We recently moved into our dream home just before Christmas, and our experience with Jayman has been nothing short of exceptional. The sales team - Demi and Ray provided outstanding service during the whole process and ensuring a smooth and stress-free purchase.

Beyond that, we want to express our gratitude to every party involved. The financing team, design team, and customer service team played crucial roles in making this process seamless. Their collective efforts and dedication to customer satisfaction have not gone unnoticed.

Mark helped me very well.excellent customer service and I got to know jayman never walked away from there customers. They really solved my problem as I am first time home owner they helped me a lot with certain things in my house.
I would love to mention Ali helped me a lot and I was so happy with his customer service, Ali is doing his job very nicely.

I'm specifically leaving this review here for Jayman Built staff, Demi Noyes. Demi is a definition of what professionalism is. She was there to answer all my questions timely (it is our first home). My wife and I cannot say how happy we are with Demi. She has gone above and beyond with giving guidance, answering questions, and making the building process stress free and exciting. I really knew we asked lots of questions but she was always more than happy to respond and guide us even when she's off work. We will possess our home in a month time and I will leave another review when we posses our new home. I'm happy we worked with Demi.

Had a horrible experience with a sales associate named Shauna Langkammer, got pushy, flirty and extremely unprofessional right away, continued to harass me to the point where I actually had to go to the police. Found out that this wasn't the first time she's victimized clients and then I was informed she got caught stealing from them which is why BC financial services authority actually terminated her position at thrive mortgage and basically ran her out of the province

I have been suffering from Day 1. Jayman was suppose to make my life easier but instead they made this journey really hard for me. My one year inspection was scheduled in February and the appointment was booked in advance. There was a deadline for me to submit my service requests but there is no such deadline for Jayman to resolve the issues. They want me to be present for the inspection and i made myself available for them and took a day off but guess what out of the 5 contractors only 2 showed up and the remaining contractors want me to schedule the appointments according to their availability. How is it fair to me? Despite of booking everything in 1 month advance, being there for the inspection on the scheduled day -WHAT HAVE I DONE WRONG? And in what world is JAYMAN providing the best experience for their customers?
This is not the first time. I have experienced this before. I would never recommend Jayman built to anyone after my experience.

Standard feedback to my negative review only. I bought spec home, not new house, everything selected by designer and ordered, suppose ready to build. But no labour to build, but this is not a excuse and shirk responsibility, ask customer to bear the risk.

We are building our new house with Jayman and I am very impressed with their service and professionalism. We met Amy Evans and she has been most helpful and understanding. She is always ready to answer any questions we have and clear our doubts. Their selection process was flawless and their expert designers were always there to help us make informed decisions. I would happily recommend Jayman to anyone who is looking to building their new house.

Jayman installed the electrical circuit behind the dryer outlet incorrectly and it fried our dryer. Jayman blamed it on their contractor and their contractor blamed it on us. It went around in circles until we gave up. It was a serious mistake that no one was willing to owe up to. We were fortunate that it didn't cause more significant damage to the house. However, the poor customer service left a sour taste in our mouth.

It was an unpleasant experience working with Jayman.

My boyfriend and I recently decided to move to Mahogany in Calgary. We are from out of town so we set up appointments with the three builders there all on the same day. From the second we stepped into the Jayman show home Weston was incredible. He locked the door behind us, gave us over 2 hours showing us all the features, models etc. He wrote down all our requirements and things we liked as we walked through the show homes and stayed late to discuss numbers with us so we had everything to drive home with that night. Not once did it feel like he was selling us a house. He felt like a friend helping us pick out our dream home. We ended up going with Jayman not only for the quality but because of Weston. He has been more than helpful. We signed all the paperwork December 31st and couldn't be happier. Even at that appointment he went above and beyond. He took us to the Style Magic Centre to show us around, then to the show home in Seton as that was the model we selected, and back to the show home in Mahogany to go over the paperwork. The quality of a Jayman home speaks for itself, however the professionalism and customer service Weston gave us was above and beyond. Thank you Weston for everything you've done!

Lets start with my experience with Jayman.
I’ve bought a lot in May 2019 with the guarantee that it would take 149 days to built my dream home on it and left a small deposit on signing.
June came, and the land developer found out that the house was too big for the lot that I had purchased. And here was already a red flag, because usually the builder should know better and should know that the model I had bought wouldn’t fit on that lot since the beginning.
Between trying to figure it out which model would fit on that specific lot and do all the necessary modifications, 3 months has passed and we’re now in September and the construction hasn’t begun yet.
So from 149 days at the beginning on signing, my house will probably be ready by the end of December, meaning way past the date that I was promised.
And I’ll not mention the fact that Jayman lost some cheques, then someone from Jayman found them and tried to deposited them a second time.
Just beware with all the promises that are made to you when you buy from them.

I Bought Home from jayman And possession date was march 19. Bank give us few month to do garage we explained everything to jayman sales team and main office to but they didn’t finish gravel pad for garage now time is going to over few days are left but they don’t care even they didn’t finish landscaping and grading too.i’m not happy with them

My experience with Jayman Built has been nothing short of awesome. The team is always working in sync and readily available to answer all questions. I am also impressed at how vast and experienced they are and very professional too. Dwayne and Heather at the Cornerstone show home always kept us abreast of developments as they came up. Jordan at Jayman financial was also very helpful with getting us the required financing for our new home. I would do Jayman Built again and again and i would recommend them any day.

My wife and I built a home with Jayman.
From the sales team, Michelle and Kim, to the whole design team the process to get our home underway was nothing short of fantastic.
Then came construction time, their trade partners are excellent. I am a journeyman plumbing and heating mechanical contractor of 25 years and was thoroughly impressed with the care and attention that all of their trades took with the building of our home. The Jayman construction supervisor Jason was a a hard working professional who made it clear his prime intention was the successful process of constructing our home. He always made time for us and his own attention to detail gave us comfort that things were always well under control.
Their process was always well documented with us from construction updates to walk throughs. We always new well ahead where things were at right through to possession times which they hit 100 percent on the mark.
The warranty process has been smooth with any repairs or defects scheduled and repaired in a very timely fashion. The warranty supervisor Peter is a very pleasant gentleman who always made his best efforts to get any concerns dealt with in short time. Pablo the lead warranty manger from the office even made a surprise visit during one of our routine scheduled warranty dates to ensure everything was going well for us.
All in all I would whole heartily recommend Jayman to build your next home for you!

Hasnt finish landscaping! Finished garage for them its a framed garage and the price of the garage that they charge its almost the price of 2 framed garages. Do not go with them to build your garage.

Big let down, sold a townhouse with no Maintenance fee and a maintenance free front yard. Now 5 years later, I'm told that I have to push a lawn mower down a back alley past 12 homes and around the block and past the same homes and then mow the strip of lawn between the sidewalk and the road and hope that the rest of the townhouse mow their grass the same week? There are rentals in alot of the townhouses and also people away for the summer as they were told maintenance free yards. This is a big letdown and Jayman homes has gone back on their word. Also the venting for my furnace was installed incorrectly and the furnace stops working at -30 or colder.so every year we have the same problem. Arpi's was to come back and redo the venting but some how the ball got dropped.so again it stopped working last winter and Arpi's came out and cut the pipe and got the furnace up and running at my house and next-door neighbors. We were told that Arpi's would be back to re-do the venting so this problem would not happen again. Still waiting!

My wife and i have owned our Jayman home for just over 4 years. From the very start Jayman has provided fantastic service, right from choosing our home, moving in and throughout the years. I work in the construction industry and can honestly say that Jayman Homes has some of the most exceptional service, and they truly stand behind their work. We could not be happier with our home, and how easily it has been to get a hold of Jayman throughout the years for any questions or concerns.

We would definitely recommend Jayman Homes to anyone looking to purchase in and around the Calgary area.

Highly recommend Jayman Built for ease of purchase! From start to finish Jayman provided excellent customer service and our home was built in timely fashion. We were always made to feel that our home was as important to Jayman as it was to us. Our sales representative Mike Richardson and his assistant Heather Clifford were pleasant, attentive, efficient, professional and courteous at all times throughout the building process. The Style Magic design center provided a very relaxed atmosphere with lots of options, our design assistant Lindsey Johnson went above and beyond to source items that were on budget and were what we were looking for.

Their construction workers have caused damage to my vehicle and they have not responded to my phone calls, messages, or emails. I’d hate to imagine what they would be like as a builder with that kind of disregard to follow up! Horrible customer service! Definitely do not recommend, and will be sharing and advising my colleagues, friends and family!

I'm about to list a series on criticisms that have been on my mind for a while so that Jayman can use it for quality assurance.

I live in a townhouse unit built by Jayman in 2012 in New Brighton. It looks pretty good overall. In the kitchen, one floor vent was positioned under the fridge. For an unknown reason, one side of the house is always colder than the other under during winter months with all floor registers wide open. It's just poor mechanical design and it's not related to sun exposure. On the exterior, the quality of the vinyl siding is so low that some east-facing panels are warping from the heat of the sun, which in some cases allows driving rain to penetrate to the sheathing. The wooden enclosures on the exterior that cover the gas services break off three times a year from wind as they were built as an afterthought using the cheapest indoor cabinet grade hinges. The white, plastic cone shaped vent covers on the exterior for furnace exhaust and intake build up meter-long icicles and break-off from the weight.

There is a lot of outside corners in the house that are too acute (way below 90 degrees as it should be), which in this case was caused by poor taping by the drywall contractors. The result is an ugly casing job. You can only fix so much with Dap. Some casing was improperly sealed with either paint or caulk, which has allowed normal house humidity to penetrate the wood of the casing. The casing in these spots expands and warps, causing it to pull away from the wall and/or paint to flake away and peel. In other cases, doors had become too tight to close as the unpainted cut-out for hinges expanded.

Some of the laminate flooring is cut too short of the casing, which should cover the rough-cut edge. The carpet-to-vinyl transition strips have spikes that protrude that hurt when you step on them.

The light on the bottom of the range microwave doesn't work (despite having a new bulb) and the range fan only operates at one speed. This indicates incorrect wiring.

Unrelated, an employee last night in a company van was driving erratically in a parking lot of Shoppers drug mart last night, repeatably stepping on the gas to peel-out and then slamming brakes. He may have been road raging because he couldn't find a parking spot. When I walked behind the vehicle on my way to my car, I was sprayed with rocks and ice during one of his fits. I've uploaded the picture of the license plate if you would like to discipline. The driver had a short grey beard, and looked to be in his early 60's. If I was on the Jayman leadership team and saw that, I'd probably blow a fuse and fire/suspend the guy.

Bought my home 2 years ago and their service has been nothing but astounding. We had some issues with the units but they fixed the issues quickly. Recently an electronic piece in my furnace went right before my warranty was out. They treated me, like all my previous service calls, very well.

I am extremely happy with my purchase and purposely waited 2 years to write my review.

Jeff Laminski, after hearing all the amazing things everyone was saying about Jeff, it seemed hard for anyone to live up to and after our first meeting with him we had very high expectations. Our experience through the purchasing process felt challenging at times, however this legend "Jeff Laminski" has a way of working with his clients (us) that made us forgot about the past and had us focused on the present which at the time was through the building phase. He was exceptionally great at explaining the process of building our new home and keeping us informed at all times. There was definitely some concerns during the building phase that Jeff was able to work past even if that meant he had to do it himself and ensure we were completely satisfied with any changes that had to be made. He is very patient and just like us pays attention to every detail or even more so, one would say a "PERFECTIONIST" which these days is very hard to find. Jayman is extremely lucky to have Jeff be a part of their team and we truly mean that. During our final walk through with Jeff, he made it very fun, interactive and took his time to make sure we understood how and why everything works the way it does. It was honestly our pleasure working with Jeff.

Building with Jayman has been an absolutely increadable, painless process. Tracy and Angela at the Belmont sales centre are so kind and knowledgeable. They helped us with all our questions and concerns without hesitation.

Our design appointment at style magic was also an unforgettable experience! Everything is done in one day in one building. The staff is all friendly and extremely knowledgeable. A special thanks to Tricha Hamstra for her exceptional and honest design advice for our new home.

We have also decided to work with Jayman financial and I am so happy we did. Jordan is a pleasure to work with and was patient in helping us understand the home buying process for us newbie homeowners!

Thank you so much Jayman for a wonderful experience! I will be spreading the word on our great experience to friends and family for years to come. We can’t wait to move in!

Super excellent and caring sales team - No matter wherever you go in Calgary, be it Dwayne in Cornerstone or be it Lawrence in Evanston - they just handle people with utmost care.

After sale: make sure you check your furnace. If you will not do, you and your family may have to suffer, as your brand new house is without heat. And in the event of sudden temperature drops in summer months particularly over a weekend, there will be no one to help - you will have to survive till Monday.

Regardless of what I and my family went through, I would like to highlight that area manager Dwayne was all supportive throughout the process from the very beginning till the end. Thank you Dwayne.
