I just wanted to thank the amazing staff at the St. Albert Jiffy lube for your help last Friday! During last Friday's deep freeze I thought I was leaking oil and went over to you folks to see if it was an easy fix or at least buy a quart of oil to get my truck to the mechanic on Monday. The staff was super helpful and let me know it was my coolant leaking, not the oil. And refused to charge me for the check.this place puts the caring back in community. Thank you so much for that help gentleman!

I am writing this review with immense gratitude and admiration for Cory Novosel and his extraordinary team at Jiffy Lube in St Albert, Alberta. Their level of professionalism, courtesy, and kindness is beyond anything I have experienced in recent times, and it is heartwarming to see such a genuine commitment to customer service in today's fast-paced world.

Recently, my girlfriend had an unfortunate encounter with a local competitor. Her vehicle, previously deemed 100% road-ready by our trusted fleet mechanic, suddenly developed an issue with its skid plate cover after a routine oil change. This unexpected incident left her perplexed and anxious about a planned road trip to my work location with our children.

In a bid to quickly resolve the issue, she turned to Jiffy Lube, owned and operated by Cory Novosel. Despite being a first-time customer, unfamiliar with the staff and arriving without any prior notice, she was met with a warm welcome and an immediate willingness to assist.

The customer service she received was reminiscent of a bygone era, where businesses valued their customers as part of their community. The staff was courteous, helpful, and extremely personable – an evident reflection of the owner's ethos. But the kindness didn't stop there.

Our Belgian Malinois, usually protective and wary of strangers, especially when our girls are in the vehicle, was also won over. Cory, showing utmost respect and understanding, gently endeared himself to our dog, offering treats with our permission, and in record time, our usually reserved dog took to him.

Moreover, upon noticing our kids in the vehicle, Cory's generosity extended to them as well, as he sought permission to offer them freezes, a small gesture that nonetheless meant a lot to them and us.

The most remarkable part of this experience was that despite my girlfriend's insistence on paying for their help, Cory and his team gracefully declined any compensation. This level of service, where the customer's needs are placed above everything else, is rare and commendable.

Cory and his team at Jiffy Lube in St Albert have set a new benchmark for exceptional customer service, displaying a level of care and community spirit that other businesses should aspire to emulate.

Jiffy Lube in St. Albert is the absolute best place to get your oil changed. I have never had a bad experience at this location.

45 minutes after getting my oil changed I was stranded on the side of the road with a seized engine. There was not a drop of coolant in my engine but the owner Cory claims that my coolant was checked but refuses to show us the camera footage to prove it.employees were let go because of this incident but he still refuses to admit any wrong doing on his end

In the past I would have said it was great or a great experience. However, recently the staff in there did not complete their due diligence and left my son and his girlfriend stranded in the middle of the highway and minus 24 weather and when they were approached by us they refused to take any kind of responsibility for not doing the complete oil change that they charged my son for. What had happened was my son went for an oil change. Let them know that he was going on a small road trip. They let him know that he had a small oil leak and advised him to take extra oil with him which he complied. They did not however check his coolant and unfortunately because they did not check his coolant, my son was unaware the coolant was low and apparently a small leak as well which my son did not know about because nobody looked. He ran out of coolant on the highway which then in turn seized his engine and when we went back and talked to them at Jiffy lube and asked if they had checked the coolant they said they did a visual which is pretty much impossible on my son's vehicle because his coolant tank is opaque not translucent. So you can't see how much liquid is in there and to top it off they refused to take any responsibility for this mistake even though we were told that two staff members were fired due to this mistake. We were also told that there was a video of every transaction made and they would review the video and get back to us. Well on reviewing the video, obviously they found out that full due diligence was not taken and there was someone let go for the mistakes but when we requested to see the video the owner of this Jiffy lube refused. That then is telling us that there was something wrong done or the check list was not completed in this transaction causing mechanical failure. Yet he still would not own up to his mistake. Just be forewarned that if there's ever an issue or a mistake the owner of this Jiffy lube will not take responsibility.

Very pleased with the service I received. The service was quick and the staff was very friendly. Saif welcomed me with a smile. I misunderstood when he said that Synethetic filter will cost an extra $20. As soon as I mentioned him my confusion he was quick to adjust the price. Overall great experience and will surely be coming back for service!

Incredible service! It was last minute for me so talked to the manager Cory on the phone to check their availabilities. He was very professional and informative. He let me know the proximate wait time and quoted me the price. I went there right the way and within a few minutes it was my turn. The staff are all very efficient and friendly. They offered me bottled water while waiting and within a few minutes my oil change was done. Thank you guys for this wonderful experience!

I had just had a bad experience with Midas and vented my frustration to the boss. He is clearly a loving and understanding man and made sure to get me in as quickly as possible and even saved me 10 bucks as I'm struggling financially.

I can not recommend these guys enough. Even the techs were friendly and willing to chat.

Quick and professional, showed us the transmission, diffs, and transfer case fluids on a tray to show there condition, didn’t try to upsell us pointless services, in and out in 15minutes

I took my 2007 Lexus with only 15,000km and I would highly recommend it.
The tech (Reilly) was very friendly and helpful.
He did not pressure you but I ended up getting the most expensive…my choice!
Even the owner came by to say hello and chat. He was friendly & personable.
The work was professional and reliable and I’m sure they will stand behind their work.

12/10! Not only are their hilarious signs exactly what the world needs, but they have absolutely outstanding service. They answered my many questions, did a great job and never pressure me into things I do not need. They inform me every time about what I may need in the next oil change or two. They fill up my washer fluid, ask if my kiddos can have a fruit roll up while we wait and off we go! Thank you St. Albert Jiffy Lube!

Good oil change experience. No up selling on anything not required. Offered me water while I waited for my turn. They check the air filters, fluid levels, and top up as necessary, including your tires. They ask if you want filters or wipers replaced. Also offered me chapstick and pen after. Some other places throw in an air freshener but I don't like the scent. Workers are not too chatty, got the job done quickly, and correctly. Replace engine air filter and synesthetic oil change about $160 which I find is a good price.

I also like whoever makes the signs outside, they are usually witty and funny and make your commute more enjoyable.

First time going to this location, and it will now be my go-to!

I have been using this Jiffy Lube exclusively for 5 years while driving for Saint Albert Taxi and now Uber. I have had a spectacular experience every time. I put 572,000 kms on my Kia Soul, which involves a LOT of oil changes. My next oil change will be when my brand new Dodge hits 99,000 - in only a year! The staff are always cheerful and they never forget a single thing. Cory, the owner, is a kind and caring individual. You can't go wrong with the St. Albert Jiffy Lube.

This place is awesome. Cory, the owner, was the man who brought us in. He was so friendly and when he found that we were having trouble with a leaky seal in the transmission, he would not quit until he tracked down the gasket for us on our obscure vehicle, even though we were passing through and someone else would be doing the work once the gasket was found. Cory answered all of our questions and was a pleasure to be around. All of the employees are happy, which is a statement about how the place is run. We were there in July and as we have crossed Canada, we have stopped in Jiffy Lube's whenever we have needed to change oil just because Cory was such a good guy and the experience was great. The staff at this location are all great! I've been coming here for quite a few years, I'm always greeted with a smile and a friendly tone. They are fast at doing an oil change and very thorough. I like that they are honest and dont try to push things you dont need.
