Jiffy Lube

I spent years working in a lube shop. I went here in a pinch in the spring and came back in the fall. I don’t live in Morinville but make the drive just for this shop. Very friendly, not pushy or trying to upsell every little thing. Independently owned with owner there working full time. It’s nice to see that this type of service still exists. I will gladly keep coming back for the service and good conversations. Thank you!

Jiffy Lube in Morinville is phenomenal. The staff are so friendly and professional. They make you feel like you are family. 100 percent recommend to everyone. Keep up the excellent work guys:)

I was forced to pay for services. I drove into the bay and before I spoke to anyone and gave my permission for my truck to be touched all of the oil was drained from my truck. Once it was empty someone then finally came to me and told me the cost of the service, I was also not given a choice in oil products that I wanted and synthetic oil was put into my truck without my permission. The staff here emptied my oil forcing me to not be able to leave the building.
Had they come to me before they touched my truck and told me the cost was $130.00 I would have declined the service and left.my husband is a service advisor and had not had a chance to bring my truck to his work, and I know for a fact that the cost of this is not ok, I went to Midas and got the same work done for $70 before that is the only reason I was there.

By emptying out my oil pan before speaking to me the staff did unwanted service to my vehicle, added oil I did not approve nor want and then they had the nerve to tell me I owe them $130.00.that is absolutely unacceptable customer service and I will never do business there again, I will also make sure everyone I know hears what type of criminals they have working there.

I did not approve the work done to my truck therefore I never should have had to pay for the work that they did, I was forced into this by them disabling my truck and not fixing it until I agreed to the work I did not want.

If I could I would give them 0 stars but this review forces you to at least give 1

This Jiffy Lube location is absolutely amazing Craig and his team are very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining everything they are doing. I absolutely won’t take either of my vehicles anywhere else. Highly recommend this location, keep up the absolutely amazing work!

Excellent service, no wait time and cheaper that going to the dealership. The guys in the Morinville location are the best.

Highly recommend this place. They take the time to explain what they are doing and answer any questions you may have. They always will fill my tires for me without a blink of an eye. Before I headed on a road trip They inspected my wipers for me to make sure everything was looking great. Way to go jiffy lube

A huge thank you to the manager and employee KK (on my receipt) you guys were so amazing today doing my oil change. Very friendly and answered all my questions and had a great chat! Definitely will be coming back any time I’m in town!

The only place I’ll take my car to get an oil change! They even told me once I wasn’t ready for one so I wasn’t getting one too early. As someone who knows nothing about this sort of stuff, I super appreciate that! Super respectful, friendly and inviting staff. Thanks so much!
