I hate picking up parts for others, and dreaded going for a part that I can't even pronounce. Thanks for making it so much easier than I'd anticipated! These guys helped a very uncomfortable me get my part that I needed to pick up and get out of there without any hassle. I will get all my parts there from here on.

Last month I finally brought in my 1988 Chevy 1500 truck to the west end JBs for a full-on engine swap, cooling system upgrade and full fuel EFI system upgrade. Byron, Fern and Ian were some of the best guys to work with on the whole project. They knew exactly what will work with existing components, etc.

Byron was very diligent on making sure things were being charged accordingly and I wasn’t being double charged for parts I bought in the winter. He also had ideas for parts on the build that saved me quite a bit of money and was most knowledgeable on sourcing them. He also had his take and provided great ideas on the aesthetics for the engine bay final layout.

Fern was my engine builder who produced the torque monster that I’ve been wanting since 2001. Not to mention working with my OCD on blinging it out (not his taste, lol). I know by taking his advise to go for a quality build would pay off in the end.

Ian was the installer who put it all together with impeccable attention to the details I requested for the end result to be, even all the way down to how the wiring was laid out and custom brackets to mount the horn assembly. I wasn’t disappointed (see photos).

I always have questions for these guys and they have and always will step up to the plate to answer them. They’re 2nd to none in this business and I won’t be going anywhere else for more performance builds or more additions to this one.

They also installed my Beltech drop kit on the same truck last year.

Both of these stores have below zero customer service. I went in the store and waited around for 15-20min at the counter and got no service, I went home and phoned and got put on hold (not even a Thanks for calling JB's Please hold) 20min later hung up phoned again and same thing. I sent an E-Mail 2 days ago to get some accessories installed on my vehicle, still no response. How does this place stay in business. Just horrible. Pretty bad with you have no other choice then to take your business elsewhere.

Just bought a new vehicle and had a DVD player winter tire package and smart start installed with the help of Byron and the mechanics left happy and kids are loving the movies again will be back again In the future with my other vehicles

Visited this store just before Christmas. Staff were more than willing to determine my needs and come up with the best product and solution. They even did some online research and came up with several peculiarities of my vehicle. As a result of their diligence and professionalism, they saved me a lot of time effort and money. The installation was accomplished quickly and efficiently. 5 star professionalism and 5 star service. Jim Bell has an amazing team, kudos to Blaine Fleb and Sierra Eklund for their amazing cusomer service.

I’ve spent countless of dollars on this place, prices are inline with the competition nig more importantly the staff are quite knowledgeable.

10/10 Customer service. Spoke with sales guy about several NRG products and his knowledge was outstanding. Prices and selection are great but the service really stood out as exceptional.

I ventured off to JB Power Centre to see if they had some lug nuts in the right size for my car. (GT86)
I was quickly helped and shown a set of steel NRG Lug nuts, they were at a competitive price point! And was happy with the customer service and atmosphere that surrounds JB power centre 10/10 would do again.

Happy they got me in quickly and provided me quick service. As I speak my vehicle is ready to be picked up much quicker than I expected. Appreciation to all the staff

Seven associates in store and not one of them came over to ask if I needed help. I was looking at different additives for my hotrod and may have found the one I needed quicker with help. Worse than that though, there are no prices on any items in the store so I had to go to the counter and ask for pricing. With so any other auto supply stores in the area you'd expect them to try harder to close a sale and show customers appreciation for their business.

I can not say enough of JBS. In the past I have used my suppliers in my province (Ontario) for performance adds and truck accessories none of them compare to the prices, availability, quick and fast shipping and above all great communication and customer service. Many thanks to Callen and the staff for taking care of me.

I had to return a electrical item to the JB's westend store, and the Manager Gary Tammings was great about it. No hassle, looked it over as anyone has to do to see if it was used, which it wasn't, and did the refund. Great guy, going the extra mile for his customer.

Went to jb power because I wanted redline oil. They are not the only place in town that has but they have the best price I've seen, and a good variety.

I had just recently bought an audio system for my Journey. I was sent there to talk to Arielle, super knowledgeable in what she was talking about (I've been out of the audio scene for 7+ years). Walked away with everything that I needed, thinking when I sat in my Journey that damn, ill be back here! Thanks for the wicked customer service!

Picked up some head lights here they fell out, they replaced them the wires broke and the head light fell out. Again they replaced them and same thing both lights broke, one fell out and damaged a car now they have no record of me buying the headlights.

3.5” lift, new suspension and 35s on my F150. Marchello provided excellent communication during the two day process and I am stocked with the outcome! In the past I had shoddy work done at “cheaper” competitors but I wanted the job done right this time. JD Power exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend. Thank you!

I went in JB power centre looking for power as someone used mine and. I was told “sir we don’t sell power here it’s just a name” what kind of place doesn’t sell electricity if its name is power.

I went purchase my new AlphaRex Nova LED else where not at JP Power. Anyways. I was a little dissappointed that the headlight weren't aimed or aligned from the other place where I purchase it. I tried doing it myself but then I noticed the high beam was a little bit lower then low/beam. So I notice JP Power on YouTube on their ad on AlphaOwl on a RAM Truck. I got a hold of them and told them my situation. JP Power was able to get me in and ressure me their professional and explain to me, when putting in new headlights or even bulbs, that it is standard practice to aim and to align the highlights. Well JP Power had my truck in, the Technician came to my attention and explain that my AlphaRex weren't properly hooked in properly where I got them installed and forgot to put the clip on. The techincan was able to fix, aim and align my new AlphaRex Nova LED head lights. I took them out last night with my wife Nicole and I couldn't be more happier with the results. I highly recommend JP Power for any auto parts as well getting them installed. They know what their talking about and are very professional. I even asked about Cold in Air Intake for my truck and JP Power explain the differents between the factory and having a Cold Air Intake as well the benefits too. I might consider it but I have to hold off a little bit. Thanks again JP Power for all your help. Again highly recommend them.

Kayle was super helpful and got me a set of tires quick and efficiently glad to use the companies financing service to get some new tires and even updated sensors for my extra winter rims thanks again guys

They are the best in Edmonton. I had my car in their shop at the weekend to do some modifications and add some cool stuff and they did a wonderful job. I had the pleasure of dealing with Kayle L and he was amazing from the start to the end. Customer service was excellent and I know where to take my truck from now on and I am sure gonna be sending my friends and family in their direction. The other stuff members were super amazing too. My truck looks cool and sounds amazing thx to the team at JB’s West Edmonton branch.

Great selection of parts. However spent 15-20 mins walking around the store and not even a Hi from the “at least” 4 staff standing behind the counter talking/chatting with each other.

I was told to give you guys a call. So I did,

Jbs power centre. West. I got my double din installed here. A few issues arose pertaining to this job: miscommunication between the front desk and the actual installer; underquoting the actual cost of the job
. My advice is to make sure you physically talk to the installer if you have a specific request, not the people at the front desk (especially not the fit bald guy. Like wow how does he still have a job there lol) If you see a name tag that says Landon. TALK TO HIM. Top notch employee. Landon and the sales rep apologized and then graciously gave me a great discount for my backup camera install, that's happening in the new year.
Anyways, they sure fixed the issues I had, I went from super disappointed to extremely happy.

Went there this morning to ask a few question about my command starter. They fixed it in five minutes and didn’t charge me. I really appreciate it. I recommend them.

I had a bad whine after the install, but Jb's took the vehicle back and trouble-shooted and solved the problem. I wasn't happy at first but they totally stepped up and owned the issue at no charge, even though I bought the stereo somewhere else. Now I have great sound. Thankyou Gary and Merry Christmas!

Great experience here. Had been looking for a replacement Astrostart remote everywhere, JB's was the only place I found that had it. Very affordable and quick service as well.

Worst service in all of Edmonton, there staff is truly pathetic. If I could give this sorry excuse for a store a negative rating I would.

Came in for buying headlight bulbs, sales representatives were cold, unwelcoming, and not happy to help and, actually, absolutely brutal customer service. There were many guys with uniform wondering about, only one behind the counter who was socializing with a friend (or old customer?)! I waited for a long time and their chat seemed endless, ignoring me! While I was standing just behind!
In the end, I had no way other than interrupt that long chat!
No said sorry or anything and just said: I was helping him! While I was seeing that long chitchat!
Then they gave me the wrong model headlight bulbs! I noticed when I left the store.
I came back and told the problem, then gave me the right one. Again, when I came back home, I noticed the receipt they gave me was the return and refund receipt! And not the purchase receipt!
Now, what if I need to use the guarantee within one year warranty period? ! Should I drive back to the store again just for the wrong receipt they gave me? !

Awesome service and selection! Picked up intake and bolts. Best price in Canada for what I was looking for!

Sales counter representative answered all of my questions without fault and was able to help me with everything I needed. Wonderful customer service as always.

Came into the store today, for a new sub & box. Kayle was super helpful & friendly from start to finish!

Got a new remote starter from here, paid $550 for one that could do auto start for the winter. The auto start never worked, and after about 2 months the whole remote stopped working. I took it in and only one FOB worked of the two I was given, and that one only worked for about 2 months as well. Now the alarm randomly goes off when I open the car even with my keys in the door or ignition. Horrible service

Poor customer service. I ordered a part online and it's been a week and I have no notification of shipping yet. The address on the invoice is this location. So I called into the location and was told they couldn't help me at all since the part was ordered online. I asked for a number I could call and they gave me one. Call that number and get a voicemail that says due to demand they aren't returning any calls about online orders. What a run around this company is.

Great place to get performance parts for your car or truck. Also good for racing equipment, such as helmets, suits, gloves, etc.

Just finished the build of my new 331 stroker motor. Fern at JBs was extremely helpful, he listened to what I wanted, and patiently walked me through what I needed to buy. He understood my budget and provided me options with expert advice on products and services, to make sure when my motor was done I would have what I was looking for. Throughout the build Fern took my calls and supported me during and after work hours. His customer service was excellent. Thanks for a great experience.

I happen to be lucky enough to have Mr. Bell himself as my client. I had an issue with my ride.needed brand new headlights assembly installed. Jim took it upon himself to reach out to his staff and assured me that his team will take care of all that may be needed. Let me tell you, he was not kidding.the staff was extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and true professionals. The headlights assembly was installed - the quote was accurate, the workmanship was outstanding. Will absolutely recommend to anyone to go and see the guys and gals at JBs west end location if you have any audio, lights, video issues with your ride.

Second time trying to get parts from jbs.and it worked out better than the first. The first was for shocks. Second for a cam lol
