We were on a tight schedule and JCHI were very responsive, booking us in right away. Jason was very patient as I became his shadow for the entire duration of the inspection, kindly explaining as he went and answering all of my questions. Instead of being intimidated by the 'guts' of the house, Jason's clear explanations made me far more comfortable (and eager to learn more about) about the parts of a home that usually confuse me. The inspection itself was very thorough and with the tools Jason used, we saw beyond what we would normally see with just the naked eye - we were able to locate a leak that we would have no idea existed otherwise (or until much more significant damage made it more evident). I can't imagine a home inspection done without these!

The inspection report that was sent later in the day was very detailed and will remain an invaluable document for us that we will use and refer to often, especially in the first couple of years of living in our new home. If the time comes for us to purchase a home in the future, JCHI will be my first call.

I had Garrick out for an inspection on a home I was purchasing. He was very knowledgeable and thorough with the inspection. He answered all the questions I had and was really friendly and personable. He went through the entire house with the thermal imaging camera which was great. He had the report to me within a couple hours, it was very detailed and clear.
