Jayshree is a great agent. She went out of her way to work with me and my family to find us the perfect home. She was very patient with us as we had a list of things we were looking for in a home and she showed us over 20 different places and was always kept our wish list in mind till we found the perfect home.
She was very attentive even through the mortgage application all the way to the point where we got possession of the house.
I have dealt with Jayshree for any real estate needs for over 4 years and will keep coming back to her for any needs as she truly does go above and beyond to make sure her clients are happy and satisfied.

We had the best experience with Jayshree when we listed our property with her. She went above and beyond. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and responsive as our Realtor. We highly recommend Jayshree to anyone who is looking to buy or sell property.

Home selling is incredibly stressful! I wasn’t entirely sure what the process would entail and how much work it would take. Thankfully, I choose a great Realtor, Jayshree Patel, who was very informative, always made timely arrangement with myself and the necessary professionals, and made the experience as stress-free as possible.
Before listing, Jayshree helped make the Condo ‘show worthy’. Introduced me to a designer to modernize the Condo. On completion of the works, arranged a professional photographer to take amazing photos and video for the web listing. All these preparations helped sell the Condo a lot quicker than expected. She also introduced me to a lawyer to navigate through the closing process.
Jayshree was always available to answer my questions and the buyers, and also very pro-active in communicating with us.
I'm not sure any other realtor would have had the patience to deal with me, my stresses were high as (all) my criteria needed to be met. She made sure I understood the process of buying or selling and all important deadlines, that there were no unexpected issues with the closing and got to closing in a timely manner. Honestly, felt Jayshree was part of my extended family without being intrusive.

I have had first hand experience of dealing with Jayshree as my realtor. Jayshree provides excellent analysis about listing price for the property. She is proactive and gathers information well in time required in connection with selling a property (my experience was in regard to selling a property).
She carries out necessary follow-up in a timely manner. She provides her suggestions regarding potential changes in the strategy. She is quick in her responses and always seemed to be on top of the things.
I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a great realtor for buying or selling a property.

We worked with Jayshree Patel to sell our first home.
We went back home on vacation after listing it and she has very professionally listed and sold property before even we arrived back to Canada.
Offer accepted and house sold within 3 weeks of listing it. If realtor is professional, no need to worry about their agency, they will divert market attention very effectively to your property.
For our current home, we will be using Jayshree once again for sure.
