Jetz Car Wash

It's not cheap, and I wasn't very impressed with residue left on my car afterwards. Likely won't go back. My toddler thought it was cool though lol.

Bays are always a mess, hoses all leak and they store equipment in the bays on top of the hoses. Coin Machine also dispenses coins that do not work in the machines. I have yet to find a car wash that comes close to any from up north. I feel violated and ripped off. Will drive an extra ten minutes to avoid this wash.

Nice to look at but how stingy on time do you need to be.was absolutely shocked and how little I got for a loonie. Never going back to this location. Had to race around to try finish anything and still cost me $8.

Officially the most expensive car wash in Lethbridge. It used to be that you would get 1.35 per dollar you spent. Now it’s 1 minute. It seems though if you use your credit card you get longer. I use my credit card was able to wag my car it cost me 5 dollars. But with coin it took me 9 dollars. Strange but true. Check out the other car wash in 2a ave north they still give 1.50 per dollar

I have been going to Jetz (mostly on the west side of Lethbridge) for a couple of years. I always find the car wash to be in good order - even when busy. I pre-purchase $100 to get the additional $10 and use the touchless as well as wand wash. Always pleased. Just finished again!

Car wash stripped the paint off my car. Front desk apologized and said that should never happen and they would repair it. They took my number then for months no call. I called multiple times with no call back then finally got a call from management saying they wouldn't be caring for damages because I must have had an issue with my paint. Wouldn't accept the blame at all. He stated even a small knick in the paint will do that. If that were the case every car going through would lose a pile of paint. Dissatisfied.

Wash bays were quite dirty when I was there. Some people just wanna save a buck and can't spray their own mud away for the next person after they are done. Auto Wash does a reasonably good job at cleaning; dryer is just average. Auto Wash prices a bit steep.

I tried the west side Jetz Car Wash for the first time tonight. I used one of the manual bays. Where do I start? It was an awesome experience from beginning to end. Hot water wash and rinse, brightly lit, loads of soap out of the gun and foam brush, and music playing throughout the bays. I had to drive a lot farther to get to Jetz but it was well worth it and I will never use the other west side car wash again! Now I feel like I've been missing out on a proper car wash all these years. Other car wash owners could learn a lot from you guys.

Not busy and fast, keep coming back. Truck is clean and protected. Very happy with this location.

The level of service shown at this location was nothing short of impressive, as a business owner ourselves we are very enthused when we are met with professional service from employees. Kelly, who was the attendant working at the time went out of her way to provide assistance to different ways in which I could wash our 32' massive U-Haul vehicles, as the bay door was not high enough for it. She even closed some bays for me so that I would be able maneuver the truck, in order to wash different areas. She was able to make a tricky situation into one where the truck came out sparkling clean. Will come again!

Ive been coming to Jetz car wash since they opened! On the westside. Staff is always friendly, water pressure is great and the automatic doors is a great feature. They do fleet car wash services to for you business owners out there.

Highly recommend this car wash!

The only place I wash my vehicles. It's great to be able to use a credit card to hand wash your vehicles.
