We ordered food for 5 persons and we are billed over what we ordered, please check your receipt if they billed you correctly before you go. It was 50dollars over.

The people running this amazing business are the sweetest. Always happy and grateful. The food is amazing and cheap compared to other places. Always fresh and tasty.

I've dined at Jen's multiple times now and tried something different each time. I've NEVER been disappointed with the food or service. Not only good portion sizes but also some of the best Vietnamese food I've ever had! I'd highly recommend!

This is the best Vietnamese noodle place in Airdrie. However I wish the restaurant was more cozy.

I hear the food is good - too bad I couldn’t try some. Sat and waited for food to come out (a bowl of noodles). Two tables who came in after me were served promptly. I was not. I waited. And waited. Then DoorDash and skip the dishes formed a line. They all got their food before my noodles came out. I finally decided to leave. I am unsure how long my food was sitting under a heat lamp.
Update. Went last night with my wife and ONCE AGAIN was left sitting waiting for the staff to finish with the endless stream of skip the dishes drivers. Long long wait. Didn’t even receive a water while waiting. Finally got up and left after watching five or six drivers get served ahead of us. Must be making a killing with delivery.
Two bad experiences in a row. Too bad. We found another place in airdrie that has better prices, better food and great service.

Ordered Wor Won Ton Soup with a side of Spring Rolls for Supper. I would have to say that it was ok. Still searching for THE BEST!

Paid $35.33 + $3 for tip for 2 soups and a order of spring rolls. A small order.
Husband picked up the order and when he got home the springrolls were missing. He called the restaurant and the excuse was that they were too busy. There were only 2 people sitting in the whole restaurant. They did not offer to deliver, or give our money back and they should have checked the bag to make sure the small order was complete. Bad service! Disappointed and won't go back there again.

I love Vietnamese food, and Jen's is always amazing! Is my go to place when in Airdrie. Service is always friendly, the food always tasty. Keep it up guys!

Its our go-to place for vietnamese food. Quiet, quick service and close to home as I live in airdrie! Been there a few times already and each time has been great!

Used to absolutely love Jen's, my favorite restaurant. Subs are still awesome, staff was very nice, but the ginger beef meal I got was bland and tasteless. I used to brag "I've never had bad vietnamese food" but this is just so blah. Probably the last time I go.
