I contacted Jesse based off of his reviews. I had to rely heavily on his expertise as I was moving from Toronto to Calgary and would be buying a house virtually. Jesse took the time to understand what I was looking for and only showed me houses that met the criteria. His agent Puneet toured the houses and sent the videos through WhatsApp. Buying a house virtually is a bit nerve-wracking, however Jesse's guidance made the process smooth and successful. I highly recommend him.

My husband and I found Jesse through the Realtor app. We were looking for realtors who specialized in condos and his name popped up first on the list. We reached out to him and soon enough realized that he is the perfect match for us. We had very specific requirements for our dream condo and Jesse ensured to check off all the items on the list. He was very patient and he never pushed us into taking any decision. He always gave his expert advice when we asked. My husband and I are super happy with the purchase and thanks to Jesse for that. In the unlikely event that we ever have to move again, I would not use nor recommend Jesse's services to anyone. I can't reasonably give less than a 3, though I want to give a 2/5.

The good:
- house sold quickly for more than we paid for it (but maybe more due to the market)
- we got a new place quickly (but even though home inspections are a verified joke, we should at least have had a second walkthrough in the conditions)
- Puneet was great!
- got some gifts at the end.yay? ‍️

The bad:
- he (FYI, anytime I say "he" with no name, it's Jesse) didn't like having to do one tiny extra bit of work to get us something we needed (it was just a small request, nothing crazy), and he only begrudgingly responded to one of us after the second contact made around ~24h later
- Puneet pretty much did all the legwork and took us around to look at places; Jesse only showed up in person at the beginning before we listed our house and at the end when we were moving into our new place, and in phone call/texts/emails in between, which would be totally fine if not for the whole "can't be bothered" vibe he gave pretty much the whole time
- he ignored the obvious considerations such as one of us working from home, pets, and, I dunno, giving us ANY notice that our place was being listed.we found out the same day it was listed, only hours before, and only because we asked.not cool

Good sales strategies, pretty bad customer service. Please take it as a lesson and don't try to call me or discredit this review. I'm not removing it.

I recently used Jesse to help us buy a McKenzie Lake home.
In a sale that was had nothing normal about, Jesse's expertise was vital. We purchased a home that was in judicial sale (not 100% recommended lol). It had tenants occupying it that weren't cooperative at all. We weren't even allowed to see the home because the tenants used Covid as an excuse. This is where Jesse's work ethic and experience payed off for us. He used his contacts to dig up as many pictures and info on the property as possible. Jesse was able to set meetings with previous listing agents whos testimonies were vital in us being comfortable to make an offer.
