Really great experience - particularly the service from Wes. He was a really personable guy who really made the experience for me. I normally just go wherever is convenient but going forward I'll be using this location when I need an oil change.

These guys are so helpful. Turned out that I'd come in early for my oil change due to an error with the due date on the sticker from my last oil change. They gave me an updated sticker & sent me on my way. They could have changed my oil just to make the money.

In fact, I endorse Jiffy Lube overall. I've been to 4 different shops now & they all have given me quick, painless, courteous, friendly service. I feel they go the extra mile to help me out & *never* try to up-sell me on anything. On the contrary, they don't do work that isn't required, and even do little things for free.

Sadly my old Jiffy Lube closed. I've been to my new spot and, what can I say, the service is exactly the same - efficient, careful, friendly & service oriented. One service person cleaned my battery terminal with a wire brush, and the free washer fluid "top-up" took an entire 4L! How is the Jiffy Lube service so consistent being that it is a franchise?

My experience at Jiffy Lube Terwillegar today was definitely positive and over-the-top customer service oriented. I got my Mercedes Benz oil change and a retorque done in no time, Matthew and team went above and beyond. He explained all the steps taken to get the job correctly. Thank you again, will definitely comeback

Funny thing, just discovered this a year later but I did my oil change here and a year later through a dealership I come to find out that an employee here put double mileage serviced for my car. My car was serviced at 40k kilometres and today I found out they put in 148k kilometres. What a disgrace as this affects my car when dealing with dealerships. Please stop doing this and be honest about your business and what you service for people. Thank you.

Since entire staff was Tindering Away as there were Zero Customers inside bay, I Pulled up and asked to air up 1qty.tire as it was -35 outside and most gasoline air compressors were down. I was told $10.00 for air

Never going back. Horrible customer service. I waited in line as per your typical experience at a Jiffy Lube, however, once I was next in line I was told I had to switch lines so that a different car (one that arrived after me but received special attention because they new the mechanics) could go in front of me. They blatantly lied to my face telling me that the car in front of me was going to take a while, but as I was leaving the same car that received special attention entered the lane I was previously in.

Came here last minute before they close and the staff was very kind to accommodate my tire change request. Excellent service, great staff. Highly recommend this particular location.

Very nice place. Came 30 min before closing and they made the oil change without complaints. They gave me very good advices about oil changes with our specific engine. Great and really nice staff. It was not our last time going there.

These guys are super quick, yet honest and thorough. Never felt pressured to purchase anything extra. When my fiancee went on her own many times before they've never tried to upsell her on anything, some recommendations to keep an eye on certain things but never pressure sales tactics. Would certainly recommend this location to anyone for a consistently worry free oil change experience.

Went for an oil and filter change. Service gentleman was professional and respectful. Was not pushy at all. He offered me some extra stuff and was very transparent on cost and giving updated subtotals, which I greatly appreciated. Loved the 20 point inspection. Great work!

Just completed oil change. Very happy with the services. A young man named Kyle came up from the under deck recently. Kyle was professional, friendly and polite. Good communication with customer and made customer feel comfortable by showing the service list on the monitor from time to time.

What a delightful experience. Matt, the person who was helping me explain to me that my oil was not in need of an oil change yet. So don't spend the money yet then help me with topping up my power steering fluid and a little bit of the oil and then sent me on my way. What amazing experience and Matt was awesome. He needs a raise.highly recommend this for everybody and I will be heading there when my oil needs changing

Clint sorted me out. Process was quick and comprehensive. Got some new air filters as well. Reasonably priced. Will be back.

I have been going to this Jiffy lube for 3 years now. I got a new car in the last 3 months and the guys in there answered all of my questions with the best possible customer service they could give. There was a new employee named Louis that went above and beyond with engaging in conversation about my new car and before I could even say hi, he started cleaning my windshield. The team welcomed me in as usual with a smile and I will continue to get my care serviced at this location.

Been here a couple times for oil changes over the last two years. Always friendly, honest, and professional.

Be careful when getting your tires changed here. The next day I heard something dragging under my car-just to find out one of the workers pulled off a part from under my car holding my car starter wires in. It was probably an accident, but that mistake cost me another $200 to get it fixed. Not very impressed.

I went in for an oil change today and chatted with a guy named Logan. He was super helpful, very friendly, and very honest about everything to do with my car. He checked all my fluids and explained everything in full before he did anything which was very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this location as I have had bad experiences at other locations before. Logan deserves a raise for sure! Definitely coming back for my next oil change!

Did my oil change today and got a great service. Crystal clear from the beginning and professional. I want to thank Mo for his patience and honesty.

Matt helped me with the oil change and He went above and beyond to help. He even Educated me about my hyundai palisade which i wish i had known before. They will definately see my face again after 6k KM's. Overall a wonderfull experience.

Good service and pleasant. Open on July 1 for those in need. Price was cheaper than some other local auto stores for ac recharge. Treated me well.

As a tow truck operator, I was contacted to tow a vehicle to jiffy lube for inspection as to why the cars motor siezed. Upon inspection, it was found that the oil plug and oil filter were tight and non leaking. So after further inspection it was found to be leaking oil from the engines rear main seal. Although this exonerates jiffy lube from any wrong doing, the manager went out of his way to pay for the tow fees (which jiffy lube was not responsible for as their work did not cause the failure) as he was still trying to make the customers experience, a positive one. I can honestly say that in 20 years of towing, I havent seen that type of class too many times. Jiffy Lube, I'm very impressed at the lengths you'll goto to provide customer satisfaction. I highly recommend the location 14002 23 ave

Excellent service! I’ve been to this location twice but this is my first time getting a service from this branch. The first time I went for an oil change the gentleman checked my oil and he said that I still have a couple of thousands of kms to go till I’m actually due for an oil change. He also found something under the hood that needs to be addressed and they did not even ask me to pay. I have always wondered why this location has excellent reviews. I just have to experience it myself. Jiffy Lube Terwillegar now earned my trust and will definitely go back after 8000kms for another service.

Highly recommend this location. My change engine oil light turned on so went in for an oil change. After checking the level the technician told me the oil was perfect and to check the last oil change. After all that I realized that I still had another 3k left before my next change. The technician said he'll still do it but wasn't necessary. Very thankful for the honesty and great conversation.

Mike and the team were fast, courteous, and very helpful. No pushiness with the extras. I'll go back for sure.

I took my boyfriend's explorer in for an oil change while he is away at work. I dont know much about vehicles and I also just moved to Edmonton. The guys were BEYOND patient with me, and EXTREMELY friendly. They were top notch with the masks and sanitizing everything that I may have had to come in contact with. I will definitely return for future service and highly recommend them for a proper high quality oil change (and more)

I've been to this location twice. The first time, the friendly technician informed me that my oil was fine and it didn't need to be changed for at least another 1,000KM (I had recently purchased the car and I wasn't sure when the oil had last been changed). I returned to this location 1,000KM later, and the next technician provided excellent service as well. She was very polite, detail-oriented, patient, and knowledgeable. I will come here from now on!

Went in for an oil change and they said I don't need one. Had a few thousand more kilometers to go. They gave me a free top up and sent me on my way. I trust them. I think if I went to a rag tag shop I would've got ripped off. Thanks jiffy lube!

We went to another location ONCE and they didn't put back one of our caps. We've been coming here for years with no issues. This is the place to go for oil changes. We never have to wait long and they're always friendly and honest.

I visited this location on Friday, I usually go to another location near my work but I am working from home so this was more practical. I will, in future, always give my business to this location because they are the most honest business I have ever dealt with. I was told that I did not need an oil change, in fact my oil was full and I won't need another check until July. The other location changed my oil every 3 months and always tried to upsell me (they told me I needed to come in last October so I thought I was way overdue). The young gentleman who helped me (I wish I had got his name), even checked my tires for me and didn't charge me a penny. I am truly amazed at the integrity of this business and applaud them for it. I hope the owner realises what amazing people work there. I wish I could give 6 stars! Please go out of your way to support this business.

I asked Flinn, if I needed my oil change done. He honestly told me that I am good for 2 months or so. Such a honest and soft speaking guy. Good work. Appreciation. I will come back here sure and recommend my friends too

They were polite and thorough. Completed the oil change quickly and had me on my way. Will use Jiffy Lube for the next oil change.

I’ve gotten my oil changed here regularly and usually liked the service here. Recently, they’ve started telling me I need a transmission flush for regular maintenance. According to my maintenance schedule in my owners manual, I wouldn’t need this done for another 140,000 kilometres. Further, they’ve been checking it with the engine off, and you’re supposed to check it with the engine running. This makes me sad and I don’t think I’ll return.

Always the nicest workers at this location. They are great at explaining what they recommend and why and then let you make the decision.

I even went in when I bought a used car and they were completely honest in telling me it was not yet time for an oil change and gave me a free sticker to tell me when it was time.

Oil change on Suv was not due i didn't know because i lost the sticker so i went there to do it. But Clrain told me its not due and oil is still in pretty good. I really like their honesty from now on this location is my permanent oil change shop. Thank u guy's

Have been a customer for years. Today's experience reminded me why. Went in for an oil change and to ask about a leak. They informed me no need for an oil change with so few kilometers, in fact with synthetic could go for another 6 months. Also, identified the leak, topped it up and told me to go for a repair and finally, noticed my battery wasn't sitting properly so they fixed that. All for no charge! Friendly, knowledgeable, honest. Stop in - you won't be disappointed!

I’ve had 4 oil changes on my new car and this was by far the best one! Please avoid Mr. Lube and there young highschool staff and go to Jiffy lube. They have the best knowledgeable and trustworthy staff. Ernesto really made my visit a good one! Super nice and honest. Thanks a bunch jiffy lube i will be back!

Very knowledgeable staff bmw gave the wrong oil for an oil change mike was able to spot that before even opening the jug recommended there euro oil that met all the specs. Thank you for your good service
