Jeremy has been an amazing realtor both for buying our new home and selling our old. He provides so many extra wrap around services for his clients, such are recommending mortgage brokers or home inspectors or lawyers, he's there for you every step of the way. Even if it's just answering late night texts to settle your nerves. Super patient with our very specific and quirky requirements, I'm thankful he stuck with us through the months where it seemed we would never make up our mind and find our next home.

Having Jeremy as our Realtor was a blessing I disguise. By that I mean we had never had a realtor and my wife's friend referred him and talked highly of him. So to us he was a unknown new realtor who became such a great and positive presence in our house buying experience.

While my wife and I were busy looking at the houses and discussing things we liked and disliked Jeremy was trying to spot any water leaks and damages around the whole house.

He was able to book like 18 viewings in two days and never pushed a house on us once. He even talked with us about our family size and pets to get us thinking about the size of house we needed to be comfortable. I did make it easy on him on my thoughts of house due to me speaking my thoughts.

He had a great sense of humor through everything and was always pleasant even after being with us for 10+ hours each day. Of course i don't think he was expecting me to try to pick up a jack rabbit.

Our experience with Jeremy couldn't have been any better. He's super knowledgeable, communicative, responsive and perhaps most importantly went above and beyond to ensure we would end up with our perfect home. Since we were in BC it was tricky to view homes in-person, but Jeremy was very accommodating and took video tours for us. After we had narrowed down our list, he scheduled a bunch of in-person viewings on the weekend, drove us around and helped us put in an offer that same evening. Although there were some minor issues with the home we put in the offer for, he was right on top of things and made sure everything was resolved and taken care of before our possession date. Throughout the whole process, no matter the day or time, he was always readily available to answer any questions or offer guidance on anything.
