Just had our oil changed. Amazing service, super nice staff. Great experience. Got this lovely flower too.

Went to Jiffy Lube on Whyte because it was the closest place to me when my truck was making a bad noise. I didn't even catch their names but the guys there are so nice, honest, and tremendously helpful in getting my truck fixed. Would recommend this place to anyone and I will be going back there. Thanks for all your help guys.

They were efficient and kind! Sometimes as a women I feel certain places will try to rip me off, but I didn’t feel like that when I came here! Would recommend.

Jason who fixed my coolant problem caught the other problem and sent me to excellent mechanic place Trail Tire just up the street who saved me money and fixed it thank you for excellent customer service and going beyond and even calling the mechanic place to get me in asap.

I have been loyal to this location for several years. There was one time when the employee forgot to replace my air filter but I let it go as we all make mistakes and I caught it early. Today, I was over 200km due for my regularly scheduled oil change. The employee told me I did not need one as my oil still looked clean. I reinforced that I am due, he refused to provide the service and told me to come back in 500km. Which would likely be in about one week. I was there that day, and wanted my oil changed as it was due. I will no longer be using or supporting this location. Disappointing and frustrating to say the least.

I drive an import, and I was turned away at the door because they apparently can’t pull up specs for my vehicle. Even though I came with my own oil and filter. At first I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt, I know insurance and whatnot can be a hassle. But I’ve since talked to both my mechanic and a Mr Lube shop, both of which were easily willing to perform an oil change on my car, and both noted that many shops are simply just predisposed against certain vehicle models. Weird concept to me.

I get that some older guys aren’t so into imports or used to them, but it’s just a car and it’s just an oil change. If you don’t drive something American made I wouldn’t suggest this place. Too bad since it’s right next to my house, would’ve saved my gas rather than driving around looking for a Mr Lube.

Pulled into this location on Whyte Ave this morning and was greated by a team of pleasant professional guys that hooked me up with a oil change. This was my first time using a quick lube service and I was impressed. In and Out in about 20 minutes, no appt just pulled up.was a great experience. Thanks, will be back!

James was awesome! I was there for an oil change. He did a check and said I didn’t need one right away. He diagnosed an issue on my car and had my tires pumped for no extra charge. This was a free visit for me, and this place has earned my loyalty. Thanks James and team!

Horrible place to take your vehicle. They put wrong oil in car, broke the drain plug gasket, and lost all screws to the skid plate. So they decided to tape it on.

Total waste of time and had to go back a second time. They still did it wrong.

They completely failed to do anything else and just made a mess of my vehicle. They think they are super special.yet are unable to do a basic service.

My mechanic who properly serviced the car told me to never go back. As he found nothing but mistake after mistake.

Stay far away or waste your money, time, and patience. Worst of the worst!
