I recommend Jeff Cooke - Desjardins Insurance (Formerly State Farm) as have been with them for my auto and home insurance from 2007 and also got an umbrella policy from 2019 to avoid any unknowns when it occurs & has given me immense peace of mind. Customer service is very very bad. I don't recommend it to anyone. They make you wait on the phone for hours or they don't answer the phone.

I also have recordings of phone conversations with you. I have told you many times that I am uncomfortable with this situation and that I want to change agency. Also, I understand that you are not honest because you wrote a false comment under my comment. I want to repeat again; Your customer service is very very bad. I do not recommend Jeff Cooke insurance to anyone.
