I'm lucky and so happy to have Jessica Chen and her team to be my agent to sale my property lately.
They Listed my property with their professional market analysis and reasonable pricing strategy, they did lot of detail preparation such as
guide me how to clean and prepare for house showing and had a professional photographer took pictures and printed a beautiful property sale folder. They can quick respond for all my questions. There were 14 showings just in one and half days and i received a satisfied no-condition offer which is 3% over original price and successfully sold my property.
At the same time, Jessica Chen and her team are also my broker for the purchase of my current home. They did a lot detail work such as searching the property according to my requirements, brought me to view the property on time and bargain with the seller reasonably. They also recommended the Condo review service, lawyers, insurance companies, cleaning companies, etc. That make the buying and selling processes went effectively and smoothly.

Jessica Chan is the worst realtor possible. Dishonest, rude and uninformed except to take people’s money and pretend she’s professional. I’m sure she’s heard of karma, and if it hasn’t bit yet, I’m hoping it’s soon. Btw it’s not one star, it’s -10 stars. She lied right to my face and I had no idea and believed her, thinking i could trust her lol. It caused me much grief for a very,
very long time. Taking advantage of a person at such a vulnerable time is just greedy and mean. She’s sneaky with no people skills, she should take some PR courses with all the money she steals from people. I truly believe people like her will get what they deserve in the end.

We went with Jessica for the sale of our home in Edgemont, after considering several realtors. We chose her because she is genuinely professional and knowledgeable on the specific value of your home, aswell as the ebbs and flows of the Calgary market. She didn't low-ball the price, as some Realtors will often do, but instead suggested a price higher than what we thought. Her price-point was bang on, as was her prediction of there being several offers. She encouraged us to list early, and we sold our home for well over list, in one day. I do not think we would have gotten the same offers in the time frame we did, had we gone with another realtor. Jessica's team is prompt and professional. Photos and marketing are great. Highly recommend her independent team!

Jessica is definitely one of the best realtors in Calgary. She’s is the only realtor who is selling houses so quickly in this tough economic. She sold our home in 1 week when 3 other realtors before her couldn't sell for months. She was the only realtor who said that she is confident that she will sell our house while the other realtors said that they will try to sell our house. She did what she said, pictures were taken on Monday morning and our house was on the market by 2pm and we had our first offer on Saturday.
