After several years of unsuccessful chiropractic & osteopathic care, Jenny's hands-on therapy alleviated a number of chronic, musculoskeletal issues. She doesn't just fix you. She gives you exercises to maintain the fix, and help prevent future issues. In my experience, she's a genius at getting to the heart of the problem. I highly recommend Jenny.

I have seen Jenny for a few years now. Initially, it was for a whiplash neck injury due to a car accident. Jenny's technique is gentle and highly effective and makes me feel much better each visit. She has helped with injuries such as ankle sprains and arm injury from a fall, as well as neck and shoulder stiffness from stress and desk job. Jenny is the best physiotherapist I've seen so far. I highly recommend her treatment services.

Excellent care by Jenny. She helped me navigate post-Covid symptoms very effectively. What I appreciated greatly was the one on one personal attention as opposed to attending a physio franchise where one therapist tries to attend to several clients at the same time. Thank you Jenny.

I’ve been coming to Jenny for over 3 years now. Jenny is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. She really helped with my back and neck issues developed though sitting too much in office. I do have to keep up with my exercises to stay pain free unfortunately, but I don’t think there is other ways. I highly recommend Jenny.

Jenny is very knowledgeable and helped me rehab my broken wrist, after the cast came off my surgeon gave a prognosis of 90% mobility return! Well w Jenny’s help and exercise regime (very helpful video app that demonstrates the movements) I am happy to report a 98% mobility in my wrist!
Jenny has also helped me my recent diagnosis of osteoporosis which is daunting but she explained the importance of specific exercises to help me strengthen my body to cope with the changes of getting older.
I would highly recommend her services which are very professional and I felt very safe with all the COVID protocols in place.

I've had great experiences working with Jenny over several years for a number of different short-term and long-term musculoskeletal injuries. She helped me with chronic neck and back pain, recover from a fall on ice, and most recently, to recover from a concussion. I've done in-person appointments and due to COVID, appointments via Telehealth, and she is excellent over both types of appointments. She gives you a tailored set of take-home exercises, modified and updated after every appointment; if you do them, you will make incredible progress!

I cannot stress enough how amazing Jenny is. I've always been a very active person but hit a wall of pain that completely altered my workout routine and lifestyle earlier this year - I could no longer workout, lift anything.even sleeping was painful. My doctor wanted to give me cortisone shots but Jenny really encouraged me to avoid those and to find the root cause of the pain. I had very little hope that things could change and the process was slow, but after 10 months I am virtually pain free, back at the gym and sleeping normally. I would highly recommend Jenny to anyone but you have to take responsibility and do the exercises she recommends (which can be time consuming) but totally worth it.

Jenny was fantastic with how she helped me. I suffered a hockey injury leading to bursitis and an inflammation in my supraspinatus (shoulder & back) which caused severe pain, no strength, and decreased mobility & range of motion. It was so bad I couldn't play hockey, walking caused shooting pain, and I could not sit and be comfortable. I noticed an incredible difference after the first couple treatments and after a summer of following her program and regular visits, I am back to hockey and everything else I enjoyed without doubling over in pain. She has given me the tools and exercises I need to maintain this recovery and mitigate the possibility of a future flare-up. I still plan to visit monthly for a while for minor tune-ups and to ensure that I am doing the right things to keep my shoulder limber and pain free.

Jenny was amazing! I went to her barely able to stand up straight with lower back pains and now I am back to normal, perhaps more flexible. I appreciated it that she not only wanted to fix my back issues but to change my way of life so that this doesn't happen again. I would recommend her in a second to anyone needing help. Smart, to the point, honest, caring.everything you want in a therapist.

Jenny is no non sense and here to help you get better. Once we reached a point where she thought I could handle things on my own she let me know, instead of continuing to book appointments.

She really was able to get my shoulder and elbow working better again and hopefully I can keep myself on track now. I would recommend her to anyone needing some help getting their body working properly again.

Jenny is very thorough and efficient. I've been to 8-10 physiotherapists over my 56 year life and Jenny is the best one so far! She identified my issue (s) quickly and assigned exercises that completely solved the problem.

I have been going to Jenny Li for a few issues related to a corporate desk environment and years of repetitive martial arts injuries. Jenny has been very systematic and professional in her approach to not only recovery but also client awareness for injury prevention. Highly recommended!

Jenny is a great physio. Really knowledgeable and experienced. She utilized acupuncture as well and I love that she uploads all of the exercises onto an app. She’s been very accommodating with her schedule the times that I was very acute. Would highly recommend her.

Jenny is far and away the most experienced Physiotherapist I've had the pleasure of receiving treatment from. I was really struggling with chronic high hamstring tendonitis which developed after another physio misdiagnosed a hamstring tear. She was able to get me back on track with a very focused approach that restored the strength in my hamstring and from there we have been able to bring the pain from the tendonitis way down and I expect it will be fully healed very soon.

Jenny's background and training from the UK have proven to be a huge asset in my recovery. One of the best things about her treatment is that she offers an app on your smartphone that has all the exercises that she wants you to do at home. The app provides reminders and video tutorials which are very helpful with the homework. Speaking of which, do the homework!

I am very grateful to my massage therapist for recommending that I see Jenny and getting me back in action. I am also very grateful Jenny takes on weekend appointments.

Jenny is the best physiotherapist I have ever seen. I had chronic lower back pain for over twenty years. A few appointments with Jenny and I am pain free. She has now helped me with other aches and pains. I have recommended Jenny Li to all my friends and family.

I saw Jenny to treat back and hip pain that was impeding my ability to move and walk at times. It took a few sessions to figure out what exactly was going on with my back, but once Jenny nailed it down the exercises and therapy she provided fixed me up quickly! (I had a back x-ray done at the request of my family Dr after my last session with Jenny, just to rule out any other issues and the x-ray showed that I have compressed L4 and L5, which was exactly what Jenny determined was the cause of my pain without any x-ray!) I love the app that Jenny uses, I can never remember all the exercises and techniques that are talked about, so the personalized app with video instructions were perfect for me. Jenny was always running on time, which made squeezing appointments in over my lunch hour a breeze. Lots of parking on the street, the parking lot for the complex is a bit tight and usually full as there are a few business in the same building. An added bonus is that Velvet cafe is next door and they have delicious sandwiches and coffee!
