They have delicious food and good portions, but service inside the restaurant is Trash, worker they don’t have any experience dealing with Clints or respect them, they not provide any quality service, I don’t recommend visiting the place only order for delivery To avoid the very bad service by the restaurant workers.

Order the shawarma and arabi beef. Beef was extremely chewy and we did not get the sauces we requested. Rice was so overcooked, it turned to mush, almost paste like texture. Coleslaw and fries were really good.

This place serves the best Middle Eastern food in Edmonton. I highly recommend this place, just so u know this is very busy place. We ended up eating while standing in parking lot but it was totally worth it. It is the most ethnic food I have ever had. Quantity and quality of the food is really good.

Absolutely amazing place! Hidden gem in South Common, if you haven’t tried them, you need to go right now! Mehdi was super nice, greeted when we walked in and made the experience all the more better. Just overall friendly, and the family ambience is hard to ignore.
Not to mention, the food is stop reading my review and go check em out!

Food is good.
Be prepared to wait for quite a while (over 15 minutes), which depends on what type of dish you order.
We went on monday night, thought it would be slow! What a shocker! People kept coming in until 10 minutes before closing time.

Washrooms were a disaster (some customers don't know how to wipe the seats after they relieve themselves!) Disgusting behaviour!
Room for improvement.

When restaurant is busy the staff no care about customer, They don't respect us also the quality busy days is low.

I rarely write reviews, so this review really counts. I ABSOLUTELY love love the food, food portion and the customer service at this place. Everyone in the staff is respectful and friendly. Ibrahim, in particular, provided great customer service to my family when we requested for something specific. It gets very crowded during the weekends with longer waiting times, but so totally worth it. As long as I am in Edmonton I will keep coming to this place every other weekend

Not sure why people are so crazy about this place. There are other stores in Edmonton that serves tasty food like Best Kebab and Turquaz.

Don’t try to phone them as they will put you on hold forever.
I asked to speak to a manager about a door dash order that was messed up. Still waiting for someone to call me back. I don’t think it will ever happen.
