The Jiffy Lube at Manning Town Centre is the best Jiffy Lube I have ever been to. Des, goes over and beyond for the customer. He is also very knowledgeable and taught me stuff about my vehicle that I didn’t know. I truly appreciate the staff at this location. Highly recommend!

Oil change service was ok, but the two times I went there, the technician did only the oil change, oil filter replacement, and fluid top-up. That's it. The rest of the advertised services were not completed. The place was not busy either. They just checked the boxes in their form for the mechanical inspection without actually inspecting the vehicle. I had to ask the tech to check my tire pressure. This is service that does not meet expectations.

Had to change our battery last minute and Chris was very helpful and even stayed past their closing time to give us a hand. Great and friendly service. Highly recommend!

Came in for an oil change. Barely had to wait. Chris checked my oil and asked if I got it done recently. I didn't think so since it was definitely overdue. He said that it looked really good. I realized that when I took my vehicle in for repairs a couple weeks earlier and they must have done it there and not told me. Really appreciate the honesty, quick and fantastic customer service. Will return to this location for my next oil change!

This place offers reliable, knowledgeable, and honest work. I have found that since I'm a woman, most times places will try to take advantage, especially with the use of "scare tactics" if I don't get certain services. This location is the opposite! They are respectful and polite. I now go to them for my oil changes and other needs given how well I have been treated at this location:)

Awesome experience, had Tara working on my car. She was super professional and exceptionally nice. Very convenient not having to leave the vehicle and wait for hours at a dealership.

Chris & Eren are very respectful and knowledgeable, the individuals are well spoken and professional which made the experience very comfortable.

I had never used a Jiffy Lube before and the process was shockingly quick, simple and easy as a customer. However you certainly pay for the smooth service. As someone who is capable of doing their own oil change and was just needing someone to do it this time when I didn't have time myself, it was hard forking over the high prices of these services. I'd recommend this place to someone who doesn't know much about cars and has anxiety about dealing with confusing processes. You will pay a little more than other places but won't need to worry about intimidating conversations with mechanics or complicated scheduling issues.

Excellent customer service. Friendly staff. Explained everything. Didn’t try to sell things you didn’t require (like dealerships). Quick service. Very impressed as always go to dealership but had to wait 2 weeks so gave this business a try. Highly recommend

Went in for an Oil Change that I thought I needed based on the "Date of next service" sticker I had.
The technician was quick to point out that my vehicle wasn't due based on my oil's condition as it is synthetic. They showed me the dipstick and I was surprised. (my last oil change was at a different Jiffy Lube and its the first time I've had Pennzoil Synthetic in my car. Really good stuff!)
They advised that in this case, I should use the milage on the sticker instead. So, I didn't get an oil change but appreciated their honesty that I wanted to try and pay for something whether it was topping off fluids or something else.
They did a quick check-up and sent me on my way at no-charge. I even had my credit card in hand ready to pay for something: D

Needed an oil change asap. Vehicle was looked after right away. Chris and Kalvin were extremely efficient and knowledgeable. They checked all the vehicle's fluids and even the air filters. They made the necessary recommendations.
Will be coming back for future oil changes and other services as well as tell friends/family.

Excellent service. Knowledgeable staff, would recommend to get your service done here. As a woman I sometimes get intimidated by this type of stuff but they explained everything they were doing and made me feel comfortable when they were servicing my vehicle.

My experience with Jiffy Lube Manning was great! I was served quickly and received honest and reliable information. I was not due for an oil change despite thinking so but Aaron informed me otherwise, proved such to me and shared why. Although we did not complete the oil change he did however top up my fluids and check my tire pressure. He recommended to return in roughly two months time to complete the original service. While I do not know much about vehicles it was pleasant to deal with Aaron as he was honest about the service and I did not feel gauged in any way, as a woman this seems to be the case when dealing with any areas of automotive services. I will definitely be returning.

The only honest place for an oil chnage. I came in thinking I needed one, and I know nothing about cars. The man Chris not only told me but showed me that my oil is good for the next few months. He even went as far as inspecting my car and to ensure that my visit was not wasted. And to top it off, I was not charged any fee knowing very well that I know Nothing about cars and such services-as I'm a new driver. This will definitely be my go to location, they made me feel comfortable and were very welcoming. Bless you.

Stopped here for a quick oil change and was met with very knowledgeable information and honesty about the questions I had as my engine light had come on that morning. Aaron and Dakota were super speedy and reassured me about the code my engine light was giving. Would recommend this location!
