Great place and centrally located. Recently started Therapy with Jessica and she’s great. Talks to you and listens to what your situation or goal is and talks you through a plan to accomplish it. Highly recommend.

Welcoming and clean atmosphere. The ability to get last minute bookings is great. The rates are reasonable and they direct bill your insurance. There were no hidden fees or pushiness to get membership like so many other places in Oliver. Very convenient location.

Absolutely incredible experience. I stared to experience a sharp knot in my lower back one morning and I was able to get a massage same evening after work. Sam worked on the area and was very knowledgeable on how to massage and painful knot. I walked out feeling much better and it improved within the next day.

The lady that was massaging me was running late due to traffic witch I didn't mind. When she arrived she didn't even give her self time to catch her breath she said let's get started. This lady did an exceptional job and extended our appointment just to make up the time she was late. Over all I had an exception visit and would recommend this place.

I’ve gone to several providers at this location for massage and cupping. They’re always lovely and do a great job on target areas. They do offer direct billing based on who your provider is and if your plan allows it.

Had a massage with Sheila! She worked on my “problem” areas! It was a combination of both relaxing and deep tissue. Very much enjoyed and will be back!

Staff was courteous and knowledgeable and always kept the client informed of what they preferred.

Tanis is an EXCELLENT therapist as well as all of the others at this location.
I would highly recommend this location if you would benefit from a massage. It is another hidden gem in Edmonton.

I went last month at Jasper124 and tried the full body massage. My mom recommended to go with massage therapist, Sheila C.and she did not disappoint! She did a deep tissue massage and I felt so good right after. I booked my next massage today and tried the 120min massage + cupping. I tried the cupping for the first time and it actually helped with my muscles. I thought it's only used on my back but Sheila utilized it and used it on different parts of my muscles including arms and legs. I also like the experience because she also massaged my neck, jaw, parts of my face, head which is really helpful because of my tmj and migraine. I find that in my previous experience with other massage therapists, those areas are often missed. Sheila is a "muscle whisperer" because she knew which body parts are tensed: D! I really had a relaxing time on both occasions I went there. I like our chats and I also like that she's letting me take a nap but checking in if I'm okay. I really needed this massage and I appreciate how Sheila worked her magic! As for the price, they have a newcomer promo so it's a really good deal - don't forget to give tips! They also have a bday coupon which I also used. Looking forward to my next massage appt!:)

Great deep tissue massage! After a short but efficient interview about what my problems were (massively knotted traps) she got right to work. She was able to pin point the knots and I left feeling more mobile than I have been in weeks.

He has magical strong fingers that hit all the spots very deeply, he is knowledgeable and skilled, and he makes me laugh. Availability is great, the location and parking has been good for me, the room is always warm; its a nice spot.

I have had a couple massages from Tanis Jackson and they have been exactly what was needed. She has a great technique for deep tissue and is very technical. She did a great job reading the pressure that was needed by how I was breathing through the massage and always checked in. Also, love the old building where this clinic is located.

This is not a reflection of Tanis is she is amazing as always. This is a reflection of how the owner does not show respect for her staff or the clientele to not have a proper HVAC system for this type of business. To offer a service in a facility that is hotter inside than outside at +35 degrees was not a pleasant experience for Tanis or myself.

I had a great experience on Sunday! I was with Sheila (I believe) and she was awesome! She even went a few minutes over time to ensure she worked all of the knots out of my back. I feel so much better!

I had a good massage here, helped with my neck pain and the mixture of cupping and massage was great. I sadly enjoy DT, and didn't think to tell my RMT to lessen the pressure, as I enjoyed it. The next day I had elbow bruising on my spine, glutes, and shoulder blade.
Minus that one thing, she was professional, asked me how the pressure was and subsequently did help my issue I came in with.
I will go back, just need to have time and let my bruises go away!

Sheila Carnell at Jasper 124 Massage Therapy Inc.has been taking care of me with amazing monthly massages for 2 years now. She is one of the most talented massage therapists I have ever had, and her technique is such that I never feel bad the next day. I love the convenient location (I live downtown), the old character house and the individual rooms that look over a forested area at the back - always feels like a little get away. The online booking system and choices of times are great. The owner, Dawn, has always been very responsive whenever I've called, and when things were opening and closing due to COVID. Can't say enough about how good Sheila is - she assesses me quickly at the start of each massage while we chit-chat for a few minutes, and then gives me a thorough and professional massage - fixing up the areas that are hurting and out of alignment - I go away feeling thankful for her and renewed every time.

I had a lot of muscle pain all over my body and Tanis did a good job. She make it sure that you feel better after the massage. Well recommended.

I had two session with Tanis and one session with Aryka so far. Both are great and overall the staff are great in communication.

The ladies were pleasant and I'm sure know what they're doing but we went for a relaxing massage and ended up more tense and sore than before! What type of massage was never indicated but assumed on my behalf.

I loved my massage and the massage therapist I had. I had Marina Schwartz and she was perfect. I described what I would like and she did exactly that.

The massage wasen't too bad while she was doing it, but the next day I woke up feeling like I got beat up by 3 guys, I've never experienced anything like that before

Had a few massages from different staff over the past year here, never disappointed. Lately Casandra has done some great relaxation massages, but once i asked her for relief of
specific tension and pain (neck and back), i had the best message i can remember! All the staff is friendly and i can always get in right away on short notice.

Nice lady and knows what she is doing I had a relaxing night. I just wish she used oil for me instead of lotion but what important is back pains are all gone.

Went for a couples massage last night and it was amazing. Great service and lovely atmosphere. The ladies even went over some stretches and exercises with us after our massages where we were having some problem areas and pain. Would definitely come here again!

First time here but I was having issues with my right hamstring while driving and a bit of pain when I ran. Sheila figured it out pretty quickly and it turned out it was my hip and not hamstring. It's not 100% yet but it's on the mend and doesn't hurt during my runs thanks to her advice of stretching out my hips and adductors. She definitely knows her stuff as well understanding the runner physiology which is what I was looking for! Highly recommend.
