Went to watch grandson play hockey. It's a nice enough place but is beginning to show signs of needing upgrading. Getting through to the seating area was difficult.
Great venue for kids sports! My only feedback would be that visibility of the opposite end of the arena is obstructed when sitting in the stands so spectators can only watch part of the game.
Other than that, nice looking building - large change rooms, clean facility, good parking, you can tell that the building manager cares about keeping the space in great condition.
These two arenas are definitely nothing fancy compared to what you're getting as places such as Servus Place, but they definitely get the job done for the purposes that they serve. Both are a little bit cramped in their lobby areas, but once you enter the arena, there is a good amount of seating where you can see the ice at any angle. The rink has also been used for lacrosse too, so there is no shortage of versatility here.
