Lets Just say, there was not easier way to go than hiring James h. Brown Associates.
I was rear ended almost 2 years ago and i was advised to file a lawsuit to be compensate it for future damages or injuries that this accident may bring, something i was intimidated by doing because i have never ever done it before. The whole thought of dealing with lawyers and a lawsuit stressed me out, BUT it was easy and simple.
It took one phone call to them where a lawyer was assigned, he explained how this works and how i wouldn't pay anything to them unless the lawsuit was successful, i was given time to think and when i decided to go ahead, paperwork was signed and that's it. About 4 ot 5 months down the lawsuit a different lawyer was assigned to my case, Andrew Canniff. Although, communicating with him didn't happen often, because really there was not much to do on my end, him and his team were doing the work. Whenever i had questions though he was a phone call or email away, he made things so easy and simple for me. His assistance was great also at communicating with me.
It took almost 2 years to settled and Towards the last 4 weeks of the case, Andrew was so great at giving advise and helping me decide my next steps.

When we finally settled, the paperwork and meeting with him was a breeze. The compensation was great and the great part? I didn't pay a dime out of my pocket.
