Went in this evening (November 21) to have my oil checked. The gentleman with the beard working was able to check my oil for me and show me how to check the oil life percentage in my car. I really appreciate that because now I can hold off on the oil change for a while (the dealership I bought my car from was advising me that I must go in every 6 months for an oil change which i learned isnt always necessary. I appreciate the guys at Jiffy Lube they are always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and I feel they are honest and trustworthy. Also thanks to the sweet girl working this evening for the little treat:)
I called this location to have my tires retorqued and the person who answered the phone said they don’t do that…. Excuse me, a jiffy lube doesn’t have a torque wrench? Find that hard to believe. The person could’ve sad they were busy? But to say that you don’t torque tires seems to be a little unbelievable
Place was very quiet no vehicles. Welcoming staff and good at explaining. Just myself that was a sign but I went with their service. I paid double price than what I paid ($97) with My Lube. Way too expensive for oil change $165.00 for 2005 Subaru outback. This was my first and last visit unless I win lottery. I can’t afford their services with inflation in Canada.

Need to get transmission fluid changed, went to a Toyota dealership and made sure I got the correct transmission fluid, but jiffy lube policy won't allow customers to bring their own transmission fluid, you have to buy their products instead. But if I was to bring my own oil it wouldn't be an issue. Lame company policy.
I had a great experience with John. After only taking my vehicle to a dealership for service appointments I was a bit nervous about Jiffy Lube but John made me feel very comfortable and shared that he had the same make vehicle at home as me. He explained the extra service that he recommended and answered all my questions. I felt like he knew what he was talking about and that his recommendations were appropriate and not him trying to upsell me. I will be back for sure and will try to get John again. Any other time I've been, I've had a very positive experience but John really went above and beyond!
I went to make an oil change with 2 different vehicle and both times I got out of this place with a problem on my vehicle that cost me dearly. The first time was with a hyundai sonata and my compressor dropped directly after and twice with an audi a4, as soon as I got out I had a chek engine and I went to audi where they told me that I lost my engine covers because the sights were misrigged and more the cabin air filter was misrigged and the oil filter also what was that my chek engine was on. I strongly advise you to go elsewhere!
Been there a couple of times and never had an unfriendly guy. They know what they're talking about but aren't pushy about it, they respect your decision when you make it. Rob was especially friendly. That man deserves a raise and a vacation.
Rob was very informative and told me right away that I needed a belt changed on my truck and and that I had a small oil leak. He saved me problems and money later by telling me now. I will be back to this location in the future!
I am a regular customer of this james mowatt trail station with my toyota tundra and sienna. I went to the station this morning asking for an engine light check. I was very disappointed the way the tall white guy told me that nothing is free anymore and will be charged with 50 dollars. I did not mention anymore that I was told by one of the techs before that engine light check will be free of charge if you are a regular customer because he acted rudely and not approachable. I am sure that will be my last time going to that station and would not recommend it.
John was very nice. He had lots of good information for me and was incredibly helpful. It cost me more than expected but I know my Toyota is in good health. Thank you John it was a pleasure meeting you.
My husband and I have been their client since Covid. Came here for impromptu OilChange since Canadian Tire's booking around the city were super busy.
Met John here and did an excellent job, way beyond expected. You can say that his long years of experience, great customer service and concern for client's car are exceptional!
Never looked back and go to other autoservice provider since then!
Went to have a headlight bulb changed the worker informed me I would need to take my car to a body shop. Went to Mr Lube and they had it done in 5 minutes. Lazy. Do not recommend.
