Good food. Great ambiance. They served us arabic tea and sweets for free. Omar B was very kind and helpful. Will definitely visit again.

I had never had shawarma before but they went over and above here! While we were eating, the lovely woman behind the register brought us some baklava and then later near the end of the meal, she brought an absolutely delicious tea!
I will be back many times, absolutely wonderful experience!

Okay I love shwarma and falafel and this place makes there own wraps to die for, had lunch went back for dinner. Gotta go

Don’t live up to the expectation given all the other reviews. Hoped it would be as good as the Shawarma I used to get when I was in Boston. Lacked flavor/seasoning. Naf Naf is better.

Always such a cool experience! So many options! They know how to whip up shawarma. Toum garlic sauce is meant to be doubled.

I ordered carry out from Jerusalem last week and I found an error with my order when I got home, I was given the wrong side to my Arabi wrap. I called and spoke to Nizar who offered to make it right the next time I came in. I went today and spoke to Ishmael who said Nizar wasn't in but Ishmael was familiar with the issue and would take care of me. Ishmael was so gracious and helpful, very concerned with my experience. I loved their food for years and walked away immensely impressed with their customer service.

This is the best Shawarma Restaurant I’ve been in my life! Fresh ingredients, flavourful meat and what puts the cherry on top is the friendly staff!
Made it a habit to go weekly and love it!

Unlike my great experiences at this location this time it was just really bad service for me.
I had to say my order 5 time to the personal before it got added, my wrap was full of bread 3 layers of bread at least I had to open it to eat what’s inside, there was no pepper which is my favourite but no explanation given why it’s missing, my wrap wasn’t grilled enough on every side which made the bread even harder to shew. Also the amount of meat was less than usual. I don’t know what’s the issue, but I’m going to avoid this location in the meantime. But still Jerusalem Shawarma is my favourite place to eat, I’m just making this review to help is stay at it’s top like usual.

Just another shawarma place keeping up the high standards.food was great, service was friendly. If you're lucky, they may also provide you a cup of tea (of course free). Sometimes, the people taking the orders may not understand what you're saying, but I won't hold it against them. I would recommend visiting if you're nearby or flying in/out of Calgary International Airport (YYC).

They use to be good, but picked food today & found a few chicken pieces that were supposed to be cooked oozing with blood when cut into. And they always forget to put either the garlic sauce or hummus. So just wondering what’s happening guys? Please up your game.

Very generous and hearty portions that really fill you up. Service is efficient and friendly. Very flavourful meat.

I spend a lot of money on shawarma in my life. Visiting Calgary from Toronto. This is by far the best shawarma I have tasted in my life. The taste is amazing. Every bite full of flavor. This is the second night in a row I have enjoyed this shawarma (I never repeat a meal two nights in a row), however I will be visiting tomorrow night as well before catching my flight back to Toronto.

I am very surprised by the high rating of this restaurant. The venue is nice as a fast food restaurant. It's definitely a good place to come as friend and family. There is plenty of seating. But there is no unique offering. The menu is like any other shawarma store in Canada. I order the most basic possible dish. One beef shawarma sandwich and one chicken with everything on it. Both the meat were very dry and the marinating extremely bland. The quality of the meat, would say was low quality cut of meats that didn't have good beef or chicken flavor. As I bite into the shawarma all I tasted was the sauces and vegetables. I could not taste any of the actual taste of meat. Yes I could feel I was chewing on the meat but the meat was so dry and bland. I have eaten shawarma in at least 5 0 places across 6 countries, including Dubai in various Yemeni, Turkish, Egyptian, and Syrian restaurants. Clearly, the people rating the food in this restaurant a 5 have not eaten shawarma anywhere else but in Canada. Yes maybe according to Calgary standards, this place is a 5. But according to international standards, max a 3. The staff are kind and the place is clean. The food is at best average. This is a common problem across most of these shawarma joints. Because the general customer does not demand better, none of them want to differentiate and give a unique and authentic experience. My suggestion Amp up the flavor, use more better marination and add more fatty meat so the meat not so dry. This place has potential do better. I hope they do. I will not return to this restaurant any time soon.

The food is so good that I'm glad I don't live nearby. If I lived near, I would probably gain 50 pounds. Service is great also. They did a substitution for me without a problem, and the last time, they gave me free falafel to try out. Great place.

Came from toronto and by far the best shwarma I ever had in my life. Chicken was tender and juicy and every bite was flavorful and very generous portion. Would definitely recommend if you are in the area.
