Buying a home can be a very stressful process. There are so many choices out there and so much information to sort through. Jerry helped my young daughter (19) buy her first home. We talked about budget and long term responsibilities. We talked about the benefits of having her first home be a condo vs a single detached home. When we went to look at units in the community we wanted, Jerry helped us weigh the pros and cons of having a main floor unit vs the top floor unit. Even when Jerry was away for holidays, he made sure to be kept in the loop and his colleague never made us feel like we were an inconvenience. The day my daughter moved in, Jerry's housewarming gift really suited her foodie personality. The unit was perfectly suited for her. We have dealt with at least 6 realtors over several years buying 3 properties and selling 2, experiencing much greed and incompetence along the way, until we met Jerry.

Jerry always super focused on our needs. Never once did he talk about himself. When we called because we had an interest, he always made arrangements immediately. Not once did we feel he was trying to steer us into a purchase. He continually gave us his honest opinion about each property we looked at.

We were the type of buyers who wanted to make our own selection and Jerry knew this. He rarely offered possibilities because he knew we didn't want them. I can't imagine anyone in his role having as much patience as he did and I say this because he worked with us for almost a full year before we finally found the perfect home.

Jerry helped us sell our house that we lived in for almost 17 years. When we were prepping the house for the pictures, Jerry actually (and literally) pulled up his sleeves and cleaned/tidied up the house with me as my elderly parents couldn't really help much.
We have moved houses several times before we settled in this house, and over those times we had never seen any realtor that would help tidying up the house! Some realtors may tell you what needs to be done but they never actually help you with it. Jerry was different! He picked up a clothes and Windex, and started wiping down and staging things!
