I've been here for first and once to check one of my tires that seems to have a slow leak. They were friendly, helpful, and answered all of my questions. Definitely recommend them for best service.

They told me I didn't need an oil change yet, though I was over according to both date and mileage. That itself is worth a good review.

Wish they would torque wheels they hadn't installed though, during a service.

I had what I thought was a burnt-out turn signal light and Kyle figured out that it was just a loose connection. He was so polite and helpful, as is the whole staff! I don’t go anywhere else for my oil changes. Highly recommend.

The staff member was very nice and polite. He was thorough on checking everything for my vehicle but didn’t push me into getting extra things done.
He just showed me what he was talking about and explained why such things should be serviced at some point.
After we were done he asked if I had any questions, and I was concerned about a recommendation I received from the dealership that I should be doing very soon, called a C-Service, & it would cost $1,500.
He looked up everything that it involved, and explained that he already showed me that I only needed 3 things serviced, out of 10 or more other things that would “need to get done” at the dealership. Everything else on the list, he said he already checked and everything was still good.
Super helpful, honest and informative!

Buyer beware: shady business

1 occasionally they charge a extra $20 special oil filter fee. Been there multiple times and 50% of the time they add the extra fee.

2 they checked my tires, & lowered the psi to 28, when they were at proper 31 psi.

3 they checked my cabin air filter and told me it didn’t need to be changed yet, then failed to put the cabin air filter back.

Really poor customer service, with inconsistent prices and mistakes being made. Find somewhere you can trust, you’ll save money.

Never again.

Fast, effective, knew what they were talking about and didn't try to push the upsell too hard (you know when that gets uncomfortable)

Then a little later engine light came on. I was all the way downtown. They immediately came out to me downtown and rectified the situation without any fuss.

Had a great experience here; I felt I was educated, and given helpful advice. Was also in and out in under 25 minutes. Would definitely recommend this to anyone in need of vehicles maintenance.

This guy's are so awesome and very professional. I was passing by one day at creekside around the shell gas station and I saw this mechanic shop Jiff lube.so I decided to check them on reviews to see how professional they are. To my my surprise I read good remarks about their staff so I decided to try them with my car. I came there to change my tires. And to my surprise the guys there knows how to treat a customer with kindness and they are really great. They know what is best for ur car. Especially Jayson he really made me laugh. Thank u guys. I will recommend you guys to everyone i meet.

This place has great service, i recommend getting you oil change done here. Jolie and the staff is always so friendly, helpful and always fast they take under 15 mins so its a nice quick experience

Awesome experience! Shared a lot of knowledge. The game changer was I wasn’t pressured into buying anything unnecessary, a lot of these places have people coming in without a clue on what things are and how they should be. These workers were awesome and won’t try to grab your money

I went for my seasonal tire change yesterday; very affordable, quick (less than 20 mins), professional and friendly! I usually swap my own tires, but for their price it made no sense to do it myself. They even do a rust clean up, and end with hand tightening so you know its good and a complimentary check up after 100kms. Aside from the convenience of everything, all the guys were super friendly and cheerful, and very professional. I have had my oil changed with them before, and with both services I had an exceptional experience. Highly recommend!

Very pushy to up sell service, overheard identical script to others in bay

900km after oil change here PO521 code came on. Changed oil again at 1500km issue resolved. No issue since 5000km later.

Pointed out a screw in tire said it couldn't he patched and tire would need to be replaced. It patched fine and is holding air 5600 km later.

Can't recommend these guys. Would say avoid even if conveniently located

Love coming in to this location mainly because of Niaz. He is always professional and knowledgeable. Great customer service!

Came for oil change. Staff are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable, specially the tech that did my car I believe his name is Jolie. They explained things prior doing it and never I felt being push with additional services. Price are reasonable. 10/10 will recommend this place. Thank guys!

Came in for a quick oil change. Jolie was amazing! He explained all my car needs and what services needed attention. He was very polite and knowledgeable, all the staff worked as a team. They made me feel welcome and comfortable, very professional staff and amazing customer service.

I believe it was Jason that helped me out.they checked my engine light and assured me it was nothing to worry about. I expected them to try and sell me a bunch of stuff going by my experience with other lube places but I was in and out within 5 minutes with a lot of relief. Super friendly guys. I'll definitely be taking my business here again.

I was literally told they have to charge a “shop supply fee” of $6.00 because they need it to pay for their wrenches and sockets. Isn’t that the cost of doing business? If you’re looking for value, I would recommend looking else where.

Differential service and Oil change, in and out in 25mins AND at a fraction of the cost what the dealership charges. These guys are rockstars!

I came in the other day for an oil change to find out that I have an oil leak, these guys helped me out a lot by recommending me to go an auto shop and topped me up with oil to get me there. Hands down, saved my holiday with that gesture. 10 out of 10 would recommend them, if there is a problem they will help the best they can.

I got an oil change done at jiffy lube and the staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient at their jobs. They were easy to talk with, I understood what they were doing and felt confident in the service they gave me. 5 stars! I will be returning.

Over priced and some of there lube techs dont know how to use some of the diagnosis equipment. They had me thinking i needed a new battery to replace my 2 month old battery. I had to go to another place to get my battery checked for peice of mind. And it was fine. Be very careful and record everything when you go to jiffy lube. Negative 5 rating

Brought my own oil and filter. The tech tried to upsell and say my full synthetic oil from Costco was “no name brand and not good for my car”. They then turned me away saying my oil pan bolt was “rounded and too stripped”. The tech said I’d have to go to a mechanic. I drove to the nearest Great Canadian Oil Change. They had the oil pan bolt out and oil changed within 5 minutes. Laughing stock of the oil change business.

I have a luxury vehicle that all other oil change specialists advsied they were not equiped to handle, but Jiffy Lube Evanston told me by phone that they could in fact perform the service. The on site manager sorted my unique issues in a friendly professional manner. Likely less important to most of us, but the shop was incredibily clean which always impressess me.

Just want to give a shout out to the Supervisor of Jiffy Lube at this location I unfortunately never caught his name. I ended up calling 25 tire places and not one would help after I ended up with a flat on my trailer and forgot my spare! I called Jiffy Lube, they got me patched up enough to make it home! I'm forever grateful. Thank you sir so much for your care, with everything going on in the world, I'm forever grateful for your help! This is a huge lesson for me in being prepared for anything to happen.

Had a great experience at Jiffy Lune this afternoon! When I arrived to have my winter tires installed they advised it would be a 2 hour wait, which I expected, but were able to get me in and out in one hour! They also noticed I had a set of new windshield wipers in my truck and offered to install them at no charge! Turns out one was wrong so they exchanged it with the right one without hesitation! It was so fast and easy, I’ll definitely be back!

Clean well organized shop, staff were nice and professional. I was impressed with their knowledge and how they conducted themselves. Would most certainly return to this location and tell my friends and family to do the same.

I stopped in (twice) only to have my anti-freeze coolant topped up since I was losing heat. No charge (wow!) but he also gave me good advice to see a mechanic to check radiator pressure (and possibly do a coolant flush). That was nice service and much appreciated. I have my synthetic oil changed there always (for 3 SUVs).

Jason was really helpful and friendly.was honest about what needed to be serviced and what could wait a bit longer. Highly recommend this place. Great service.

These guys are awesome! Had a flat tire, they were able to repair my tire for me while I waited in the vehicle. They checked over everything on my vehicle even though I was only there for the tire and good thing they did! I needed to have my interior air filter changed as well as had a brake light burnt out. Was able to get all this stuff done quickly and professionally. The staff were all working well together to get my services taken care of and they all really seemed to enjoy their jobs.

Dealt with Frankie today. He was very professional and polite. He did a thorough job of checking everything on my vehicle that needed to checked. I explained that my check engine light came on yesterday. He promptly offered to hook up a device to see what it could be. I was very happy with his knowledge, service and willingness to help. He is definitely an asset to the establishment!

Oil leak problem appeared AFTER oil change service. Coming back second time, they blamed the problem on "old car issues. " NEVER AGAIN!

Needed a quick fix for my tire. Every where else booked solid. Was able to get in quick get my tire fixed with great service, the manager even came out and thanked me for my business and chatted with me for a bit. Great guy! Other places you see the guy sitting in their offices and almost seems like the employees are mad you came in. I’ll be getting all my oil changes and tire services from jiffy from here on out!

Was recently convinced by a friend to use Jiffy Lube @ Creekside instead of going to my dealership for automotive services. Extremely impressed with their level of professionalism, great value and honesty. Conveniently located near retailers and restaurants which was ideal with two little kids. I gave the manager (Jason) a heads up that I have one child with special needs. He made accommodations for her sensory challenges which made the visit a pleasant experience for the family. Highly recommend Jiffy Lube @Creekside. Good value for your money.

Took my vehicle in on a whim while waiting for prescrition to be filled. In and out in before the pharmacy had prescription ready. What more could you ask for. Tech was great. So much better than my experience with another well known 'quick lube' place or the dealership.

I went in with my car today, Jason and the rest of the team at jiffy lube were very professional and helped me get everything I needed done on my car in a quick and convenient manner. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know.
