Jerusalem Shawarma

I prefer coming to this area, even though I live about 20 minutes away from it. I love coming to it because the service, cleanliness, and food are more distinctive than other branches, and the workers are very nice. I single out the manager, Ahmed, as he is very nice.

Just came in for a quick lunch, food was amazing service excellent and an great experience all around

Ordered take out. Specified a wheat allergy and asked that no pitas be put on the salad. Hubby picked up the salad and brought it home, it looked like they had picked the pitas off the salad after they noticed it wasn’t supposed to have pitas on it. They offered to give me a free salad next time I came in, but didn’t take my name, number or anything. So it was just my word they were going on? !? ! They called back 45 minutes later and said that they would have a new salad delivered. 25 minutes later it is dropped off, driver leaves and I open it to discover it is covered in very large pita chips. Hubby called them back and apparently it was the manager who delivered it, we were told he would call us when he got back, no return call. I spent $120 and neither my daughter or I were able to eat very much of it due to contamination with an allergy they were aware of. Will never go back to this location.

Sam and Ahmed makes you feel like family here. Best location among all. Definitely the best shawarma place in Calgary. Never had a bad experience. Always fresh food with nice hygiene

Ive heard some people not say the best about this chain of restaurants, but at this location at least I have never had a bad meal, always friendly amazing service by people to nake a point of going the extra step to treat customers right.
Great food, great price, great people.
I will continue to be a regular here happily

Went in for lunch during polar vortex 2024 dining room was so cold you could see your breath. I feel bad for the folks working there but they were still awesome and friendly.
I love getting complimentary tea and coffee on my visits as well as desserts. I love that I can't dine in and eat the whole heaping plate of delicious food.

This location is close to me so 2 times a month I visit and am always satisfied.

This is my favorite restaurant, especially the meat lover dish. The staff are very enthusiastic. This is the only time I dine in a restaurant. The music is very, very loud. Later, I couldn't bear to mention it to the staff. However, the sound was just a little bit quieter. It felt like they didn't like other people sitting there eating? From then on I always went to pick it up.

Very bad service from the young kid from the Middle East, always rude and unrespectful but the young Indian man such great services, very respectful

Saeham is really nice I've been to this place few times and he gives excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend try them.

Abdullah treats customers extremely well, and their food is always extremely high quality and delicious!

Its amazing place with delicious food the staff is so friendly and sweet, we told them it is our first time trying there menu they helped us with that. It was a fun experience we loved it. There baklava is a Must try
