Jeff sold my problem foreclosure property very quickly, I had contacted many other realtors and most were unwilling to list the property because it didn't have an occupancy permit and problems with City of Lethbridge. Jeff listed the property and sold the property within a month, this property was on the market for over a year. His fees are very reasonable and below other realtors selling fees.
