I was pleased with the process from getting an estimate, finalizing the quote, to executing the work and completing the clean-up. There was an initial mix-up with the shingle supplier delivering the shingles later than scheduled but Matt D.quickly sorted that out and adjusted the schedule and the work was completed in ~2 days (house, garage, shed). A mistake by a 3rd party fabricator (wrong chimney cap was fabricated and had to be redone and installed one day later than planned) was quickly corrected. Marco and his shingling crew were very professional and worked well around another contractor doing a rebuild of my front porch at exactly the same time. The crew did an amazing job cleaning up afterwards too. Happy with the quality of the shingling work, the capping of the chimney and the eavestrough work. The job was done safely, a concern of mine when doing work at this time of year.

I've used them twice now. First time was great, met the estimater he went over everything went up on the roof checked it all out. It was great.

Used them again, I couldn't make it for the estimaters time by half an hour. Have no idea if it got thouroghly looked at. The roof had suffered a leak, he kinda said they maybe able to squeeze it in or it would be 3-4 weeks. Accepted the quote had to wait over 4 weeks to learn that it was gonna be another 1k cause it needed more materials, or I could go else where right before winter. So yea would I use em again maybe, would I recommend them this time maybe with a warning. Felt kinda scammy cause I was in a tight spot.

The Jayson Global team was responsive to us for our re-roofing project. I appreciated the two roofers that came to our home. Left the area clean each evening and were very courteous and engaging

Jayson Global and the team did a fantastic job of installing my new roof in a timely manner. The installers were great to work with and I was able to coordinate the installation of the attic vents with my current renovations. Would recommend to anyone seeking a roof replacement.

I used them to redo a a couple roofs on my property. Workers did not utilize fall protection for about 95% of the time. I end up taking fall protection and learned that they were cutting corners with safety. Then next time they were on site I made sure they wore it, but that was only half a day work of work. 10 month later they send me a bill for an extra $3700 because someone did not do their job, and forgot to include part of the repairs in my loan. Matt, (management) tried to tell that I had gone over my loan limit, The person that was handling the project (Jon) said I had room. The job was 6 month delayed because of poor planning. Which cause more damage to my interior of the house. They also show up with out informing that work is going to be conducted. So be prepared for that.

Roof looks good, hopefully it as strong as it looks.

Sales Rep was excellent to deal with. Shingles look great and there was zero garbage in the ground after they were finished.

Very impressed with service and professionalism of sales and the crew. Managed to do a massive roof removal and replace in 1 day. Not the most affordable, but pleased with the service.

I had reached out to Jayson as they were highly recommended in our community and I can see why. Stef came out quickly to give a quote on our rental property home in need of new shingles on our bungalow and garage. We had to quote in a very short turn around time.

The team on site did an amazing job and once they were gone you wouldnt even know they had been there they cleaned up so well.

I found that Harmon was very polite and courteous to work with. When a problem would arise he would inform me. And relay how and when the problem would be resolved. Which I really appreciate.
I would use them again.

Jayson Global did a great job with our insurance claim from the hail storm. My adjuster sent them out to appraise damages. John R came out and was a pretty cool guy. He knew his stuff and got a detailed report to my adjuster. I used Jayson to fix the damage and the crews were all great. I had my roof and siding done as well as gutters so 3 different crews but they were all awesome. I called the office because there was a bit of garbage missed on their cleanup. I got their manager when I called and he was polite and came himself to cleanup the same day as it was on his way home he said. Very impressed. Will use again if I ever need a new roof or siding done.

We worked with Harman at Jayson on replacing 3 of our existing windows. He was great to work with and very responsive to our questions and requests. The windows are now in place, they were installed well and look great. One of the windows was mis-measured which resulted in a delay for its installation. Although this was not good, Harman responded very quickly to address the issue, placing a rush on the delivery and installation of the right window. In the end, we are very happy with the service, and the quality of the windows and their installation.

Had a bunch of windows replaced. Harman and the whole crew of installers were polite, on time and professional.

Perfect delivery and installation of new door and window in our garage. The structure was from 1964 but Harman and his team were able to measure exactly and install perfectly. Fantastic work. Highly recommend

A couple of years ago, my mother in law found a guy on Kijiji to do her roof and the guy took the money up front and left. I got a couple of quotes from "reputable" companies but their paperwork was a mess.

Finally I called Jayson Global and they treated us like we were their only customer - they were fast, responsive and professional, even when supplies were low during the pandemic. Never once was I left wondering! The crew they sent was professional and easy to deal with - and they cleaned up literally everything. It was like they were never there.

If I could give Jayson Global a six star rating out of five I would. I will be calling them again for our next roof.

I didn't need to use them, they sent John out to inspect my roof, was honest with me and told me I still had a few years left, easy to deal with, gave me a heads up before getting to my place. I found them very professional and easy to deal with, I'll be contacting them when I need my roof done on a few years

Jayson Global completed a large window replacement project for me and did a very good job at a very competitive price. The only hiccup was accidentally replacing one incorrect window, but they brought the crew back in a timely manner to get the missing one done. Harman, our sales rep, communicated well throughout the process and the finishing work was very good quality.

I used Jayson Global for flat roof, sloped roof, hardie siding, brick, and windows and doors on a new home in Riverdale. Overall I was really impressed with the service and workmanship. My contact there was Harmon, and he was always available whenever I had and questions or concerns regarding the project. Plan to use them for more houses coming up this summer. I highly recommend!

Some shingles blew off during a big windstorm. Jayson came out the next day with a very skilled installer. Excellent work, highly recommend.

Had crazy wind damage to my roof and siding. They were very quick to respond and tarp the damage. They put a report together I sent to my insurance company then had them do the work for us. Very clean and quick. Would recommend for sure.

They did my roof during Covid and accommodated my timeline so I could teach online without any disruptions. David was amazing and gave me a great quote and explained everything in detail to me.

Here’s the incredible part.

Months later the wind had knocked the top off of the furnace pipethingy. I thought it was a whirligig and called David. He arranged for someone to come to my house. Clinton arrived at my house early Sunday morning during an Arctic votex and the temperature was -37. He had called to make sure the time worked for me. He went up on the roof and I got a call from Jason Global letting me know that the damage was the furnace pipethingy and was not their product. I asked if Clinton could reattach the top and I was told that if Clinton was still on the roof he would do his best.

Well, Clinton was not only down but he had already put his ladder and tools away. He good naturedly went back up on my roof and fixed the damage.

Seriously? Amazing!

Jason Global had no responsibility to help me at all but they happy did! This gives me great comfort knowing that they will obviously stand by their work and their products!

Terrible quality/workmanship control all they are concerned with is getting the job to look like its complete and getting paid. After they get your money getting service and repairs is terrible you might just as well hire someone else. Project management is not checking quality control.
All throughout the process of getting the roof coverings done I expressed my concerns. Detailing specific items and deficiency in workmanship.
My concerns where met with disdain and threats.
Meeting with them afterwards they suggest I spend more money for them to repair correctly. Run away from this company. Roof is leaking again this year it never leaked until they replaced the roof covering.

I had my asphalt shingle roof done 5 years ago by Jason Global. At the time I was happy with the job. A couple of days ago during a wind storm a few shingles including a ridge cap blew off. I call the Jason Global emergency line and left a message. They got back to me that night (Friday at 8: 00pm) and had a roofer out the next day to do the repair.

Of particular note: The warranty had expired a day previously but they honoured it anyway and did the fix no cost. This kind of customer service is rare these days. I would definitely recommend Jason Global to my friends.

Jayson Global did a great job on my roof and my garage roof. Even the clean up met reasonable means (I just found a few debris around my house). I am so glad they did my house so late in the season and so far no leaks. They also took pictures thoughout there work to ensure they produce quallity workmanship. I would recommend this company to do your roof.

I've called a few times to come out and get a quote for me and still no ones showed up, real professional.

These guys are great! I looked at MANY roofers before picking them. They weren’t the cheapest but they were the most honest and knowledgeable that I found. We waited way too long to get our roof done (October and it snowed) but they got it done regardless of my tardiness. Five stars and many thanks!

After 4 years they replaced our shingles, we had a obvious leak. After talking to Jeremy Roberts, he came to our house and fixed it the next day. Horrible experience. Based on all the good reviews I decided to go ahead with Jayson to install vinyl siding on my house and garage. At first everything seemed good but once the work started is when the problems began. It took 4 weeks for them to complete the job. Eaves-troughs weren't installed until the second week. They had to make multiple visits to fix all the issues and poor install. They weren't going to complete the job as per the quote but in the end they finally agreed. Poor communication. Extremely disappointing when you are investing that much money. Stay Away!

Owner is selfish and only cares about his own wealth employees are nothing but disposable to him. This company overcharges for roofs that will always end up leaking

Just had my roof done, and it was done quickly and professionally.

They also seamlessly tied in my roof with the neighboring roof even though they are different shingles!

My items in the yard were covered and protected from any falling debris.
My yard and surrounding area were cleaned after the job was done, and the picture report I received was excellent!

I recommend anyone looking for a home renovation project to be done professionally, use Jayson Global.

A Tree fell on my house. I called Jayson Global and they sent out there emergency repair the same day and repaired the hole in my roof. Fast and friendly service!

I was very happy with the work Jayson Global did for us when they replaced our roof. Their price was very competitive and the quality of their workmanship was excellent. I really appreciated that their estimator took the time to sit down with me to explain their quotation and the various options I could select from. I also found the workers who did the job to be very polite, considerate and very hard working. Overall, I was very happy with the final result.

We had Jayson Global conduct an inspection and preventative maintenance of our fiberglass/asphalt shingles. The services was prompt and the service technician was very thorough and explained any concerns witnessed and what was done to get the roof back in top shape. I highly recommend Jayson Global Roofing for any roofing maintenance!

3 years after build we had a obvious leak.
Jayson Global sent repairperson out and she found problem right away. She was obviously skilled and genuinely cared. Problem was corrected and we were told if we have any issues next winters thaw to call but that she doubted we would. Great service / Stood by work / real good employees all that I dealt with.

Right from the start, talking to the Operations Manager (Jeff), the estimator (David) and the crew that replaced our roof, the job was extremely professional and high quality results. We highly recommend them and would use them again.

I would not recommend Jayson Global to anyone. They are negligent and incompetent. They left unused materials and garbage all over my front lawn for weeks while I was on vacation. They also installed a downspout right against my home which consequently flooded my basement in the spring. When confronted about this concern, they denied all responsibility. I had to replace carpet and subfloor. I also has to install an extension to the downspout so it cleared water away from my home. Extremely disappointed in their lack of customer service.

Had my flat roof totally redone in August 2016. Cost $36000. Before the metal flashing was installed we had a torrential rainfall. Woke up in the morning to a bad leak that caused quite a bit of damage. Worker had left a large opening in stucco with no membrane to cover it. Repair guys came out that day and did a temporary fix. Left me the job of cleaning up and replacing some ceiling that had been destroyed. Was given a $500 credit for what I considered to be a $1000 job. Metal was installed within the week and all seemed good. The next year I noticed some water spots on ceiling in a different area. Finally got a repair guy out who informed me flashing was installed wrong and did a temporary fix with some caulk. Left text essages for Peter and Wayne asking what they were going to do. No response from either. This year everytime the weather warms up I get a leak around a bathroom vent. Once again texted Peter and Wayne. No response. Called the office told them my problem. Spoke to a pleasant lady who assured me they would call. That was 2 months ago. No call. Roof leaking today as I type. What at first seemed like a competant job has turned into a nightmare. Most of the job is of high quality. But for nearly $40K and a lot of aggravation I am losing patience.

We are happy we went with Jayson Global roofing for our new roof. The roofers are very professional. They cleaned up after they were done and were very careful with our property. Highly recommended!

The estimator was very friendly and throughout. I love the final product. My only complaint was unnecessary damage to a tree on my front lawn otherwise would be 5/5 stars.
