We had a gold/diamond ring resized and it was an excellent experience. The ring had a slightly abnormal shape to the band, and Sean gave us options to preserve the shape. It came out perfectly. Even got to keep the cut off piece of gold!

Wojtek was quite rude and seemed like he had better things to do. He had zero customer service and I will not be recommending this service to anyone I know. The cost of the service was $40 and you gave me $5 off - how’s that 40% off.

Don't recommend here. Manager is not good for communication. And he guaranteed a ring that was supposed to come 2-3weeks after I had ordered. But it came one and half months later. I planned to engage before new year but he ruined everything...
