The manager also told me that if I couldn't afford to pay for the damages that I could file a claim with insurance no problem. Called insurance - WRONG, this then makes my premiums go up, puts a fake at fault claim on my policy which would actually make it worse for me to file and actual claim should I need to and is technically a fraudulent claim.

SO! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CON ARTISTS. I have been advised and since filed a formal complaint to the Alberta Motor Vehicle Industry Council (AMVIC) and I would advise extreme caution when purchasing from this location. The sales team is clearly run by the most arrogant and slimy manager who only cares about the deal. And they are very lucky no one was injured as they also care least about your safety when they sell you a car. Lesson Learned. Go elsewhere.

Unfortunately I would not recommend Landrover Edmonton to friends or family. My boyfriend and I recently purchased a Landrover from this dealership. After thoroughly discussing what was essential for us to have in our new vehicle with our salesman, we are beginning to see what is all missing as time goes on. I’m writing this review just to encourage people to make sure they do all their research before driving a vehicle off Landrovers lot, and to not put all trust into the salesman’s at this dealership.

We have moved our services to Calgary and have noticed a huge difference in how they treat their customers.

Please be careful when shopping at this dealership.

The service at the Edmonton Land Rover dealership is beyond horrible. I've brought my car in twice in the past month - Not only are the repairs STILL NOT DONE, but they've lost one of my floor mats and attached a hitch to my vehicle that I did not request (they 'mixed up' my vehicle with another one). How does this happen? I love my vehicle but would caution people to beware of the service department.

* It should be noted that several days after I posted this, Edmonton Land Rover contacted me and offered to help with any outstanding issues. Though the initial service was less than stellar, I am very impressed that they took time to contact me and review these issues.

I was looking for a new SUV and had the pleasure of dealing with Paul from Jaguar. From the moment I walked in I did not feel pressured to buy a vehicle and Paul was able to answer any and all of my questions quickly and efficiently. He was very knowledgeable about the whole Jaguar line-up and made my experience at Jaguar absolutely top-notch. My experience at this dealership can be described in 1 word: shameful.

I purchased a used 2011 C63 AMG from here on February 3,2021. Odometer: 129 183 km

I picked up the vehicle on February 8,2021 however, I did not even make it home as nearly every warning light appeared on the dash. The steering wheel also completely seized up and I was barely able to pull over on jasper. I immediately contacted the dealership and had the vehicle towed back. Please see attached photos of the dash from the day of the incident as well as screenshots of my communication with the sales rep.

I was then reassurred by the manager Jeff that he would ensure the vehicle is safe and up to standard before returning it to me.

I was asked to pick up the vehicle on February 27,2021. Odometer reading at time of pick up was 129 244 km.

This time I was able to successfully make it home. I then parked the vehicle in the garage for the next 3 weeks as roads were not suitable for a RWD car.

I started driving the vehicle towards the end of march however, on my first drive the check engine light had come back on. From that point onwards, I was at Eurasia nearly every week or other week as the check engine light would repeatedly come back on. I have attached a few invoices from Eurasia and I URGE you to review the technician's notes throughout the diagnostic process.

After a month of relentless work and research, they were finally able to diagnose the problem: the engine was full of metal fillings. They were also able to conclude that the old valve covers were pinched and leaking: someone had opened the valve covers, realized the engine was trash, and slapped it back together. It is very much possible the vehicle was traded-in im that condition however, that is even more infuriating and makes me question what kind of inspection was done on the vehicle.

The current odometer reading is 129 783 km. Out of the 539 km, I drove about 200 km - majority of the driving was by technicians trying to diagnose the vehicle.

Jeff's defence is the following (I can not believe he had the NERVE to say these) :
"It was working when you picked it up"
"I am not going to be left holding the bag" - this is iconic.

Shameful, disgusting behavior. I suggest you go to a dealership with decency and integrity because at this place, you will encounter every nasty stereotype that exists about car salesmen and find it to be true.

I got to drive the car less than 200 kms as most of the driving was by technicians trying to pinpoint the issue. I did not make it onto the highway.

To summarize: if you purchase a vehicle from here and it breaks down after a few hundred kilometers - you will be left holding the bag.

Update 1: Spoke to the general manager Chad and was told "you bought a car with 600 horsepower". The vehicle has 451 horsepower. The behavior continues to be shameful and they will say anything to play defence. I would suggest documenting any interactions if you have the misfortune to deal with them.
