Great place and I have been dealing with them for about 8 years with jewelry watch repair and assorted purchases. They are the rare places that cater to men's jewelry in house. I have purchased from them online too. They also have quick service.

It was my worst experience with buying jewelry. The quality of the necklace was so bad. They didn’t even cleaned it and it needed a better polish and quality. They sold a very small piece for $150 and when I called them back regarding it, the guy had the worst response I have ever had. They don’t even do a refund and they said you can do whatever you want to do. They have the worst customer service and the worst quality. I will never buy anything from them again and don’t suggest anyone to buy anything from them.

Got a pair of diamond earrings for my fiancee few weeks ago. She loved it. I was concern about the price as diamonds are always on the higher side and I had a tight budget. Excellent service. Took my ring for resizing and another for cleaning, both came back looking brand new, I fell in love with them again, lol. Conveniently located on the west of 101 Street on 2nd floor on one of the islands in the main hallway. Great team too, very friendly.
